My wife and I were in Smithers, British Columbia on December 10, 2015 as I had to pick up some new glasses. 

One of the first things I wanted to do was too take some pictures of the 1,012 pound "Phantom Grizzly Bear" which was shot on Hungry Hill by Conservation Officers and is on display at the Smithers Airport Smithers, British Columbia.  

So we drove to the airport, I parked the car and ran inside of the airport and took a few pictures. I ran back out, jumped in the car and as we were leaving the airport’s parking lot, I noticed how nice the mountains looked with dark clouds hanging over them. 

I decided to pull the car over, I got out and took a few shots of the mountains.

Eyewitness Observes Dark Swirling Black Hole And UFOs Hovering Over Manhattan New York (Graphics/Written Report/Audio Interview)

Date: August 25, 2005
Time: 7:45 p.m.

On Friday August, 25, 2005 at 7:45 p.m. I was waiting for the light to change on 6th Ave and 32nd Street in Manhattan New York City when I noticed that there was something in the skies to the west.

I turned to look, at what looked like a dark swirling black hole hovering in the clouds over New Jersey. The light changed and people hurried by me as I tried to get a better look at what at first I thought was, a opening in to a dark area of the clouds.

It had a kind of a distortion whirling about it's edges and it seemed to make it impossible to get into focus. As I stood there it started to move silently to the North,

Only when it started to move, I finally could make out it's shape. At times it looked like it was two flat rectangular objects traveling side by side.

At other times it seemed to be a series of black triangles attached to two long rods, because I could at times, see the sky through what appeared to be triangular openings in the slabs themselves.

It started to go behind the 34th Street Post Office, so I walked back, trying to keep it in sight. But the shifting field about it made it hard to see what it was I was looking at.

As I watched, a helicopter passed between myself and the object, and the object which was further off seemed to be the same size. Although it was more distant than was the helicopter.

The object looked to be over the Hudson River, or possibly New Jersey and the thing moved very slowly, and very silently and in a straight line. I made two separate pictures of each thing. The first picture is a poor rendition of the swirling hovering darkness I first saw.

The smaller picture is about the size, or the way it appeared to me as I watched it from the corner a cross from Penn Station.

The larger pictures is what I believe the things would have looked like had I been closer. These things were too big not to have been noticed by others on either side of the Hudson.

Dark Yellow Colored Lights/Objects In The Sky Over Montebello California

Date:  July 4, 2014
Time:  Evening.

UFO - 4th Of July, 2014 - Montebello, California, We were sitting outside watching fireworks in our neighborhood and off to the left we see an unusual yellow light's hovering in the sky.

It was a strange thing to see during the 4th of July.

Let me try to explain: I really don't think this was a Helicopter, Plane, Jet, Drone, Balloon, Blimp, Para-glider or any other common man made flight machine.

The light from the object, was a fairly steady darkish yellow. Not pulsating at all. I remember seeing the red outline. The object's faded out after a minute or more.

There was no sound from it, that I could hear. The first time I saw it, it appeared to be a little higher than typical Police helicopter flying height, yet lower than jets or most airplanes heading for any nearby airports (LAX or Bob Hope Airport, Burbank).

The object's appeared to be hovering, and it was much too small and no noise. There were about 5 of them. The first one to the right turned off, then the second and third, the last one to the right stayed on, then went dim, then went bright, eventually turned off.

Even though there is fireworks popping left and right, you can hear helicopter/plane noise through it. I estimate it to have been between 1 and 2 miles away from us, at its closest. Also guessing, about 1000 to 2000 feet high.

If you're wondering why I wasn't freaking out over it, it's because I believe that there are other life forms in this Universe. I wouldn't be surprised if the military has developed some cool stuff, they isn't talking about.

The proof that I have are the following people that also witnessed these objects in the sky. My wife, our comrade, our neighbor's, they witnessed these unexplained objects in the sky.

Dark Object Seen On Photo While Filming The Northern Lights Over Peace River Alberta (Picture)

Hi, I'm sending you a picture I took of the northern lights sometime in May 2003.

