The RCMP And Media Involved In A Major UFO Incident Over Newfoundland Canada
From the Vike Factor archives (Brian Vike) http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.com/
Audio interviews are not been added to this report as I have no where to place the mp3 clips.
Brian Vike's, The Vike Factor Note: I have another report in audio on the site, please look in the audio section of the website. I will be placing more audio reports up there as well. Including the NTV news clip, in audio as well. Also a report will be added shortly with photos of one person's idea of what the person believes caused the event. This sighting by multiple witnesses is still unexplained.
Date: January 16, 2005
Time: 4:47 p.m.
On Sunday, January 16, 2005 in Valleyfield, Newfoundland on a clear day Jim and Rod Howell were traveling down the road when they spotted a diamond shaped object in the sky. The men pulled their vehicle over to the side of the road, got out and watched the unusual sight.
Jim said they observed the object for approximately 2 minuets, it was about 300 feet in altitude off the ground and moving slowly towards the northeast. Jim describes the object as being shaped like a diamond or an old fashioned box kite. It had blue and white coloring and it was black on it's bottom. The object measured roughly 15 feet in length and 8 feet across. There was no sound heard coming from the unknown object.
On Sunday, January 16, 2005 the object was seen in the community of Dover, Newfoundland and a week prior to this incident the same object was witnessed in Marystown, Newfoundland on January 12, 2005. What ever this thing is, it appeared to be making it's way north across the Island.
Brian Vike at The Vike Factor has been talking with Constable Vicki Colford from the RCMP detachment in Valleyfield, Newfoundland. She has been extremely helpful and is also looking for answers to the many reports that have been reported to her and myself.
Constable Vicki Colford also has contacted NAV Canada, Environment Canada, Search and Rescue for Newfoundland and the media told her about the US Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration which were up from the United States and carrying out some testing in the area. All these agencies told the RCMP they had no aircraft flying in the areas on January 16, 2005.
Constable Vicki Colford also mentioned that NTV news interviewed Jim and Rod Howell and herself for the 6:00 p.m. television news which aired January 19, 2005. Also VOCM radio news Newfoundland ran the story and took calls from eyewitnesses on their nightly open line radio program on the same date as above.
The RCMP officer told me that possibly after the story had ran on the news they might receive reports from different areas across Newfoundland which may give a more accurate tracing of the direction the object traveled. She went on to say it was seen in Dover at approximately 3:30 p.m. and her location in Valleyfield at about 4:47 p.m. If the object did keep traveling along on it's straight flight path it would have traveled through Grander and beyond.
RCMP Constable Vicki Colford mentioned that Jim Howell knew right away the object wasn't an airplane, parachute or anything easily explained. Vicki Colford tells me she was stumped after she took the report and after receiving a number of reports from area residents she is still stumped as to what this thing is.
Constable Vicki Colford said 10 people in Valleyfield witnessed the object, two people saw it in Dover which is about an hours drive north from Valleyfield and Vicki Colford received a call from another RCMP Constable from Marystown who told her he took a call from a witness who observed the object in the Marystown area on Wednesday, January 12, 2005.
Below are some of the eyewitnesses reports.
Burin Peninsula, Newfoundland
Date: January 12, 2005
Time: 7:00 a.m.
A husband and wife of Grand Bank, Newfoundland witnessed an object around the Burin Peninsula area.
The couple were travelling to St. John's last Wednesday, when they saw the object near Red Harbour on the main Burin Peninsula Highway.
The retired Newfoundland Power employee, says they had just topped Red Harbour Hill about 15 kilometers north of Marystown around 7:00 a.m. Wednesday morning, January 12, 2005. They were heading North on the Main Highway when the object appeared from the east. The witness says they didn't see the object go off into the distance. He said it was there and then it was gone. Similar to the sighting in New-Wes-Valley.
The January 12, 2005 sighting has many similarities to the January 16, 2005 sighting in the area.
Mount Pearl, Newfoundland Round Ball Of Light
Date: January 12, 2005
Time: Approx. 5:00 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: round ball of light
Full Description of event/sighting: We just came back from sliding and I looked up and saw a round ball of light, it hovered for a few seconds then took off really fast and disappeared. It was too early to be a shooting star because it wasn't dark out and there were no other stars or street lights on.
Hello, the answers to your questions are the weather conditions were a clear night and some clouds in the sky with no wind. the UFO was located in the east and somewhere in-between. The entire event lasted about 5 seconds in total time observed. The appearance of the UFO is the shape was a round ball of light and I can't specially say how high it was and it had no sound what so ever.
Sandy Cove, Newfoundland
Date: January 16, 2005
Another reported sighting of an unidentified flying object on the island. A gentleman in Sandy Cove was with some friends when they saw, what they thought was a weather balloon on Sunday afternoon. He says the object rose through the sky, then descended into the tree line, eventually landing on the ground. He says a few minutes later the object took off into the sky again.
New-Wes-Valley, Newfoundland (Valleyfield)
Date: January 16, 2005
Time: 4:47 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 4
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: round
Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, I heard this fascinating story today from my neighbour and his son in-law. There names are Jim and Rod.
Yesterday Jim and Rod were driving home west of Valleyfield and through town when they noticed an object approaching from the southwest going northeast. It was around 4:47 p.m. and not quite dark. The object was very visible to the naked eye. It was moving at a fast rate of speed, from the right side of the vehicle and in front of the truck. The object was about 300 to 400 feet above ground. It was a round object, approximately 8 to 10 feet in diameter and about 15 feet high.
They described it as being like a huge "paint can", completely round. The color was a bluish/red and it was seen for about a minute or more. It passed in front of them. It flew over the water from the right and over a follows house. It then flew over a hill and down again and out of sight. There was no sound coming from it and no tail/trail following behind like a meteor would appear to have. There were absolutely no wings on it. They knew what they saw and when they arrived home they phoned the RCMP to report their sighting.
I was told today that the RCMP did go to the site where the incident took place and looked around. As far as I know there was nothing witness by the RCMP.
They have no explanation of who or what it was. To me its a classic UFO case.
This is a funny thing because my friend (name removed) who's Jims brother brought out our local paper for this week (The Gander Beacon) and there's a story of a UFO case that happened in March of last year. Coincidence, I guess you could call it. So, I've decided to send you this story and I'm sure you will want to follow it up. You can contact me by email or by phone. I am an avid reader of the UFO subject myself. I read all kinds of stories and I am fascinated by it all.
I'm sure if you made contact with other witnesses you will receive a detailed picture of what they saw. If you need someone to contact, please let me know as I'll be glad to help out. All the very best.
Thank you to everyone for their reports and help.
Audio interviews are not been added to this report as I have no where to place the mp3 clips.

