U.S. Border Patrol Agent Observes Large Bright Blue Object That Lit Up The Sky Over Las Cruces New Mexico

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Posted by Mel.

Date:  August 20, 2013
Time:  Approx: 8:45 p.m.

To whom it may concern, I’m a US Border Patrol Agent stationed in Las Cruces, NM. On 8/20/2013, at approximately 2045 hours, I was driving back to the station in my marked unit driving southbound on Interstate 25 mile marker 11 when I saw a large blue strobe light in the horizon East of Las Cruces, NM.

The light was so bright and large that it lit up the entire sky. It was too large to be an exploding  transformer. There wasn’t a loud boom either. It was extremely quiet. I got on the radio and asked another agent if he had seen the light and he said yes.

When I got back to the station, other agents told me they saw the light in the east horizon as well. I know outside Las Cruces is a NASA installation and on the other side of the Organ Mountains is White Sands Missile Range and Holloman Air Force Base.

I looked at the local news for any news reports about this. Just thought I’d share this story. For any replies please reply to (email removed).

Bright Object Seen In The Sky Over The Quebec Ontario Border

Date:  March 2012
Time:  Evening.

About a month ago, I was outside and something caught my eye in the sky. I live on the QC/ON border. It was a clear cool night, and there was a brighter than normal "star" in the western sky.

What got my attention was that it was not only bright, it was stationary for the most part, and for hours, but it also had red and blue lights and it was bobbing up and down ever so slightly but quite noticeably and moving extremely fast and them the same side to side.

I was fascinated and watched it for hours. I eventually went back in the house (had to pee) and when I came back out. Gone

Two Cylindrical UFO Close On One Another Over Texas/Oklahoma Border In Northeast Texas

Date:  April 29, 2011
Time:  10:00 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 2
Shape of Objects: Cylindrical.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was driving home from Church on Easter Sunday night April 24th, 2011 on a desolate Farm to Market Road in Texas to Oklahoma where I reside. There is never hardly any traffic day or night on this Farm to Market Road.

The night was exceptionally clear and the stars were shining bright when I noticed this very bright star or at least that is what I perceived in the east, as I was driving east, but it suddenly dawned on me, that it was moving.

I eventually pulled my vehicle off to the side of the road, so get a better look, well this object came to a standstill and I could see it had red, green, yellow and white lights on it and it showed to be cylindrical in shape.

I just happened to glance to my left which faced north and I saw another object coming towards the other object that was at a standstill and it pulled up close to the other object and it had the same color lights on top and it showed that it was cylindrical in shape as well and it came to a standstill also. I could tell there was a space between the two objects.

I looked at my watch and it was 10:15 p.m. 5 minutes, after the second object stopped by the other one, I saw a bright red light proceed to the original object and it looked like how someone would roll out a "Red Carpet" as it was very wide. In my mind I thought this could be a laser of some kind.

Once this "Red Carpet" scenario took place within another 5 minutes as I looked at my watch again as it was 10:20 p.m., I saw what looked liked "black dots" or images moving on this "Red Carpet" toward the first object and this proceeded for 10 minutes and then the "black dots" or whatever stopped and I noticed my watch again and it was 10:30 p.m..

At 10:35 p.m. this "Red Carpet" whatever started to retract back toward the second object. At 10:45 p.m., the first object, started to move sideways and then lifted up and turned south and sped away at a high rate of speed and simply vanished. I definitely saw that it was cylindrical then for sure.

At 10:50 p.m. the second object turned sideways and lifted up and shot at a high rate of speed back to the north whence it had come from and it vanished and I definitely could tell it was cylindrical also. I am a stickler for keeping up with time!.

Whatever I saw that Easter Sunday night of April 24th, 2011 was very strange indeed as I do not know if this second object was making a transfer of some sort to the first object or what it was doing.

I have not told anyone about this incident, as I did not want to be classified as a "nutcase" but I felt like I needed to share with you about this strange observation and whether you publish this or not, does not matter to me as I am not out for publicity and
I do not drink or do drugs of any kind.

I have however thought of this incident many times since and I have wondered what these two cylindrical objects were up too and how they left at a high rate of speed and simply vanished.

Thank You for Your Time.

Rugby Ball Shaped UFO Over Noordoewer Namibia On The Namibië Border South Africa

Date:  May 9, 2011
Time:  6:00 a.m., just before sunrise.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Rugby ball/flat.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Me and my Dad awoke early to get the sunrise on the camera, we were a bit early and the sun was still at the back of the mountains, while we were waiting for the Sun, I saw this orange/gold flying object in the shape of a rugby ball.

We thought it was a plane/second sun or something, but UFO? It suddenly appeared and was standing still on the horizon, (the flying object was really far away, maybe 14 KM?) then it began to move slowly and then it stopped again for about 3+- minutes, then started to move again.

It descended at the back of the mountain and we waited 10 more minutes to see if it came back, but it didn't then the sun came and we took pictures and went back to camp, oh yes, we tried to take a picture of the object, but it didn't appear in the photo.

I know it sounds crazy, but I don't care what anyone says, me and my dad saw something that morning and now we are believers.

