UFO Three Times Larger Than The Moon Seen From The South Carolina State Prison

Date:  1999
Time:  Evening.

I worked at a South Carolina State Prison back in 1999 and seen something kind of similar to what you described.

I was circling the perimeter of the prison one night, and as I came around one corner, I seen an object that looked like the largest moon I had ever seen in my life.

It looked about three times bigger than the moon when it's closest to the Earth. I stopped the truck and just looked at it, with tears streaming down my face.

I sped around to where another officer was on a post and I took a pair of their binoculars and drove back around to where I seen it, but it was gone. I wish I had stayed a while longer to watch it leave, but I didn't.

I'll always regret that. Sorry it wasn't in the same area as your sighting as you had asked, but I just had to comment on that.

Beam Of Light Hits State Police Officer And Eyewitnesses Watch UFO On The Ground At Poplar Bluff Missouri (Written Report/Audio Interview)

Time: Just at Sundown.

Location of Sighting: Highway 60 just north of Highway 67 by Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Full Description of event/sighting: Brian, could you send me a number so I could talk to you on this as I am not a very good writer.

What happened was, my Grandfather and I and his brother where on our way to Poplar Bluff, Missouri to do some shopping and on the way we saw a bright light just up the road, it was kind of like when head lights on a car shine over a hill as it comes toward you.

The light became brighter as we got closer to the top of the hill. When we topped the hill, we saw a State Police car sitting in the middle of the road with the driver door open.

My grandfather stopped the car and started to get out. We were looking at the light in the trees just off the road, the light looked like a beam that was shining on the Police car and we could see the Trooper half in the car and half out.

His head was down like he was going to fall out of the car. The story has more, but it would be easier for me to just tell you.

The UFO or ship lifted up out of the trees in a few minutes and hovered for a little while then it just zoomed off very fast.

I will tell you about the trooper when you call, also this was written up in the Poplar Bluff News paper. I have not tried to look this up and our family had a cutout of the paper for years, but I do not know who has it at this time.

Where the UFO sat, the trees were damaged. We went back to the site the next day, and I went back a few years later and the marks were still on the trees.

There where three prints in the ground where it sat on it's struts, that we saw folding up when it lifted up out of the trees.

Brian I wrote you about this about a year ago, and I wrote to another group, but I never heard anything back. If you could contact me on this as I grew up in Piedmont Mo. and that was the time of many UFO sightings.

One of many types, and I got to see many of them as they happened.

Weird Object Filmed Over Witnesses Tree In The Great State Of Texas (Pictures)

Hi Brian, I was just getting ready to come in tonight when I saw this light above in the tree.

I had my camera in my pocket, on and ready and snapped one picture of it. Have no idea what it is.

I didn't hear any sound from it and didn't see it move. When I started to take another, it was just gone.

It was about 8:00 p.m., the sky was clear and I didn't see any other aircraft in the vicinity, no wind.

Circling Lights Over The State Of Alabama

Time:  Approx: 8:11 p.m.

I live in Alabama and I was outside around 8:11 p.m., this is on 11-20-14 and I was looking in the sky.

There was a light and it was going in circles between the cloud over and over. My dad was the first one to notice it. It wasn't a spotlight because there was no beam.

I just didn't think, I was crazy or something. It just looked like everything that was described on the website.

Bright Blue Light Streaks Across The Sky Over Garden State Parkway New Jersey (Fireball/Meteor)

Hello, we are driving on the Garden State parkway and at 8:00 pm at approximately exit 60 we saw a bright blue light streak across the sky. It was huge.

It then turned green and bright white and disappeared. It was not a shooting star.

Full Description of event/sighting: Brian Could you send me a number so I could talk to you on this. As I am not a very good writer.

What happened was my Grandfather and I and his brother where on our way to Poplar Bluff to do some shopping. On the way, we saw a bright light just up the road, kind of like when headlights on a car shine over a hill as it comes toward you.