1967 Kitimat British Columbia UFO Incident (RCMP Officer Shoots At Unknown)
From the Vike Factor archives (Brian Vike) http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.com/
Date: 1967
Brian, are you aware of the 1967 so called UFO incident in Kitimat? I was involved in this incident during the winter of that year.
Me and a few friends were walking on the outskirts of Kitimat one snowy dark evening when we heard a strange beeping noise out in the bush. Within a half an hour a large group of local residents gathered along with us to listen to this electronic beeping noise.
Shortly thereafter, the RCMP showed up and formed about 12 of us into 2 groups. Each group was to walk along one side of this ravine that went into the bush towards this blue light. It was the dead of winter and there was alot of snow in the bush.
I was with one of those groups accompanied by an RCMP officer. There was a blue glowing light off in the bush along with this electronic beeping noise.
After about 20 minutes, we heard 4 or 5 gunshots, and our RCMP officer told us all to get out of the bush. When we got back to the road, the other group that had traversed the other side of the ravine was already out on the road.
Everyone in that group was very scared and apparently, the RCMP officer in that group shot into a tree at "something?" They all saw something in the tree, but no-one wanted to talk about it! This RCMP officer was as white as a sheet and saw something in the tree apparently with the rest of them and felt compelled to shoot at it?
Well, before one knew it, there were electronic and UFO experts coming to Kitimat from all over the world. The beeping noise continued for many weeks and the electronic experts from Vancouver stated that it was an electronic source of some sort.
The local Natives just laughed and stated that the beeping noise was a rare Owl. They could not however explain the blue glowing light out in the bush that night. It was what we were trying to see when our two groups went into the bush.
Have you heard of this story?

