Never searched the net for a answer before for something like this before! At about 22:50hrs in Gloucester England I witnessed a strange low flying almost silent object, having some aircraft knowledge I new this was low, under 2000 feet.
Traveling about the speed of a helicopter. This was a truly strange advent, I would not waste my time searching for answers if I was not truly confused! Can anyone help with some answers?

Just been seen again in thornbury, same time, seems like military flight path, blue green and red and white lights, low flying And making a whoosh noise Cigar shaped