The light became brighter as we got closer to the top of the hill. When we topped the hill we saw a State Police car sitting in the middle of the road with the driver door open. My grandfather stopped the car and started to get out.

We where looking at the light in the trees just off the road, the light looked like a beam that was shining on the Police car and we could see the Trooper half in the car and half out.

Round White Object With Flames Seen Over Coimbatore City Tamil Nadu State South India

Dear sir, my name is (name removed). I live here in Coimbatore City, Tamil Nadu State, South India. Today  20/04/2012 early morning at 03:40 a.m. I saw a white round object with flames in the tail for about 3 seconds travelling towards east.

 

Then it disappear. It happen in Coimbatore. India. Then I Googled it and came to know that it's a meteor. Happy to share this with you.

Dark Colored Triangular UFO Spotted Over The State Of Illinois

 

Date:  March 13, 2012

Time:  Approx: 10:15 p.m.

 

I seen this exact same ship in the state of Illinois on the night of March 13th, 2012 around 10:15 p.m. or so. My story is almost exactly the same! I too was outside star gazing when it came into view above me.

 

It took me a second to realize what exactly it was that I was seeing at first, but the first thing I noticed was the corners that looked like half spheres that were a muted color very dim.

 

The ship itself was a dark purple or brown color, and it was dead silent about 1000-5000 feet above me. I was shocked at what I saw, very cool and scary at the same time.

 

I'm glad to see I am not the only one who saw this I've been Googling it ever since it happened.

5 Orange Colored Lights Spotted Over The State Of Maryland

Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m.

 

Hi, I was trying to see about the 3 bright orange lights on Google and saw your page.

 

Me and my dad just saw 5 than 2 disappeared and it was still 3 (2 over 1) and rotated in a triangle pattern clockwise until they were in a straight line than disappeared.

 

This happened tonight March 16, 2012 at around 10:00 p.m., and I live in Maryland.

 

I’m just really curious to what we saw, because I’ve never ever seen anything like that before.

Meteor Causes Bright Flash Over The State Of Virginia

Orange Object Seen Left Of The Empire State Building In Queens New York

 

Date:  December 2, 2011

Time:  Approx: 12:10 a.m.

 

From my window in Queens, NY, I can see the Empire State Bldg. While looking out the window a few minutes after midnight, there was a bright orange crescent to the left of the Empire State building. At first I thought it was the moon, but the moon isn't that low in the sky and not in the distance to the left of the bldg.

 

The crescent lowered in the sky and I could see a full orange circle. It moved on the right of the bldg. and then descended. This only lasted a few minutes. I've told a few members of my family and they think I'm a little crazy.

 

But I know what I saw. Did anyone in the NYC area see this also?

Bright Orange Balls Of Light Over San Clemente State Park California

 

Date:  October 27, 2011

Time:  Evening.

 

Hey, I was out for a beach barbecue, in San Clemente State Park, CA with a couple friends last night, and we noticed a fairly bright orange ball that appeared slightly above the horizon shortly after sunset. At first, I thought maybe it was a planet, but it was a bit too large, and oddly placed.

 

While we were trying to figure out what it could be, a second orange ball appeared just above it, and a few seconds later, the bottom ball disappeared. This process continued for quite some time.

 

The ball would start to grow a bit dim, and then the second would appear above it, and the old one would flicker out. It seemed to occur every four and a half minutes.

 

It was very strange, but since I live quite close to Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base, I thought perhaps some aircraft or some such was being tested, or something of that nature. But having poured through Google this morning for any information, all I found was your description of a similar sighting you experienced.

 

Anyway, if you have any information, my friends and I are very curious!

UFO Travels 50 Feet Off The Water At Shabbona Lake State Park Shabbona Illinois

Time:  11:30 p.m.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was outside and seen what I thought was a Chinese fire kite thing. It didn't move at all for about 10 minutes and it was about 50 feet off water. It then started going slowly up.

 

At 100 feet I could see that it changed shape and had a red strobe on left and white on right. As it turned I could see it was all black, or dark color and turned into an arrow head shape.