Pitt Meadows British Columbia RCMP Officer And 20 Others Watch Orange UFO (Video And Photos)
Date: September 18, 2010
Time: 8:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
In response to : http://britishcolumbiaufos.blogspot.com/2010/09/orange-lights-with-green-in-middle-seen.html
I think I'm the neighbor that video taped this sighting as mentioned. I called the control tower 1/2 mile away, they said nothing was detected, however the next afternoon the executive pilot at the airport called me and explained that these orange orbs were CF-18's. Here's the link to YouTube where I posted the videos. I have some still shots too if you're interested. Thanks.
Additional Information:
Here's a short report of what we saw:
The weather was slightly overcast, and there was a small thunderstorm to the north nestled in the mountains . (we're in the Fraser River Valley) Light wind to the west. At 8:30 pm (till 9:00pm) we saw an orange light approach beneath the cloud cover, over the mountains from the north due south .
It came from the horizon to approximately 80 degrees overhead in less than 3 seconds (no vapor trail, completely silent). This was the type of aerial maneuver you see in a Spielberg film. When it came to the 1900 block of (removed) avenue it veered to it's left (moving slowly now) and hung motionless over our apartment.
This orb continued to hang in the sky motionless for 5 minutes, then seemed to blink out and shoot straight up. Five minutes later a second Orb (for lack of a better word) approached from the north at the same rate of speed as the first, stopped, began to move slowly and veered to the left and also sat motionless over our apartment, again for 5 minutes .
It just buzzed the tree-line north of us, so I'm estimating altitude at say 500 feet. It also blinked out and shot straight up out of view. 5 minutes or so after that, we saw two more Orbs approach from the north, same high rate of speed, one trailing the other.
Again as they approached they veered to their left and came into formation above us, one above the other. They also hung motionless above us for five minutes before shooting straight up. The flight path of all 4 objects was exactly the same, completely precise, all stopping in the same spot in the sky .
This would be 1 block north of Ford Road (19071)and Baynes Road (airport road), placing it within Pitt Meadow's airport's airspace. These were solid amber/red balls of energy 30 - 50 feet in diameter, no aviation lights, no flashers, no wings.
Through binoculars they were absolutely spherical and radiating amber/red energy, like looking at the sun through a sun filter. The color was solid and continuous, each orb having an "aura" of light. The light seemed uniquely different, like a light bulb is different from an L.E.D.
No distinguishable fuselage markings or the like. No sound, no vapor trails, no sonic boom. They seemed to be as if alive, they did not seem like craft. They moved with an indescribable grace. There were 20 or so people stopped on 122 avenue watching this, including an RCMP officer. Our cell phones became intermittent, working then not. My camera was also behaving strangely.
The video was shot on my still camera (unfortunately) it's a Kodak Z740 38-380mm lens. I've also taken daytime photo's from the same location I shot the sighting, to provide
some reference .
I phoned the control tower the night of the sighting, and got no response. I did however, receive a strange phone call the next day from a man called (name removed) who claimed to be from Pitt Meadows Airport. He told me what I saw was 4 CF-18 jet fighters. The funny thing was, he told me there was one CF-18 a few minutes, a second, and a few minutes later, 2 in formation on approach to land. Exactly the flight patterns we saw.
Pitt Meadows Airport is light aircraft only. He also tried to sell me that when these aircraft are below 1000 feet, their light beacons merge into one. Please. My apartment is below the flight approach to land at the airport. I've been here 6 years and I've flown out of Pitt Meadows Airport many times with a friend who's a pilot .
I've seen thousands of planes/helicopters and are familiar with most military aircraft/helicopters. I asked him how many CF-18's he'd seen that could hover motionless for 5 minutes at a time.
At that, the phone conversation ended.

