Object Flickering From White Orange Red Seen From Pincher Creek Alberta (Picture)

Hi there, I found your website this evening after my friend, her Mom and I saw a UFO.  I’ve seen one before, same direction over our town (Southwest).

I don’t have a great camera on my phone, but I’ll send you what I got anyway. I also filmed it.

It was flickering like no star I’ve ever seen. It was low on the horizon, too low to be a star, and very far away from any of the other stars. It is a clear night tonight.

It seemed to change shape, the lighting around it. We couldn’t make out the shape, or any other details, as it was too far away.

The flickering colors were white, orange and red. The orange and red colors were faint. It appeared to just sit and hover for a long time, but did move slightly.

It eventually disappeared. Thought I should tell someone.

Three Flickering Lights Spotted Flying Over Lachine Canal Montreal Quebec

Date:  September 27, 2014
Time:  Approx: 11:30 p.m.

I just saw three lights yesterday by the Lachine Canal around 11:30 p.m.. The first one passed by, very smoothly and steadily with no obvious noise.

It looked like a Chinese lantern, but there's no way that could move like the shape we saw.

I saw an hourglass figure, whereas my friend saw a sphere. We both agreed that it looked like there was a flickering within the light. The next went by 5 minutes later in the exact same flight path, but this time we could see lights more clearly.

The third one passed by about 25 minutes later. We believe that they were Aurora TR-3B aircraft.

Stationary White Light Flickering Different Colors Over Cumberland Vancouver Island British Columbia

At 9:20 p.m. in Cumberland B.C. Vancouver Island I saw one larger brighter flicker light of white, red and green staying in place in the sky and a smaller light near it also red and green flickering.

Red/Orange Flickering Lights Over Loudonville New York

Date:  August 11, 2014
Time:  Approx: 11:10 p.m.

Last night at about 11:10 p.m. I observed an object moving steadily across the sky (west to east) over Loudonville, NY.  It was difficult to tell how high it was, although it appeared to be less than a mile.

It had reddish-orange, flickering lights, and it stopped twice and hovered for a second or two before continuing, and then disappeared.

I observed it for no more than thirty seconds from open windows on the top floor of my house. It made no sound.

2 Flickering Orange Lights Seen Over Temecula California

I saw 2 orange lights flickering on then fading away and changing locations near where they first appeared tonight, 6-18-14 near the Temecula, California area, either they're UFOs or possible, experimental military aircraft.

Flickering Ball Of Orange Flame Spotted Over Mount Seymour North Vancouver British Columbia

 

Date:  Late August early September 2011

Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m.

 

A group of us seen something like this flying over our heads in Seymour. Interesting!

 

Additional Information:

 

I'm not really sure of the date. I guess it was around late August early September of last year. It had to be a weekend and the Moon was about full 3/4 or more. The sky was lit up pretty well and it was about 10:00 p.m. or so.

 

A group of about 7 of us were standing outside when we had seen what looked like a fireball traveling through the air at a good amount of speed. At first I thought it could've been a meteor from the distance we first seen it.

 

It was traveling northeast. As it grew closer, I then thought it could be an engine on a plane on fire. I didn't hear any noise as it flew right over our heads (lower than what an airplane flies).

 

We could visibly see that it was nothing more than a flickering ball of orange flame.

 

Like I said, the night was well lit and I am aware of what Chinese lanterns look like when lit in the sky, but this object was directly above us and was moving at low altitude close enough to see actual fire with no tracer coming off of the end of it.

 

We watched it until it disappeared out of our field of vision. It was pretty amazing.

Zig Zagging Flickering Light Seen Over Hadley Massachusetts

Good morning, I saw the same strange flickering light with purple color in the southern sky left of Orion’s Belt. The time was 8:30 p.m. 3/21/12 in Hadley, Massachusetts.

 

I called a friend to make sure they could see it too. It was moving in a zig-zag off and on.

5 Or 6 Flickering Orange Lights Seen Over Sugar House Salt Lake City Utah

Time:  8:45 p.m.

