On our visit to my families home in Kamloops, British Columbia, I was driven around to see some of the sights Kamloops has to offer travelers.

One day my son-in-law and my grandson thought it would be fun if we drove some of the back roads on the outskirts of Kamloops. As we drove along following the Tranquille River which was way, way down in a canyon my son-in-law pointed out a really awesome formation. 

The formation was located across the canyon and half way up the mountain, and there were no roads that we were able to take for a up close look at this amazing formation.

3 Bright Lights/UFO In Triangle Formation Explode From The Water At Kincardine Ontario (Written Report/Audio Interview)

Time: 10:00 p.m. -11:00 p.m.

Brian, well I live in a small town called Kincardine. It's in Ontario on the Western shores of Lake Huron.

This is home to one of the worlds largest nuclear power plants, Bruce Power. This experience happened about 14-15 years ago. I was around 12 years old and it was the summer before I entered high school. So how ever old you are then.

Anyways, this is what happened, It's about 10:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., myself and two friends at the time were on our bikes down at the harbor on our pier. We have two piers, a north and south pier.

We were on the north pier, because back then we had a diving board on the pier where everyone would hang out.

So we were out on the pier standing around talking about having a sleep-over out at my dads house. About 50 meters or so off the pier it looked like there was someone out in the water swimming. It looked like someone was doing the breaststroke, doing maybe 30 feet lengths back and forth, back and forth.

We didn't think anything of it really. So anyways my one buddies already knew he could stay the night, but my other buddy didn't as he had to ask his parents. So he took off on his bike back uptown to call his parents and ask.

Me and my other buddy stayed at the pier. About 10-15 minutes later he comes back. This is where things get weird.

So we notice that things still there, doing the same thing, same pattern like someone was swimming. Only out a little deeper, basically right out in front of the diving board now. Still parallel to the pier.

Now were starting wonder what this thing really is as were curious, right. We start walking towards the diving board, which is maybe 15 feet from where we were, asking each other "what is it?"

As we reached the diving board I yelled out, "it's a mermaid," joking around. Just as I finished yelling that, this thing stopped moving in the water and it looked like it looked at us.

It went under the water and exploded out of the water in 3 bright lights in the shape of a perfect triangle.

Maybe 10-15 feet between each light. This thing was out of the water and hovering literally 7-10 feet in front of us, off the pier in a matter of mille-seconds. Not a sound was made by this thing and deadly quiet.

It rotated one way coming out the water, stopped in front of us, hovered there for maybe 3-5 seconds then took off rotating the other direction out over the break-wall then up into the air and gone. I remember having to grab onto the diving board ladder because my entire body turned to, basically Jell-O and I could feel some sort of heat on my face.

After we could move again, we looked at each other and ran like hell. We left our bikes and just ran off the pier and it took us about an hour to go back to get our bikes.

This happened and I will never forget it. Feels like it happened yesterday. Back then I had no clue about UFOs and such things. We were all into our sports.

The only thing that came to our minds was a ghost, but as I got older I started seeing TV shows and documentaries about UFOs and now I'm 110% sure it was a UFO, and to be honest, I think we saw some sort of Alien species doing whatever it was doing in the water until we spooked it.

Maybe it hopped in it's craft and zipped up on us out of curiosity. It's a crazy story I know, but 100% the truth.

3 Bright Orange Lights In Large Triangle Formation Over Ajax Ontario Canada

Date:  September 30, 2014
Time:  Approximately 9:23 p.m.

Shape of Objects: Round.
Colour of Object: Very bright orange.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: It was in the evening approximately 9:23 p.m., and I was heading up to bed. My bedroom curtains we drawn and out the window I could see these bright large orange lights in the shape of a large triangle.

I live one street from Lake Ontario. The triangle lights were not moving, and their was no sound at all. I raced downstairs and got my husband and we went outside to look at them.

I have never seen anything like that before in our area. Our neighbor pulled in her driveway and we showed her the lights. She went inside and got her husband to come out and look at them too.

We were facing a southerly direction towards the lake, and suddenly a lot of these lights came in an upward motion from the direction of the lake towards us.

There was one them two, and the just kept on coming. We stopped counting at 14, so we figured approx. 18 of them altogether.

They all headed upwards into the sky then, along with the triangle towards the direction of Toronto, which is to the west. They went up so high and disappeared above the clouds. My husband and I were excited and amazed at seeing this.

My hands were shaking so much, my husband took a few pictures with our camera. Not as clear as if you were seeing them outside against the night sky. I really think we are not alone, and I just wish our governments would come clean.

Orange Lights/Objects And Some In V Formation Over Charlotte North Carolina

Date:  December 25, 2014
Time:  Evening.

Hi, I saw from an internet search that people have seen orange fireballs flying over Charlotte, North Carolina in the past and you asked people to report to you similar sightings.