Dome UFO Over The Trans-Canada Highway Near The Border Of Saskatchewan And Manitoba

From the Vike Factor archives (Brian Vike) http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.com/

Date: November 1999.
Time: Between 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Trans-Canada Highway near the border of Saskatchewan and Manitoba (we were in Saskatchewan by then).

Number of witnesses: 3
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Flat cone dome top, with large middle section. Could not see bottom/base due to fog.

Full Description of event/sighting: Hello, very recently a friend told me that two of his friends experienced a UFO flying closely over them while sitting by a field and that he believes them. After some reassuring, it led me to tell him my own story and ever since, I've been looking for reports and stories by other people that I can relate to.

In 1999, my family moved from Regina, Saskatchewan to Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canada) to be closer to relatives. It took us over a year to fully settle in Winnipeg and we would have to take very short trips between the two cities often throughout that first year to bring back more belongings or deal with some unfinished business and property transfers. That summer I had just turned 16 years old and I was particularly observant of the experience of being on any road, even while I wasn't driving. I was not a confident driver and was paranoid of having accidents.

In early November of that year (I think it was before/around remembrance day), my brother and I had a long weekend off from school and we wanted to join our father on his next quick trip back to Regina to do some business. He would only be there overnight and half of the next day, but we wanted to visit our old school friends.

That night on the highway, there was a heavy storm. We left later than planned, and it quickly became dark just after 4:00pm or 5:00pm. I remember feeling quite nervous because visibility was very poor. We could only see a few meters in front of us and the anxiety made me keep focus on the road - to be a second pair of eyes on our surroundings - while making noise or engaging in light conversations with both my brother and father in the hopes of keeping my fathers mind awake and alert (usually I like to just sleep through the 6-7 hour drive). There was no radio and we did not have tapes to play, nor a CD player to help with that.

After a long drive in the dark rain for a couple of hours, we entered a thick fog. It made the space around us seem a little brighter but in fact it didn't help our visibility because we could still only see a few meters of the road that was directly in front of us. However, the rain wasn't as heavy.

After 20-30 minutes in the fog, we saw that we were driving towards a section that was lit up. The light was coming from what we thought was the top of a grain elevator. We've made the trip between Regina and Winnipeg many times during our lives and know that grain elevators would be the only thing that would stand as tall. But I also thought, right away, that it was unusual for a farm building to be that close to the highway. I remember pondering the very thought in the situation, comparing past trips and recalling only to have ever seen a backlit highway billboard to have a light shining as close to the road.

We could see that the area ahead was brightly lit - as bright as it would look as if it had been day. I remember feeling some relief, though, and feeling thankful that a farmer was considerate enough to erect a building with a bright light shining on the road for travelers in the dark.

Just before we pierced through the fog to pass by the structure, the rain had completely stopped and we found ourselves in what I assumed to be the middle of the storm. Fog still surrounded us, but the light was bright enough that I could see through parts of it. My eyes scanned upwards towards the light where it was clearest and I saw that the top was a flat cone shape dome/roof. I thought that maybe I was wrong about the grain elevator because it looked more like a silo.

However, just below the light was a second level of the structure that was a larger sort of base continuing to grow out like a wide-based cone. I could not see any lines, nor see through some patches of the fog to discern what the entire shape of the base was but it's presence was large - it took up as much ground space as a tall building would (that's the best I can describe it). I did not see any other lines, seams, addresses or words on its surface and there was no other colour but silver. It looked newly built out of metal.

I observed all of that within 5-10 seconds only. My eyes quickly moved to the closest light, facing towards the road. There were at least 2 other lights that I could see through the fog. They were rectangles- not too square, but not long like a fluorescent bulb either. It was so bright that eventually I felt blinded by it and saw only white. At that point, I considered that it was a new kind of agricultural architecture. I even considered that it was a set for a movie, and that some production company was shooting a film and had their brightest lights out.

As the car moved further away, the fog began to cover the light and gradually the rain pounded the road and we were back to driving in a dark storm.

No one in our car had said a word while driving through the middle of the fog. It felt as though we were in a trance for what seemed to be 10-15 minutes back into the storm. Finally my father said out loud, "What was that?!" and we all agreed that it was a strange sighting.

Still, no one mentioned that it could possibly have been a UFO until the next day when my father hesitantly voiced the idea on our drive back. It was a clear sunny day with an entirely blue sky. All three of us watched the side of the road hoping to find a structure at the same location the night before to confirm that it was just a regular building, but we only saw farm fields and groups of structures in the distance.

It was only when we arrived home that we agreed that we may have seen a UFO up-close. But we've never talked about it with each other any further. Very rarely over the years we've had to ask one another about the incident to confirm that it wasn't our individual imaginations at work that night. But still to this day, we've kept it to ourselves because we don't think anyone else would believe us.

One car passed us in the opposite direction just after we drove through the fog, and there was one car at varying distances before and behind us during most of the drive. I've always wondered if they've reported anything. I feel very hesitant and awkward to talk about it, and to admit what I saw, but I'm writing this now for the record because I'm not sure I will talk about it again. If there are people who saw the same thing that night at least they can know that there are three people who saw it too.