 

(8:45 p.m., 1/25) From our Sugarhouse front porch, looking northward toward the Aves, we saw 5 or 6 flickering, orange lights floating westbound toward town.

 

They sort of looked like those Japanese lanterns that people launch into the sky, by the way they were flickering.

 

Only these were much larger/brighter. Strangely, as each one floated behind the trees in the foreground, they weren't reappearing. I've never seen anything like it!

A String Of 50 Orange Flickering Lights Seen Over Naples Florida

On December 31, 2011, a string of orange flickering lights appeared over the beaches in Naples, Fl. There must have been about 50 of them or more over a two-hour period. 

 

They made no noises as an airplane may have. They were flying too late to be Hot Air balloons, it was already dark. Many people are curious, and nobody addressed the matter in the media.

Flickering Orange Amber Lights Seen Over Vero Beach Florida

This was from my Facebook post I made minuets after I saw the 2 UFO's. Time was about 9:25 p.m. January 3rd, 2012  

Place: Backyard of my home in the subdivision of "Ansley Park" off Oslo Road.

Holy Crap, I officially saw my first UFO!

 

I was walking my dogs in the back yard, and I thought someone shot off a roman candle from across the water from the other neighborhood. It was a brilliant orange/amber color flickering.

 

It made no sound at all and was very beautiful. It was about 300-400 feet above me and I followed it until it disappeared to the east. A few seconds later another one took the same exact path the first one did.

 

I couldn't get over how close it was and how quiet it was. I kept thinking it was a helicopter with a spotlight, but was flickering and totally silent!

Glowing Orange Object Like A Flickering Flame Seen Over St. Petersburg Florida

I just saw this 5 minutes ago, over St. Pete.

Yes, over St Petersburg. The lights were glowing orange, like a flame flickering. It was about 9:15 p.m. this evening. There were three in a line, one above the other, equally spaced.

 

They were bright and seems to come toward us. One broke the formation, went off to the side, then just blinked out.

 

The second did the same, but it took a few minutes for the last to disappear.

Flickering Basketball Sized Object Over Knight's Hide-Away Campground Niagara Falls Ontario

Date: End of June 2011 (?)

Time: Around midnight.

Hi Brian, about a month ago I noticed a light bulb shaped UFO. I was sitting with four other friends around a campfire around midnight at Knight`s Hideaway campground near Fort Erie. It was about 3-4 times the size of a basketball and was as dim as a 5 watt, with intense fire like flickering under it.

One friend suggested it could be a Chinese Lantern, but I was not convinced, for it quietly made its way across the top of the tree lines at about 2 kilometers an hour for about 100 feet, and then slowly turned away at the same height.

We watched it float away for about 5 minutes until it disappeared beyond the other trees, Chinese lanterns float straight up like a balloon right ?

Strange Flashing/Flickering Object Over Saskatoon Saskatchewan

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I looked out my bedroom window tonight and noticed a strange flashing/flickering star like object. At first I thought it might be a star, but as I continued to watch, it appeared to kind of dance back and forth while at the same time flashing red, blue and yellow lights, and it seemed to be hovering in roughly the same location for at least ten minutes.

I attempted to film the object, but in all the excitement and darkness I was unable to get a recording, however. I did see the object through the camera's zoom and it was definitely not an airplane or a star. I watched the object for around fifteen minutes before it finally disappeared beyond the tree line to the southwest. I was just really curious to see if any one else in the Saskatoon area had noticed this. The object appeared to be hovering southwest of ! the city. Thank you.

Bright White Light With Flickering Colors South Of Kaslo British Columbia (Possible Star)

A Vike Factor Note: I believe the witness thinks that I was the one who observed the object, it wasn’t me, but rather someone who filed their sighting report to me.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Interesting astronomical observation last night (March 23, 2011 in Kaslo B.C. Canada) at 10:30pm pacific daylight time. Consisted of central pulsing, very bright white light with flashing (twinkling) red and blue-green peripheral colours. Located at approximately 230 degrees magnetic compass (SSW) and at elevation of about 12 degrees above horizontal.