I never noticed before this week that their was something odd in the picture, so I scanned the 2 pictures and enlarged it at the spot where the object is, and low and behold I don't know what it is.

In fact it scares me a bit because I was all alone shooting the northern lights at 12:30 a.m. while this thing was up there. I was using a tripod and a shutter cable holding the shutter open for 15 - 30 seconds.

Slow Moving Dark UFO With Several Rows Of Lights And A Dream With Little People At Patchogue New York

Hello Brian, to answer your inquiry, no I wasn't aware of any extra time it took to get home, but there was another unusual event that took place perhaps two weeks or so later.

This time I arrived home same time and while pulling up in my driveway, something behind my house and property caught my attention. A slow moving dark shape with several rows of white lights and a few other scattered lights of a different shade of white, but not blinding like my first experience, and it was moving in a line parallel to my house.

It was over a vacant wooded area known as a sump or recharge basin and appeared to be a completely different shape from the previous craft, not long, but much shorter and somewhat taller towards the rear.

Again, I couldn't clearly see the whole exterior as it may have been a moonless night and the trees tops were partially obscuring it. As before it was extremely low, dead silent, moving slow, but steady, and was starting to leave my field of view.

This time I wanted to try and get a better view of it, so backing out my driveway sped to the corner of my dead end street and turned left to go in the same direction as this thing was traveling and less than a block from there was an intersection with a large open 4 lane road.

Stopping there I looked to my left assuming it continued in a straight line for that short distance, and expected to see this thing to be there crossing the 4 lane road, but there was nothing there.

I thought "how can this be?", so I turned left and pulled over at the area where it should have crossed, looked up and all around, but saw nothing. It didn't seem to change direction because I should have seen it somewhere at that point, unless it did so at a very high speed.

I returned home and started to think about the timing of this event. Was it coincidence that it happened the same time of night, and why were they directly behind my house.

Now the very last unusual thing was that some time after this, I had a very vivid dream that I never forgot. I found myself being led by what looked like a small group of children through a small dimly lit room and into a much larger brighter room that looked almost like an examining room or a lab room where everything looked like stainless steel.

I was led over to a sink to wash my hands and then over to an unusual looking long table that had the head and foot end of it slightly angled up with the center being level.

Attached to the ceiling was some kind of device that was long and pointy and was extended down toward one end of the table on possibly a multi - jointed arm. The next thing I know, I'm waking up in my bed thinking, "what a wild dream that was."

As I got up and put on my socks, I noticed a pain on my ankle skin like a burning sensation. I looked at it and could see about three rows of small punctures, maybe 20 or 21, close together and evenly spaced.

I did take a not -so- great picture of it because I think all the punctures didn't show up in it. These last two experiences I only relayed to my wife for obvious reasons. Please let me know if you come up with any other reports in my area regarding the unidentified aircraft.

Two Dark Green Lights Seen In The Sky Over Gaithersburg Maryland

Hello, last night about 10:00 p.m. March 22, 2012 in Gaithersburg, Maryland I was driving onto 370 when I noticed 2 green lights, dark green in color and one had a red flashing light next to it.

 

There was no sound coming from the sky, because at first I thought 2 helicopters. Seems may have been the same thing you saw.

Dark Colored Triangular UFO Spotted Over The State Of Illinois

Time:  Approx: 10:15 p.m.

 

I seen this exact same ship in the state of Illinois on the night of March 13th, 2012 around 10:15 p.m. or so. My story is almost exactly the same! I too was outside star gazing when it came into view above me.

 

It took me a second to realize what exactly it was that I was seeing at first, but the first thing I noticed was the corners that looked like half spheres that were a muted color very dim.

 

The ship itself was a dark purple or brown color, and it was dead silent about 1000-5000 feet above me. I was shocked at what I saw, very cool and scary at the same time.

 

I'm glad to see I am not the only one who saw this I've been Googling it ever since it happened.

