Time: Approx: 7:30 p.m.
I live in North Chandler. I was driving home inside my neighborhood around 7:30 p.m. today and saw a glowing orange/green/red light in the west sky. It was moving in odd patterns so I stopped the car to watch.
It was slow moving, appeared to have an orange-fire like glow with flashing green and red lights. It moved SE in the sky and then my phone rang. I picked it up and looked back at the sky and it was gone.