I thought this was good footage (shot on a tripod to boot !) No one seems to be too interested. Go figure.
Thanks very much.

RCMP In Granisle British Columbia Observe Gold Colored UFO Hovering Over Copper Mine
Date: October 22, 2002
Time: 10:25 p.m.
(The Vike Factor Note: Granisle is a small town 45 minutes northeast from where I live in Houston, British Columbia, Canada. Granisle has a population of 400 residents and the main industries are tourism and logging. Once the site of a copper mine. (Granisle Copper and Bell Copper) who had two large open pit mines).
I was contacted by a gentleman (I will say this, it was a person in authority) recently who gave me quite a story. The witness was with another fellow driving north just a couple of kilometers south of Granisle, B.C. (their exact location when they viewed the craft was at Topley Landing. The two large forest companies here in Houston have a barge which runs back and forth across Babine Lake carrying logging trucks) The old Bell Copper mine is directly across the lake from the witnesses position. An approx: guess would be a 3/4 to 1 mile between the craft and the witnesses.
The fellows observed a large glowing orange/gold almost saucer shaped (oval?) object hovering right over top the old Bell Copper mine. They said it was very low to the ground. At this point they pulled over to have a look and to try to figure out what they were seeing. As they watched the object hover, it would rise up very slowly and come to a complete stop, move sideways then stop and drop down roughly the same height from the ground when the witnesses first seen it. (The Vike Factor Note: I asked if they witnessed any type of light coming from the object, meaning a downwards beam of light). They both told me no, no lights were seen coming from the object. They did say that it almost looked as if every time the object moved to another position and dropped back down, it seemed to them the light intensity grew from the object while it stayed stationary. At "one" point the object moved out over the lake and stopped for a few seconds, then went back over top the mine once again.
They mentioned they heard no sound at all, but keeping in mind that the two fellows were some distance away from the object when viewing it. (The Vike Factor Note: I asked them if they could give me an approx: size of this thing). There rough estimate was about the size of the Moon (maybe a hair smaller). They also said there were a few other cars and trucks that passed by them at the time, but no one stopped. (The Vike Factor Note: I can certainly understand why no one stopped to see what was going on, as I know who the witnesses were.)
But they did say that everyone traveling the highway had to have seen it, you couldn't miss it. They said the area around the object, (ground area) was lit up for some distance. Also due to the brightness of the craft it cast it's reflection on the lake. The men watched this event for approx; 7 minutes before it rose up and left slowly heading north, still at a low altitude and out of their sight.
The Vike Factor Note: I find this a very interesting case to work on. Three things come to mind, why was this craft sitting over the old Granisle/ Bell Copper mine. Why did it move and stop over top of the lake. Why did the intensity seem to grow when it moved to a new position and hover. Actually I have a million questions I could think of to ask, but who ? I am not sure if I can gain access to the mine, but I am going to check into it, as I would love to take a drive out to have a look around. Also something to keep in mind, Granisle Copper & Bell Copper mine's sit on an island on Babine Lake. Since the mines have been closed for sometime it may be hard to get onto the property. Also rumors have been floating around that one of the companies were thinking of going back in and high grading the remaining ore. One other note to this story which may be of interest. On the mine site there have been a good number of fossils found, one which has brought a lot of attention has been the Mammoth. Bones have been found, and also were buried by the mine sometime ago when it was in operation. From a newspaper article in the Smithers Interior newspaper a while back the company thought it best to not have their mining operation stopped, or slowed down by having folks digging for these fossils.
Anyway, there you have the short version to this case, but I wanted to get this one out as I just received it this past week. there is a lot more to do on this one, in hopes of finding some more answers to this amazing case. Also I think it would be a good idea to pop into the newspaper office and see if they will run the sighting report in hopes that some of the other folks who drove by might come forward and give their take on this.
While I am at it, I have received more reports as well. Just tonight Saturday November 22, 2002 I received two telephone calls from Terrace, B.C. over stange lights in the sky.