Two Dark Metallic Disk Shaped UFOs Flying Low Over Elmira Ontario

Time:  Just before 5:00 p.m.

 

Hello, my name is (name removed).

 

My girlfriend and I witnessed something yesterday late afternoon that has changed our lives forever. We are both from Kitchener, Ontario and we were driving about twenty minutes away to the town of Elmira to meet with family for dinner.

 

We arrived early and decided to take a detour, I wanted to see if a place where I played paintball as a kid was still open for business. Just as we past the Chrysler dealership in Elmira just before 5:00 p.m., two dark metallic disk shaped objects that were shaped like guitar picks, appeared in front of us and continued east.

 

They were approximately 200' high and didn't appear to have any lights, when we rolled down the window to see if we could hear anything, they were completely silent and cut through the air effortlessly following each other at close proximity as they passed overhead.

 

They were moving quick, but we got a good look at them and have not seen anything at all like them before. When we continued down the road and looked to the east, they were gone. If I were to guess how big they were, I would have to say the same size as a two seater plane at the most.

 

These craft came from the west passing over the outskirts of the town and we watched them until they were out of sight. I am curious if anybody else witnessed this.

Thin Dark Orange Colored Crescent Moon Seen Over Laval Quebec (Waxing Crescent Moon)

I too saw this I was driving this evening at 7:00 p.m. and noticed the same crescent shape. I was just Googling now to see of there was a solar eclipse this evening and the blog you posted was one of the first results that came up.

 

When I got home (about 10 minutes ago) I could no longer see it.

Hi, Oops sorry about that. It was in Laval which is a suburb of Montreal, Quebec. When I first noticed it it was a dark creamy color then seemed to change to a dark orangey color.

 

And yes it was a crescent moon thin though.

Large Circular Dark Red Glowing UFO Over Crescent Beach Nova Scotia

Time:  Around midnight.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: This was the 4th odd sighting in the Summer of 2010 from the same area. Me and 4 buddies were at the beach. Me and one of the guys decided to play a joke on the other two, and were hiding in the beach grass.

 

Suddenly my buddy wacked me on the arm and pointed up and said look. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Coming from the south (over the Atlantic ocean), and headed north, was a very large, circular, glowing a deep, dark, reddish color, object.

 

I could see a long trail of what looked like smoke behind the object, and I totally thought it was a meteorite, asteroid, or comet that had entered our atmosphere (hence the smoke trail). But as it flew directly over us, I was amazed by how large, and low, the object was.

 

Because we could see it coming for quite a ways, and then watched it head north for even longer. I realized that whatever it was, was very low and close to earth. The odd thing was that as large and as low as the object seemed, it also moved very slow, and made completely no noise.

 

The smoke-like trail was incredibly long, and basically stretched across the whole sky. I could not believe that I could not find any other reports of what me and my friends had seen in the Summer of 2010 in the Crescent Beach area. I’m hoping that someone else have seen similar things.

Dark Triangle With Lights In Corners Over Chapel Pines Housing Development Florida

Time:  Approx: 6:15 a.m.

 

This might sound crazy, but I saw what you are describing this morning (3/14/08) at approximately 6:15 a.m.. I would estimate the height of the object a little lower than 500 feet, and the lights on object were blue in color.

 

I spotted this object near the entrance of the Chapel Pines housing development off of curly road. More than a dozen cars were pulled over looking at it as well. This is one month to the day from your sighting.

Two Dark Oval UFOs With V Shaped Notches Over St. Catharines Ontario

 

Date:  November 3, 2008

Time:  10:00 a.m.

 

November 3, 2008. I work in St. Catharines in the Welland Avenue-Cushman Road area, and on this day, I went outside along with a coworker for our 10:00 a.m. break. We both observed two dark objects flying slowly in a northwest direction towards Niagara-on-the-Lake.

 

The objects had a large gray "halo" around them. One of the objects seemed stationary, while the other circled around it, making it appear like the flight was erratic, like a runaway kite. But in fact, the speed, height, and direction was constant.

