Time: Evening.
There are 2 separate, but aligned stationary bright white lights in the sky to the west of our home in NE PA. They've been there for over an hour, not moving.
No sounds. We live near the Pocono Mtns in Wind Gap, PA.
I tried to take picture, but can only capture one.
Any idea what they are?

I seen the same thing yesterday. I was walking our dog with my gf and I noticed a bright whitish light slighty above the horizon with another smaller but bright orange light diagonal to it but lower and closer to horizon. They did not move. So I went in the house. I assume this is Jupiter Venus or mars. Kind of figured something like this would happen since the planets are supposed to align this year.
ReplyDeleteI saw the same thing in Dillsburg, PA. I first noticed them around 7:50PM, I continued to keep an eye on these light until approximately 11:00PM, they were still in the sky. 2 lights, the one to the right was brighter than the other.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know what this was. I took pictures with my cell phone by they did not come out very well.
i'm in pen argyl and i saw them a few nights in a row. my sister's in nj and she saw them too...
