Time: Evening.
Hi, my name is (name removed). I live in Melbourne, Florida. On the night of January 7th, me and my family were sitting outside and all of a sudden I looked up and saw what looked like to be two bright orange orbs, slowly flying through the sky.
One was a little further than the other, but they were travelling at about the same pace. The one that was in front, just slowly disappeared at some point and right when the second one reached that exact point, it also disappeared.
We were all confused to as what it was. Then about 30 seconds later we saw one more a little closer to the Earth just hovering slowly up and down in the distance.
It was very eerie. After about 20 seconds it also disappeared. I have been dying to find out what it was, then I found your blog about the sighting on the same night.
Please get back to me.
If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

It is New Year's Eve, December 31, 2012 and my husband has seen eight of these orange orbs flying from the south between 8:15pm and 9:00 pm and one looked like it dropped in the ocean. We live in Satellite Beach, Florida just south of the Pineda Causeway.
ReplyDeleteJanuary 1st. 2013 at 6:38 about 50 of us at Grills Riverside saw 6 orange/red balls of light about 1000ft. up off the river travel from south to north in V formation then lining up crossing east to west, hovering just north of Grills then slowly fade out. Their speed change during the 2 minutes of flight and the direction of one closing into another then back into formation. They did not have any anti collision or navigations lights as required by FAA. Even the guitar player stopped playing and commented about UFO's above. They were not flares or a weather ballon.....definitly UFO's. I'm a pilot and I know the differences.
DeleteLike a month and a half ago, melbourne florida aswell, 2 lights in a slow clockwise rotation going across the sky, on fizzled, then the other...people are saying chinese lanterns, I dont buy it. The movement was too uniform to be a mini hot air balloon.