Mile Wide UFO Seen Over New Jersey/Pennsylvania Border Near Philadelphia

Date: April 13, 2008
Time: 3:45 a.m.

Location of Sighting: New Jersey/Pennsylvania Border Near Philadelphia.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Huge craft with 4 bright beaming lights.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Late one night, I saw a craft with four bright beaming solid lights descend from a higher altitude and come to a stand still just this side of the Delaware River. It was all lit up with four lights running laterally across the center, there were two white and two orange lights.

It stayed motionless, the distance away at 1500 feet. It resembled the sketch of the Stephenville, Texas craft reported earlier that year. it also resembled, as seen from behind, the flashing red and green lights of the Stephenville videos, which I had seen on a quiet December 24, 2001 night very close to the spot of the present sighting.

It beamed down to the ground a brilliant white searchlight. There was no helicopter seen or heard at that one block distance. Eventually it shut off the light, and veered toward New Jersey flashing red and green lights, just like the ones seen in the Stephenville and Kokomo sighting videos. Identification? Flying saucer about 1 mile wide and 1/2 mile high seen by me at 1,500 feet hovering.

Strange Lights Seen By U.S. Customs Border Protection Officer At Carson California

Date: July 14, 2010
Time: Evening.

I too saw the lights mentioned in this article. I am a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officer. I was standing in the parking lot getting ready to end my shift when a fellow officer pointed to the sky due northwest. I looked up and saw an orange ball of light. At first I thought it was just Mars or Venus, but it was moving and in an odd pattern. Then we noticed 2 more lights.

From where we were standing in Carson, we noticed the lights some where slightly north of San Pedro. We watched the lights travel south east. The lights seemed to be following the coast line. As the three lights traveled they moved somewhat slowly.

There were 4 officers standing with me, one was former Air force and the another a former Navy SEAL. I asked them what they thought that the lights were and the Navy seal said they looked like flares to him since they had the tell tale orange glow and when they flickered bright white you could see pieces falling to the earth. But the odd thing to him he said, was that flares usually just descend and don't travel horizontally for miles.

We concluded that they were more than likely a new type of infrared flare being used that doesn't give off alot of light and is commonly used by the military with their FLIR systems. We also believe that they were tethered to choppers that would explain the slower movement and the up and down maneuvers you wouldn't see in fixed wing craft.

I am going to continue researching this because this is my first "UFO" sighting (I use that term loosely because I couldn't positively identify the lights). I have some friends in the Coast Guard I will ask also that might know if they use flares in such a way here.

If you do a YouTube search for orange lights in the sky Long Beach you will find the same 3 lights in the same pattern. This seems to be a common occurrence. Who knows with all the different military and federal agencies located around here it could be anything.

5 Balls Of Fire Over The Illinois/Indiana Border (UFOs)

Date: July 10 - 11, 2010 (?)
Time: Evening.

Driving from Iowa to Maryland this past weekend my husband and I saw 5 "balls of fire" in the sky at about the IL/IN border. They seemed to be near the tree-line. They dove, hovered, made U-turns and moved sideways, and had tails of fire.

If they had simply fallen straight down I would've said they were perfectly round comets. We thought they must be some kind of lightshow or post July 4th thing and we Googled it when we got home. This sight lasted for a long time as we drove, and we thought it was unusual. I guess that's all I know.

Orange Lights Over Wolverhampton Staffordshire Border UK

Date: January 1, 2010
Time: 12:15 a.m. to 12:35 a.m.

Location of Sighting: Wolverhampton/Staffordshire border.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 5 plus
Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We were watching some great local New Year fireworks from our bedroom window, when I noticed what I thought at first was a small glowing ember. Then another appeared, I kind of assumed they were helicopters, we checked the time, 12.15am. Then more appeared, at one point there were 5 bright orange lights very close together seemingly stationary above the firework display from where we were, I would consider that dangerous for normal aircraft!

We opened the windows to try to hear them or catch them on camera, and they weren't at all noisy, only the sound of the fireworks. They moved slowly away in different directions, then 2 reappeared to the right again these were very still in the sky until they moved south, followed by one which seemed closer and moving fairly fast from the east, this one joined the other two and they disappeared from our view southwards at about 12.35am. Must admit I was more interested in this weird sighting than the fireworks! Any explanations would be appreciated.

A Lime Green Tear Drop UFO Near Willand On The Devon/Somerset Border

I was the passenger in a car, driven by a friend coming back from house-hunting in Cornwall to Taunton, Somerset, UK, and it was a winter trip and about 9.00 pm. We were on the M5 motorway somewhere near Willand on the Devon/Somerset border. Date of sighting, 1999.

Gliding down towards the earth was a luminous lime green colored "teardrop" about the size of a hot air balloon, the like to which I had never seen before! Unfortunately, as we were travelling northbound on the M5, it was difficult to say exactly where it was in the dark.

We simply drove on and the "teardrop" disappeared from view.

Suffice to say, I have never seen anything like it before or since and I am a highly educated person (MBA, etc) and am out in the countryside everyday with my hunting dogs, and am naturally observant.