 

The wind was also blowing in the opposite direction. Shape of the objects was oval, with V-shaped notches on opposite sides. I can't believe that no one else saw this. We watched this event for 5 minutes at least, before losing the objects in the distance.

Bright Orange Light Changes Into Dark Colored Disc Over Corsham Wiltshire UK

Time:  10:00 p.m.

 

Hi, I was outside in my garden tonight at 10:00pm on 2nd July 2011 having a smoke, when I saw a bright orange light coming towards me, (towards the south of me) as it started to come parallel at me.

 

The light dimmed and became a black disc shape which was moving at relatively steady speed, which then appeared to pick up speed, but went over the trees before I could see anymore.

 

It was definitely not a plane or a helicopter. I could hear no sound at all. Thanks.

Three Dark Lights Form The Outline Of A Triangular UFO Over Madison/Oneida County Line New York

Time:  10:55 p.m.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: This just happened in my back yard, w/my 2-lab/retrievers to potty, this is a suburb, country type area. It's very dark out at night and there were 3 main lights to it, it was very close to being below the clouds, and the clouds were low due to it raining off and on all evening. 

 

I could tell as it passed, going from north to south/southeast that the only blinking lights were in the rear of the craft. I could not see the craft, just the lights. It was very low for such a large looking vehicle (I say this because of the lights) they were big and bright.

 

It freaked me out after I watched it go by over the large spread of wooded area across the field behind my medium/large sized yard.

 

I hurried the dogs back to the house, and I turned off my inside foyer light so I could just watch it through my door, which was cracked slightly open.

 

It was going in and out of the low clouds, very quiet and it wasn't going very fast. (the speed was like when a large plane is about to land) that’s what freaked me out, because there’s no where to land that close to this area.

 

The Griffiss AFB is north toward Rome, New York. I just got on and started looking for a place to report this, so please let me know if you get this OK. This is the Madison/Oneida County Line in Upstate, New York on state Route 365. 

 

I am 50 years old, so I know what I see, even when it's dark. This has been my home here since February this year, and I have seen alot of craft fly over the area. The Hancock airport is in the north of Syracuse, and is not far from here either. 

 

I have recently also seen a huge white flying animal land on a very large limb of the only big dead tree at the start of the woods across the field behind my little house last month. I looked it up, and read about the big white owls that tend to come from Canada from time to time. I'm sure I will see more of things the longer I live here. I will stay posted. Thanks.

Dark Orange Ball Of Light Flew Over Quispamsis New Brunswick

Date: October 8, 2011
Time: Between 8:00 and 8:30 p.m

Yes we saw the same light. I live in Quispamsis, New Brunswick and between 8:00 and 8:30pm it moved across our sky. The sky was clear and it either went behind a cloud or fizzled out.

My husband first noticed it and said "What's that?". It was a dark orange ball that moved silently across the sky. We thought it was a meteor?

My son thought it was that Russian satellite that was suppose to be seen anywhere from New Brunswick to Africa sometime between October 1 to October 19th.

After it passed we all looked at each other and said, I'm glad it didn't land here. It seemed to be up about 20,000 feet and still looked large at that altitude. (my husband flies alot)

Something Was Casting A Dark Huge Shadow Over Orange County California

Date: June, probably 25-30. (now 2011)

Time: 5:00 p.m.

I don't know if you'll find this interesting, but I sure as hell did. It's old stuff now. In the years since, I couldn't find anyone interested. Maybe because there weren't any little green men. (Definitely not as exciting as Rex Heflin's pictures taken in Irvine in '65. I'd known Rex for years before his incident and actually saw the original photos he'd taken.

My dad rented a house to him for years. It was June, probably 25-30 years ago (I've got it written down somewhere, but where it is now...) and I was on the way home, going north on the Newport Freeway, headed for Norco. At that time, the Newport was three lanes each way, plus the shoulder and a dirt island between the two ways. The island was probably the equivalent of two or three lanes width.