St. John's, New Foundland RCMP Reports UFO Hovering Over Police Vehicle

Date: 1969 Time: 2:00 a.m.
Message: I was reading an article on line contained in the St. John's newspaper the Telegram about UFO's. This goes back some years when I was a member of the RCMP stationed in St. John's, NL. It would be in 1969 when another Police Officer and I were on Night Patrol just outside of St. John's at around 2:00 a.m. in the morning. It was at a little jute overlooking the ocean in Middle Cove/Outer Cove, NL area. We noted a very bright white light hovering over our police vehicle and had no idea what it was. At different times it would change colours ie bright white, than red, than green , back to white red etc. We would put our police car red light on and it would turn red.
We would put our police car's siren and whopper on and it would imitate these sounds. It would be over us one minute and than over the ocean and than back over us. We had our night desk man check with the St. John's airport to see if anything was showing up on radar , but nothing was. We played with this UFO for about 1/2 hour and as suddenly as it appeared it left . One minute it was there and than it was just a bright white beam of light leaving. It traveled out of our sight faster than one could snap ones fingers. Hope this may be of some use to you. I don't know what it was but it sure wasn't earthly, as far as I could tell or am concerned.
Thank you to the witness for the report

RCMP Observe A Large Glowing Gold Saucer At Granisle, British Columbia

As they watched the object hover, it would rise up very slowly and come to a complete stop, move sideways then stop and drop down roughly the same height from the ground when the witnesses first saw it.
(Brian Vike's, The Vike Factor Note: Granisle is a small town 45 minutes northeast from where I live in Houston, British Columbia, Canada. Granisle has a population of 400 residents and the main industries are tourism and logging. Once the site of a copper mine. (Granisle Copper & Bell Copper) who had two large open pit mines).
I was contacted by a gentleman (RCMP Officer) recently who gave me quite a story. The witness was with another fellow driving north just a couple of kilometers south of Granisle, B.C. (their exact location when they viewed the craft was at Topley Landing). The two large forest companies here in Houston have a barge which runs back and forth across Babine Lake carrying logging trucks. The old Bell Copper mine is directly across the lake from the witnesses position. An approximate guess would be a 3/4 to 1 mile between the craft and the witnesses.

Brian Vike's, The Vike Factor Note: I asked if they witnessed any type of light coming from the object, meaning a downwards beam of light.
(Brian Vike's, The Vike Factor Note: I asked them if they could give me an approximate size of this UFO). Their rough estimate was about the size of the Moon (maybe a hair smaller). They also said there were a few other cars and trucks that passed by them at the time, but no one stopped.
But they did say that everyone traveling the highway had to have seen it, you couldn't miss it. They said the area around the object, (ground area) was lit up for some distance. Also due to the brightness of the craft it cast it's reflection on the lake. The men watched this event for approximately 7 minutes before it rose up and left slowly heading north, still at a low altitude and out of their sight.
(Brian Vike's, The Vike Factor Note: I found this a very interesting case to work on. Three things came to mind. Why was this craft sitting over the old Granisle/ Bell Copper mine? Why did it move and stop over top of the lake? Why did the intensity seem to grow when it moved to a new position and hover? Actually I have a million questions I could think of to ask, but who?