 

There was no noise at all. It stayed about 100 feet above lake and headed north real slow and disappeared. I took 3 photos, but a crappy camera, so I guess I will wait and see. I'm a retired firefighter.

 

Past public safety LT for Melrose Park esda. I no what I saw, and it wasn't from this world.

3 Orange Lights Over Kansas State University Manhattan Kansas

Hi, A couple of weeks ago, I was walking on campus (Kansas State University) in Manhattan, KS in the U.S. I was walking to my car at about 9:00pm at night. I saw 3 orange lights in the sky, much like the ones you described, except the 3 that I saw were moving in unison, but one by one, they disappeared.

I just wanted to share with you. What do you think? I wish I had been smart enough to grab my camera, but I was so confused? I am a believer, and I was just frozen in place, staring at the lights for about 30 seconds. I look forward to hearing from you.

Unknown Lights Seen Traveling Highway Through The State Of New York

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We were on our way back home to Pennsylvania from Mass. We were somewhere in New York when I noticed bright lights in the sky. My brother, then boyfriend noticed it as well.

There were like 3 to 5 light that then turned into 1 bright light. It then turned into the same lights in a triangular form and started flying over the car. There were like 3 or 4 in the sky at this time doing the same thing. Changing forms then turning into 1 bright light then changing again! It was amazing. There’s no way these things were planes as there was no noise coming from these things what so ever.

Bright Floating Light Over Farragut State Park Idaho

Date: August 28, 2010

Time: Approx: 11:30 p.m.

Me and 3 of my others friends were walking out in the woods in Farragut State Park in Idaho. We came across a clearing so we decided to all lay down and look at the stars. We then noticed a ball of white light floating in the sky.

We were surrounded by trees and we watched it move from one tree line to the next laying perfectly still. It was as bright as the north star and maybe even its size too. It must have been a couple hundred feet up in the air. It didn't have distinct pattern of floating. It was very slow and it didn't float in a straight line. We all left after that, but I don't know what it was. Any ideas?

Additional Information:

I know it was August 28th 2010. I was camping so I wasn't exactly keeping track of time, but it was late at night probably around 11:30.

Large Reddish Orange Ball Over East Tawas State Dock In East Tawas Michigan

Time: Approx: 10:10 p.m.

On the night of Sept. 5, 2010 my wife, myself and another couple were sitting on the back of my boat at East Tawas State dock in East Tawas, Michigan. It was about 10:10pm when we observed a large reddish orange ball that looked like it was on fire. At first though I though it was a hot air balloon that was on fire. It traveled from the southwest to the northeast in what appeared to be a horizontal path.

After about 20 seconds it accelerated to a high rate of speed and went up and out of sight. A friend of mine told me today that the news in upper Michigan reported that a near miss with an asteroid took place that night. I doubt that an asteroid could change direction and then accelerate. I wonder why this did not make the world news. Any information that you might have will be appreciated.

Flaming Orange Light Over Cayuga Lake State Park New York

Hello, I was just searching the web to see if I could find info on similar sightings to the one we had on September 9th. That night we were camping at Cayuga Lake State park and around 9:00 pm we witnessed what I could only describe as a flaming orange light (looked like a giant paper bag on fire) come up from the horizon.

It seemed to float slowly up into the sky for a minute of so then the flame seemed to go out but we could still see the faint glow of the object which then proceeded to fly off to the west at a high rate of speed. Never seen anything like it. Hope this info is useful. Cheers.

Orange Object Observed Over The State Of Georgia

Hey , I am a college student in the state of Georgia. Tonight around 9:00 I was sitting on my back porch and was looking at the planes and helicopters outside. I began to watch the stars and I looked straight up and saw an orange light in the sky.

At first I thought it was a plane, but it was way too high. It began to move across the sky at a medium speed, but at the same time it could have been going really fast because of the vast amount of distance that it covered. After it was out of sight, I decided to describe what I saw and type it into YouTube, only to find out that people all over have been seeing this same strange orange dot.