Last night, 12/25/14, there were 5 of us sitting outside in our hot tub looking at the stars and saw a series of large orange fireballs fly in formation over the southern part of Charlotte.

They flew in straight lines with a number of them flying in a V formation. This went on for at least 10 minutes. The amazing part, which I have not seen reported before, is they would suddenly go dark and drop something out of them and then start glowing bright orange again.

The items dropped seemed to be like parachutes that floated to the ground. We didn’t have a camera near the hot tub and didn’t want to go look for what was dropped.

We don’t think they were Chinese lanterns because they flew at a constant speed, constant height, were in formations and were much larger than Chinese lanterns we are aware of.

They also weren’t planes or drones because they clearly had a bright orange glow like they were on fire. We thought maybe they were special skydiving planes and the items dropped were actually nighttime skydivers.

The problem is they didn’t land in the same location and did not drop at the same time. I reported this to the local newspaper, but so far have heard nothing in return.

Anyway, we were all fascinated by it.

Triangle Formation Of Orange Lights In The Sky Over Nanaimo British Columbia

Date:  November 14, 2014
Time:  6:30 p.m.

Weather: clear skies no clouds, cool temperature close to freezing.

Reading the entry from October 31, 2014 from the sunshine coast, looking over the straight to Nanaimo, what my family saw tonight sounded a little similar.

We pulled into the DQ drive thru and immediately saw a wedge or triangle pattern of orange lights in the sky. We would have been looking west west north, and the wedge was slowly coming eastward towards us.

The lights disappeared one at a time. One reappeared for a few seconds, then disappeared again. As we were leaving the drive thru, another one reappeared close to where we first ones started.

As we moved through the parking lot, it appeared stationary, and looked to be a long ways away as all objects in the foreground moved at a content rated in comparison.

That would make it too high to be balloons or paper bag lanterns, and with no other lights, it couldn't be helicopters of traditional aircraft.  We tried to get pictures and video, but with the city lights, and the dark sky, it was just a black haze.

Orange Lights In A Triangular Formation Spotted In The Sky From Victoria British Columbia

Date:  October 3, 2014
Time:  7:45 p.m.

Hi Brian, I came across your blog when looking for any news or explanation for what I saw earlier tonight. I am in Victoria, BC and saw the lights across from Ogden Point in James Bay.
I had never heard of this phenomenon before and willingly admit to not being in the "aliens are coming" camp.

I had stepped outside with my 7 year old son at 7:45 p.m. and saw the first one coming over the trees from the south/south-east. It was below the cloud layer, glowing a bright orange and much larger than a star. My first thought was a firework on its upward moment. More continued to appear from the same direction, maybe 10-12 in total.

They traveled quite quickly across the sky heading north. There was no noise, perhaps only a feeling of a background hum. After a certain distance they would begin to slow, dim and flicker, eventually going out.

However I kept my eyes fixated on one that dimmed and I was able to see a vague shadow shape that continued to travel until lost behind a rooftop. These traveled much faster than a jet or satellite, were much closer/larger, and I am more than familiar with the helicopters that land and take off across the street.

So with our curiosity peaked we jumped into the car and turned down Oswego heading away from ocean, where we could see the remaining 3 that were in a triangle formation at that point.

They seemed to be holding position and even moving backwards from the previous northern path (actually causing my son to exclaim that he thought they were following us!). We signaled to someone we knew, and he saw them as well.

Well my science-trained brain is completely intrigued and I hope my sighting is useful in determining an explanation.

Scattered Formation Of Orange Lights/Objects Over Collingswood New Jersey

Date:  September 25, 2014
Time:  Approx: 8:00 p.m.

At somewhere around 8:00 p.m., I was driving home from work. I saw what looked like a broad, scattered formation of orange lights in the sky to the north/northeast moving south.

At first, I thought it might be a squadron of military jets, but they were moving way too slowly, and made no noise.

I got home and pulled into my driveway. I got out and looked up and the last of them were passing slowly overhead. At this point, I was still telling myself that they were probably some military craft, maybe helicopters, but again, no noise.

Then as the last one was passing overhead, I saw it overtaken by what I thought was a blue spotlight racing across the low broken clouds. Then I realized it was moving through the clouds, not projected on them.

It reached an opening in the cloud cover, where it looked like a large, oval shaped, illuminated, blue blur, which quickly passed the last/trailing orange light, continuing southward. A minute or two later, they were gone.

I called the local police number, but they were unaware of any other reports on this. I can’t believe that no one else saw this.

Formation Of Four Round Silent Orange Lights/Objects Over Marion North Carolina

Date:  September 20, 2014
Time:  8:30 - 8:45 p.m.

My wife and I were outside at approximately 8:30 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. tonight, September 20, 2014.  We saw a formation of four round globes flying silently in a square formation from the north to the southeast.

As we watched, three continued in that direction while one appeared to travel straight up and then disappear.  A few minutes later three appeared from the same direction traveling from north to southeast.