At first thought, it was a rescue chopper, but it didn't seem to be moving toward us I had thought, and very hard to judge distance, so in reality it may have been a star?

After 15 minutes or so it dropped out of sight behind mountain, but that could have been Earth's rotation if a star. Used binoculars and the bright white portion was clearly pulsing (but not going out between pulses). Left side seemed to be more red flickering and the blue/green tended to be more right. Posted this b/c similar in appearance to Mr. Vike's description.

Flickering Orange Light Over Sandyford Dublin Ireland

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My friend and I went to his doorstep to have a smoke, both of us looked to the sky when we saw something we had no frame of reference for. It was a ball of flickering orange light and it was descending towards earth. We watched as it came down, then it suddenly disappeared. We stood there for a while to see if it would come back, but it never did.

At first I thought it was Discovery coming back into the earths atmosphere, but we now think that the timing would be wrong.

We do not know the guys that shot this, but they mention they were in Dun Laoghaire which is not too far from where we spotted the light, and the light they capture looks exactly like the one we saw.

Floating Orange Flickering Object Over Virginia Beach Virginia

I saw some flying over General Booth Blvd. and Dam Neck Road at approximately 9:10 tonight. They looked like what you described. Orange and flickering like a dim flare floating by on a parachute. They were floating toward the ocean. Unfortunately I was driving and could not follow them.

I saw one go over top of me and another behind it following the same path. I came right home and Googled it on the internet and your site was the first I found. I live in Virginia Beach, Va in the United States. Very curious as to what they may be. Thanks.

Strange Flickering Light Over Sandy Utah

Hi Brian, a bunch of us saw that light in Sandy at about 9:20pm. It traveled up quickly straight above the top of the Wasatch mountains, just north of Lone Peak. It then hovered in place for about 5 minutes or so. It then moved diagonally and upwards to the south. It then started flickering and went out completely. Very strange movements for sure.

Red Fireball Flickering Light Over Hudson Florida

Date: December 31, 2010

Time: Evening

My name is (name removed). I can be reached, along with one of the other witnesses at (phone number removed). I wish I had observed the time of sighting.

We are in Country Club Estates, along U.S. 19 near the Wal-Mart in Hudson/Bayonet Pt. Red/orange flickering light, larger than a pinpoint. Reminded us of a cigarette 'cherry'. Moved from SE to NW across our view for around 60 seconds. Could not estimate height, but there was no 'under glow' from the numerous lights along the 19 corridor.

No sound. No blinking aircraft lights, no suspending 'balloon', or other structure visible.

Lifetime night sky observer, had a sighting as a child in the 1970s, and have never seen anything I could not identify again until tonight.

We observed it from our backyard (facing southeast), then went out in front of the house, and watched it eventually fade from sight to our northwest. Moved at apparent aircraft speed, although with no altitude information, it is hard to say. It was not floating, we have seen luminaire and balloon suspended lights before. Anyway....Yeah. WOW.

Large Bright Flickering Object Would Grow And Shrink Over Ottawa Ontario

Time: Approx: 8:53 p.m.

In response to the postings of a UFO sighting on December 26, 2010 at approximately 8:53 pm EST, I was looking out of my 11th floor patio window, scanning the clear Winter sky, when I noticed a large bright flickering object in the southeast part sky. As I watched it, I noticed that it was not flickering in a rhythmic pattern, it would grow bigger then back to its original size, and sometimes, it seemed to be either light green or blue, and orange.

At some points, it would glow larger rather than grow larger. Because it was stationery, I knew that it wasn't an airplane. But it was the fact that it would grow larger, then smaller again, which made me think that it was indeed a UFO. I watched it until 10:10 pm when a friend called me. We spoke for a little over an hour and a half. So when I went back to look for it, it wasn't there.

Because of the reports of the sightings in London, Ontario on the same date, in particular, the one that saw it in the northwest, I knew that we were looking at the same object, because Ottawa is northwest of London.

I hope to see more sightings. In fact, I know I will.
