Strange Orange Lights In A Triangle Formation Over Kempenfelt Bay Barrie Ontario

Date:  January 1, 2012
Time:  Approx: 12:05 a.m.
I too saw three strange lights in the sky sitting in my vehicle at the waterfront (Kempenfelt Bay) I thought they were embers from the fireworks, but they lasted a little too long.

They were in the shape of a Triangle. Then one by one they disappeared. My son and his girlfriend saw the same thing, only they first saw a square shape then the triangle and then down to one light.

It was very eerie and didn’t think about it until the next day when we had family over for dinner when someone else mentioned that they saw the triangle as well and we checked it out on the internet and there were a few sightings from what we saw.

I had just put my blackberry away from taking pictures of the fireworks and wish I had waited another second later and would have had the pictures as well.

The email I’m sending this from is my work email, but my personal email address is above if you have any questions. Regards.

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

  1. my girl friend and i saw strange orange lights just east of boston this evening at 6 p.m. (1/6/2012) there was a black spot low in the sky around close to where the lights were. They moved slow and in different directions, glowing bright then dim. very strange, never saw anything like it. anyone else in the boston area see this?

  2. my co-worker and I saw this exactly as described in your blog only in Tacoma Wa in late July 2014 at about 2220 at night. 3 orange lights in triangle formation in the sky. not moving , just hovering. the lights went out in sequence first the right, then the left then the center. this took about 90 seconds to be completely gone. they were not planes or any flying object that could be explained.