Anyway, I'm going north, it's right at 5:00 p.m. give or take five minutes, when I see a big shadow going in the same direction, but not totally parallel, as it was slowly moving toward me. At that time of the year, the sun's on the way down, but still fairly high in the sky. I looked out my window (driver window) to look for whatever it was casting this shadow.

Being that the shadow was that close to me, whatever cast it had to the pretty close to the sun. I didn't see anything and looked back at the shadow. I was between the Katella Avenue off-ramp and the 91 freeway. Right there you're in a very shallow bowl and you can see the freeway all the way to the bend that takes one to the 91 or Riverside Fwy. You can also see the homes up on Lemon Heights. Well, the shadow's continuing up the freeway, but slowly coming into my side of the freeway.

It's huge. I look up again to see what's making it and still, nothing. I keep watching it and before long, the shadow has completely darkened the freeway. Six lanes, two shoulders and the island. And it overlapped on both sides. You figure out how big it was. Anyway, I looked up again (the shadow at this point was way in front of me) and still nothing to cast it.

It eventually left the freeway (still arcing to the right) and wriggled like a shadow does over the homes on the slopes. My wife and I owned a typesetting and graphic design business in Tustin. If you know anything about printing, they have what's called a screening process (a Screen is the normal term). Using a screen on a color gives it the illusion of changing the color, but actually all you're doing is making the dot pattern smaller or larger, making the picture look darker and lighter.

Well, using the idea of a "Screen", (the further one would be from the source of the shadow, it would lighten up.) the shadow was about as dark as you could get, indicating whatever was casting the shadow was pretty damn close to the ground.

I was on the noisy freeway so I couldn't be sure whether it was making noise or not, but when jets came over to land at John Wayne Airport, you could hear them. Also, I was probably making about 50 mph, and if so, I figured whatever cast that shadow was doing no more then 120. Pretty slow to keep something that big in the air.

Dark Triangular UFO Witnessed Over Rochester Kent UK

Time: Evening.

Hi, my name is (name removed), 37, and I live in Rochester Kent. Around the same time last year I was standing outside our back door to our conservatory and as usual I look up at the stars. I first thought I saw a low plane, but at second look there was a dark triangle shaped aircraft running at a slow steady pace heading towards the direction of Walderslade.

There were no sound coming from the craft as if it was like a hand glider and each corner had a bright red light (non flashing, like a normal aircraft would have white and red flashing lights). I called my step son out and we both witnessed it over our heads and in to the distance. My first thoughts was that it was a low satellite, but surely it was to much of an odd shape for one of those, so second thought it was a military aircraft.

I have looked all over the net, but found no such military craft, but a lot of similar sightings to ours and all come back with the same answer, unidentified flying object. Please let me know if you have any more info on this as I am baffled. Thanks.

Full Description of event/sighting: I am hesitant to make a report like this but the object I observed over the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station on the 25th of June, 2007 was very similar to that reported over the station by other people so it made me realize that I wasn't the only one who thought that this object was a bit odd. I would appreciate that my name not be used (even my first name) as my credibility may come into question if this information became public knowledge.

I presently work at the Pickering Nuclear Generating station near Toronto and I witnessed the object described over the station by others on the Filer’s Files # 26 - 2007 report.

I start my shift at 7:00am, but usually arrive at around 6:00am as I have breakfast in the cafeteria before going to work. My first sighting of the object happened on the morning of the 25th of June, 2007. I had just cleared security and was leaving the security building to enter the administration building when I glanced up to see an object that seemed rectangular in shape. The object was fixed in a horizontal position hanging over the back of the turbine auxiliary bay on the A side of the building.

What caught my attention was that it was something I had never noticed from that location before and because it was so perfectly stationary I stopped walking to take a better look. At first I was thinking that it may have been part of the superstructure on the top of the building as it was so immobile. After thinking about it for a few moments I concluded that it must be part of the building and it was connected by a guide wire or something. I dismissed the original sighting as being irrelevant and went inside and quickly forgot about it.