I am not sure if I can gain access to the mine, but I am going to check into it, as I would love to take a drive out to have a look around. Also something to keep in mind, Granisle Copper & Bell Copper mine's sit on an island on Babine Lake. Since the mines have been closed for sometime it may be hard to get onto the property.
Also rumors have been floating around that one of the companies were thinking of going back in and high grading the remaining ore. One other note to this story which may be of interest. On the mine site there have been a good number of fossils found, one which has brought a lot of attention has been the Mammoth.

Bones have been found, and also were buried by the mine some time ago when it was in operation. From a newspaper article in the Smithers Interior newspaper a while back the company thought it best to not have their mining operation stopped, or slowed down by having folks digging for these fossils.

Lumby, British Columbia Cattle Mutilation And The Falkland, B.C. RCMP Case Report

I have just started to make the telephone calls on this case as of December 10, 2001 and will be adding more updats as the days progress.
My first call today, December 10, 2001 was to a Brent Smith from the Vernon, B.C. Conservation office.Below is the conversation I had about the possible causes of this cow mutilation in Lumby, British Columbia.
Calf Mute in Lumby, British Columbia, Canada. This took place in 1999.
Conversation With Conservation Officer By Way of Telephone
I phoned a conservation officer in Vernon, British Columbia this morning and left a message on his answering machine to request he call me back as I was looking for any help (information) on a cattle mutilation which took place in Lumby, British Columbia, Canada. I didn't have any information on this case such as date, time, etc.... He phoned me back about a half hour later and we had a informative talk.
I asked if he had any information dealing with this calf mute in the Lumby area. He told me he had none at all as their field is dealing pretty much with wild animals. But he was kind enough to set me up with the information in which I needed to contact the rancher to discuss the calf mute.
The conservation officer also told me this mutilation took place approximately 2 years ago. The officer was kind enough to fill me in on some of the ways in which a wild animal can do this to a dead carcass. Below is our conversation.
I mentioned to Brent that I had received his name from the RCMP when investigating the Falkland "Mutilated Cow" report. I explained who I was, and that I was trying to investigate and gather information on the cattle mute which took place in his area.
After filling Brent in on how I came about acquiring his name, and a little about the case in the Falkland area I asked him if he possibly had a case file on this mute.
He said no, and then told me that this mutilation report took place about 2 years ago and went on to inform me that this type of report (case) was not for their department and basically was not classed as wildlife.
Brent's comments to me were the ranchers found a cut up calf and did not have any ideas on what had taken place, they thought the mutilation was done by a cougar. But from the description the ranchers gave to the conservation officer it seemed that this was done by a knife which didn't make any sense to the him.
Brent asked me what was the nature of the mute down in the Falkland area. Did it have knife cuts on the animal ? I told him that the RCMP Constable, when he observed the dead animal, said that it looked as if a knife or fine instrument had made all the cuts.
I also told him that in the Falkland case after an inspection of the dead animal, there was "no" blood remaining in the animal, no blood found around the scene whatsoever, also I was told there was a rectal core had been taken from the animal. The udder was removed, and sexual organs were also missing.
After giving Brent the information as to the shape of the dead animal he mentioned that it was not uncommon as coyotes will eat the udder off. Not only that, it looks as if the coyotes peeled it, or stripped it and a lot of times they will eat a hole into the back end of the dead animal as that is where they start to feed.
He also mentioned that the damage at the back end could be done by turkey vultures as they are known to do this as well to the cavity. Brent said he wouldn't be surprised if that was predation.
Brent went on again to mention that the mutilation in Lumby had knife cuts on the animal and the organs, udder, whatever were also taken. We then chatted about different types of ideas as to what may cause these events, other than wild animals such as a possible cult or someone out to cause problems for others.
I mentioned a case from the United States which recently happened where the organs were removed and there was no blood left in the animal. Not to mention no trace of blood at the area where this cow was found.
Brent brought up some good points on the loss of blood for a mutilated animal. He said that a cougar will kill to the base of an animals head. He also mentioned that with a smaller animal such as a sheep or goat the cougar will basically eat the ears and open up the throat and drink the blood out of the animal. He said this can be common with cougars.
Brent also added that farmers/ranchers have phoned to report that their sheep were cut open and left on the ground. Brent went on to tell me that when he went out to look into this report it turned out to be the work of a cougar.
He tells me the cougars use their teeth like snips and peel back the hide with their incisors which looks as though this has been done with a knife. Basically they will cut a hatch into the ribs and it appears as if a set of shears have done it.
Peel the hide back and it seems like its done with a knife and that way they get at the organs better. A little port hole in the side and eat all the heart and lungs and get all the good parts.
I still have to talk to the ranch owners on this matter and get their version of the occurrence. This case is still unsolved but investigations are still in progress. I am inclined to think it was a wild animal but probably will go down as an unsolved case. More to come on this matter.
Please drop back for witnesses updates.
Also as I try to gather the facts on such cases, I like to add all all the ideas of what could have happened to one of these animals. Below is a link to another page on my website which is a Fact Sheet about:

Falkland, British Columbia RCMP Case Report - Mute
Below is the RCMP's Investigation report into the cattle mutilation which took place in Falkland, British Columbia, Canada in September 2001.
Also I have the names and phone numbers for the people involved in this incident and will be now contacting each of them to gather more information on this case. So stayed tuned for more to come.
Cattle Mute Update - In December -2001 This information from CBC Radio September 2001.
I have been in contact with CBC Radio News and they have provided the following information.
The area where this took place was between, Fulton and the Chase area in British Columbia. Some horse back riders had found the carcass of the animal (cow) and had contacted the farmer and the RCMP were also contacted.
There was only one set of tracks leading to the animal, these tracks were left behind by the farmer as he inspected the dead animal. No other tracks were found around the area, leading in or out.
After an inspection of the dead animal, there was "no" blood remaining in the animal, no blood found around the scene what so ever, also I was told there was a rectal core was taken from the animal. The udder was removed, and sexual organs were also missing.

CST Lange phoned the Saskatchewan Research Counsel and spoke with Eve Plante at (phone number deleted by Brian Vike - The Vike Factor). Plante asked about several contacts of his whether they had any statistics. His contact on the matter with the breed association in Calgary had no records available.
His contact at the Saskatchewan Pasture Management like wise had heard of cattle mutilations but had no statistics. Plante's contact at the University of Saskatchewan also had several cases of cattle mutilation reported to them however, the cases turned out to be the work of scavengers eating their way through the soft tissue area of the body.

End of RCMP Investigation report. I was told other information was given to another unit of the RCMP for possible more investigation. But this information is not for the public, at least at this time. Other documents that were faxed from the RCMP are pages from the Freedom of Information Act which are rather interesting also.
I would like to extend my many thanks to Constable Lange of the RCMP for all his help. The RCMP at this time are placing small animals which may have caused the damage to the animal after it died. Also more information on this will follow soon.
I also have three other reports of cattle mutilations which have taken place in British Columbia, Canada. The first I will tackle is a mute in the Lumby, British Columbia area, the second will be a cattle mute in the Quesnel, British Columbia area and the last in the Clinton, British Columbia area.
I hope to have reports on these in the coming months. Also I should have more information on this cattle mutilation which took place in the Falkland, British Columbia area very soon. So please stop by if interested in this area of investigation.

Animal Mutilation Project 128 pages
These records contain accounts of animal mutilations which were discovered in various states during the late 1970's. Over the years, several theories have been expounded to explain the mutilations, including UFOs, satanic cults, pranksters, unknown government agencies, or natural predators.
The FBI entered the case when 15 mutilations occurred in New Mexican Indian country. The investigation was negative with respect to identifying the individuals responsible.

Major UFO Incident Over Newfoundland - The RCMP, And Media Involved

Audio interview mp3 at the end of this report.