Two more appeared from the same direction and having the same trajectory.  There were no identifying colors, just a steady orange glow.

This is the third time we've witnessed this phenomenon/military event. The first time was New Year's 2014. The flight pattern was the same as tonight.

The second time was July 2014. We saw patterns of five, two, and five flying from the north to the southwest in the direction of Rutherford County, NC.

One left the first pattern of five heading due west toward Black Mountain and Asheville.

All movements are slow and deliberate and silent.  Don't know what's going but we would like to know what's going on in our sleepy little neck of the woods.

They were in the vicinity of the International Space Station as it was passing overhead.

3 Orange Balls Of Light In A Triangle Formation Over Tacoma Washington

Time:  Approx: 10:20 p.m.

My co-worker and I saw this exactly as described in your blog only in Tacoma, Washington in late July 2014 at about 22:20 at night.

We saw 3 orange lights in triangle formation in the sky, not moving just hovering. The lights went out in sequence, first the right, then the left then the center.

This took about 90 seconds to be completely gone. They were not planes or any flying object that could be explained.

Large Formation Of Orange Lights Over Orlando Florida

Tonight I was coming home from the Magic Kingdom area around 11:55 p.m. and I observed a large triangle formation, they were keeping formation while driving.

I didn’t have the time to record before the trees got in my way, but it was there for a good couple minutes at least.

Three Bright Red Light In Formation Over Oshawa/Whitby Ontario (Pictures)

Time:  9:20 p.m.

I would like to bring to your attention to something unusual that occurred last night here in Oshawa /Whitby, Ontario.

On Sunday August 10 , 2014, while washing my car on my driveway I looked up to the northeast and noticed three bright “red” lights in formation moving from east to west . They moved quite fast as I thought to photograph them.

So ran into my house and grabbed my camera and back outside in under 30 seconds. Now the formation was a mile or more over Whitby, Ontario. So I took some pictures to capture the moment at 9:20 p.m.

I have attached the three best pictures, including one with a zoom (red circles). I watched them from start to finish over one minute and a half.

I cannot be sure if these were conventional aircraft, even drones ?

Would be very interested if anyone else in Durham had witnessed this close formation to confirm what they truly were ?

Triangle Formation Of White Lights Spotted Over Stouffville Ontario

 

Date:  April 13, 2012

Time:  Approx: 9:40 p.m.

 

My husband and I were enjoying a relaxing evening in the hot tub last night and, as we normally do, gazed at the sky looking for satellites. At approximately 9:40 p.m., I noticed what appeared to be a triangle formation of lights moving  in a ESE to WNW direction. 

 

I quickly got my husband's attention and he saw them as well. It made no sound whatsoever and moved at a steady speed before it disappeared from sight. 

 

There were approximately 4 or 5 white lights down each side, but none along the bottom edge.  In all, the sighting lasted less than 20 seconds, but long enough that we both saw it!

 

Amazingly enough, our granddaughter had also seen a similar object in the sky while in our hot tub approximately 3 weeks ago. I was with her at the time, but didn't see it and shrugged it off to an 11 year old's vivid imagination. 

 

After seeing it for ourselves last night, I quickly called her to say that we saw it too!

Orange Colored Lights In A Triangular Formation Seen Flying Over Vancouver Washington

 

Date:  April 15, 2012

Time:  Evening.

 

Hello, my husband and I live in Vancouver, WA. And about 20 minutes ago we spotted three orange lights towards the Camas area. We live off of 162nd and 39th St.

They were fairly large and definitely individual, very bright orange lights in a perfect triangle. One on top, and two on bottom. They were not very close to one another either.

My husband saw them as he was taking out the garbage and came inside to show me.

When I saw them from our bedroom window, I grabbed my phone and ran downstairs to take a picture. When I got to our back yard, there was only light sitting there.

No sound and at first no movement and it slowly started moving north, then disappeared before our eyes.

It almost appeared to vanish as if going behind a cloud, but there wasn’t a cloud there. Only my husband, myself and my daughter saw the lights.

Haven’t heard any word from anyone else as to whether it was seen by others.

Definitely were not flares or helicopters, like I said they were huge, but obviously very, very high in the sky and did not move out of formation or anywhere else until they disappeared. Very cool.

Number of Objects: 4-5 small orange/red lights, indistinct, blurry.

Shape of Objects: Boomerang/wide V pattern.

 

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Began in southeast sky moving quite rapidly to northeast. Orange/red blurry pattern of lights passed almost over us in a NNE direction then headed up and disappeared. Total sighting lasted 5 seconds.

 

Additional Information:

 

We live in Beaumont, Alberta, Canada, south east of the provincial capital Edmonton and 10 kms from the Int’l airport.  NavCan who operate the air traffic control refuse to let out any information regarding anything so no luck there corroborating our sighting. Sincerely.