Around 9:00am I had to attend to a job I was involved with out in the screen house building located behind the plant. (South of the main building toward Lake Ontario). After walking from the screen house going west I looked up and saw the same object again and this time it was a bit higher and now located about 200 feet, above and slightly west of the vacuum building structure. (The top of the vacuum building is about 200 feet and this was about 200 to 300 feet above it). I watched it for about 5 minutes and it did not move. When I say this I really mean it. It was absolutely stationary and that is the reason I stood there watching it. In my mind no objects in flight are so stationary and that is the reason it caught my attention.

After watching it for a bit I saw a friend of mine and I pointed it out to him. His analysis was that it maybe a kite being flown from Frenchman's Bay, located to the west of the plant. I was somewhat inclined to agree with him and went back into the plant to continue my work.

Later on in the morning I had the opportunity to walk out to the back of the plant again and I looked up to where it was and it was gone. I searched the sky and to my amazement I saw it again. It had changed locations. This time it was situated over the cooling water inflow behind the vacuum building structure at about even with its height (around 200 feet).

I watched it for a couple of minutes but again dismissed it as being man made as I figured it had to be.

Later on in the afternoon around 02:00pm I walked back out again to see it in the same place behind the vacuum building structure. It had not moved. I again used some excuse to write it off as being explainable as I had no other evidence to suggest otherwise outside of its very stationary position in the air that did not seem natural in my mind.

When I looked for it the next day there was nothing to be seen. The object was no longer there.

I have been looking since, but have not seen anything unusual. I will keep looking as it has intrigued me and I really want to know what that object was.

It reminded me of some sort of surveillance drone as it seemed to be observing plant activities. In retrospect I should have informed security but I was thinking they wouldn't even follow it up. The reason I say this is that during the day I told a number of people about the object and they responded in such an apathetic manner that I was dissuaded to tell anyone else.

The object was dark and rectangular and may have been the size of a 45 gallon drum. It was positioned horizontally not vertically. I did not have any magnifying device so it was not very discernable.

I don't make any claims that this was not a man made object, but its behavior was quite peculiar.

Dark Colored UFO Over Aliso Viejo California

A dark object was spotted fairly high in the sky before sunset. It remained stationary for about 10 minutes while we were watching it. Then finally it moved slightly in one direction and after that it took off across the entire sky at a very rapid speed.

We could follow it with our eye until it disappeared, but it was surreal to witness. This is because of the tremendous distance that it covered in about one second. Nothing like following a jet.

Dark Disc UFO Hiding In The Cloud Cover Over Redhill UK (Diagram)

Shape of Objects: Saucer shape, oval lower, top seemed to have a peak.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: 100 yards from Redhill Town centre when I met some friends who asked if I had seen it, and looked up. I thought 'you are not catching me out' so ignored them and walked towards town centre. I noticed cars stopping and loads of people looking up, so I looked and only saw a single small white cloud in an otherwise clear blue sky.

As my eyes focused, there was an dark disc partially behind the small cloud on the right side. For nearly 20 minutes we watched it , always just on the edge of the cloud or partially obscured. Then it started flying away from the cloud towards Redstone Hill/Earlswood, so we followed it on foot until it disappeared behind the hill.

 We walked to my parents house in nearby Earlswood and my stepmother told they had been watching it in Earswood village. It was seen by a huge number of people, but in those days I didn't have a camera. We phoned the operator and asked to be put through to the nearest RAF base. We asked if anyone else had reported it, but all he said was can we have your names and addresses.

We thought we might be laughed at so went no further. It is so vivid in my mind it seems like yesterday not 40 odd years ago, but without photographic proof who is going to take notice. I know what I saw was weird, as it was in an otherwise perfectly clear sky, the object was not a weather balloon and looked solid.

It flew away from the motionless cloud and as it was the same altitude, if it were a balloon the cloud would have drifted with it. Total mystery which I will never resolve, but I swear its true and at the time had loads of witnesses (everybody in Redhill out shopping) Some people said they saw it very much lower, but I am only stating what I saw.
