Mass Sighting Of Bright Glowing Oblong Lights Filmed In Neguac New Brunswick (Pictures)

Canadian UFO Investigator Brian Vike’s Note: From what the eyewitness told me in this report, there were a number of other eyewitnesses to this event. 

Also someone took a photo of the object and was printed in the L'Acadie Nouvelle newspaper. If anyone else has any information on this sighting, would you be kind enough to send along the details of what you saw.

Full Description of event/sighting: I don't generally buy into this type of thing, but while parked at a beach, myself, and two friends witnessed a bright glowing oblong object in the sky steadily grow brighter, then disappear. It occurred a second time, it was large, closer than the 'stars', but further out than low flying planes.

After speaking to people in town, a number of folks saw it as well who were in different areas of this part of New Brunswick, and everyone is incredibly perplexed.

One witness took a photo, and it was apparently published in the local newspaper (L'Acadie Nouvelle), but I have not yet been able to find a copy of that paper.

Also interesting to note, is that the next night we were looking in the same area, hoping to witness the same thing while we had a camera, but instead we saw a steady stream of air traffic, all following the same flight path.

In fifteen minutes we saw fifteen aircraft, of which there were three sets of pairs of smaller jets and one low flying large plane that looked similar to a Herc, all flying towards the area that the 'UFO' was reported, which is extremely out of the ordinary for this part of New Brunswick.

I feel pretty silly explaining this, but I have to say that my mind is boggled, as are the minds of many people around here. Mostly, I'm wondering if you have any suggestions as to how we can find out what this light may have been?

I have to thank the person who was kind enough to find the picture that was posted in the L'Acadie Nouvelle newspaper and for sending it along to me.

Orange/Red Oblong/Ball Of Light And Triangle Seen Flying Over Altamonte Springs Florida (Audio/Telephone Interview)

Full Description of event/sighting: I was just looking at the sky, like I always do, it was a beautiful evening.

I saw orange/red ball of light moving southeast.

I ran inside to get my friend to show her and the huge glowing object stopped, and went in the opposite direction back into the sky.

We watched it until it disappeared. It was huge. It could not have been a satellite or space junk because it stopped and then went backwards in the same path it came from.

Ironically, another ball of light was spotted on September 21. The news argued that it was a falling satellite. What is going on?

Oblong Shaped Object With Blue Purple Changing To Green Red To Purple Again Over Edmonton Alberta

 

Date:  February 21, 2012

Time:  Approx: 7:30 p.m.

 

February 21, 2012, travelling off of 127th and turning left unto 137th Ave, I saw a oblong shape that at first had a central bright light at the front with three lights in back.

 

The lights were blue to purple changing, green to blue, and red to purple.

 

As I witnessed it driving up to the red light, I asked my teen daughter and the driver what I was witnessing to my right (as I pointed to the sky, as my finger touched the passenger side window. 

 

I began to tell them what I saw and said I know it wasn't a helicopter as they do not hover like what I was seeing, nor do they have the shape and lights as I described.

 

I also said it was not an airplane either as they don’t fly that close to the city and hover about a spot as such. Then the central light went out and the three other lights dimmed and formed more of a triangular red light pattern that interchange to make the object appear to spin as it hovered. 

 

That was about 7:45 p.m.

Glowing Amber Oblong Balls Of Light Near Carmel And Zionsville Indiana

 

Date:  July 3, 2010 and July 2, 2011

Time:  Approx: 9:30 p.m. (dusk)

 

Hi Brian, my friend and I had a strange experience last night here in Indy, and when I ‘Googled’ it, I found your sight. We basically saw the same thing that your blog reported in Indy on July 3 and June 25 of 2010. This happened again last night, July 2, 2011.

While sitting out back on my deck at about 9:30 (dusk) on the extreme northwest side of the city, near Carmel and Zionsville,  I noticed what looked like an amber light flying low and faster than a plane from north to south. It appeared to be a glowing oblong ball.

I pointed to it, and my friend and I watched it. It disappeared in the south western sky, but moments later, an identical object appeared at the same level, coming again from the north and moving south quite fast and low. Again, it disappeared in the south western sky. Finally, this happened again for the third time.

I’ve seen planes from the local small airport, but they don’t fly in the same vector or at the same height and they certainly don’t glow amber orange. There was no flicker, just a constant amber orange glowing light with an aura around it. There were no wings or tail visible, just a glowing amber oblong ball type shape.

I’ve seen weather balloons, planes, and helicopters, which we have here often, and this was nothing like that. My friend lived on a military base in Hawaii for years, so she is quite familiar with military aircraft. This did not appear to be a military aircraft at all.

Some popping firecrackers were going off from kids in the area, but it was still too light for fireworks, so it wasn’t related to fireworks either. And fireworks don’t move so deliberately in a low straight line across the pink evening sky. I am an attorney and my friend is the business manager for a dental practice.

We don’t really believe in UFOS and are totally rationally based. We kept looking for a reason for this, but nothing else makes sense. We’ll be watching again tonight, and will write if we see anything. This time, I plan to have a camera ready.

Orange Oblong Shaped Object Above Swindon Wiltshire UK

Time: Evening.

Hello, I live in Swindon, Wiltshire and witnessed the same on the evening of the 25th March 2011.

An orange oblong shape, first I thought it was a satellite catching full sunlight, however, it moved too fast, was too big and changed about a 90 degree direction, therefore could not be a satellite or one of those Chinese Lanterns.

Perspective is difficult, it moved slower than a aeroplane that flew over a few moments later, but if it was higher it would appear slower, would it not ?

Anyway, it had me puzzled, so I Goggled it and came across your page. Interesting the dates are close, but different.

Bright Orange Circle Oblong Shaped Object Over McGraths Hill NSW Australia

Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

At around 10:00pm on New Years Eve my wife, daughter and I were in our pool in McGraths Hill, NSW, Australia, gazing up at the stars when my daughter said "that's not a star" and pointed to a bright orange circle/oblong shaped object. It was moving erratically for something up in the sky and on occasion actually stopped, not constant like a plane or helicopter and there were no flashing lights as you usually associate with aircraft.

When this object eventually disappeared, it looked like it was travelling at an amazing speed getting smaller and smaller as it went away until it finally disappeared. We The entire sighting lasted around 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.

I am ex-military and worked around aircraft for over 30 years and so know when I see afterburners in action and all that sort of stuff (this was nothing like that). I have never seen anything like it before and would probably guess at it being the newest secret American technology being tried out (apparently all over the world when reading some of the other recent submissions on your website).

Unexplained Bright Oblong Light Over West Covina California

Full Description of Event/Sighting: On December 27, 2010 at approximately 6:15 pm PST, my wife and I were in our backyard in West Covina, CA (about 22 miles east of downtown Los Angeles). It was a very clear evening and I was looking up at the night sky. In the southwest sky there was a light from what appeared to be a planet and to the right and above the planet I noticed another odd, bright light.

It was oblong in shape and had a glowing white oblong light on its underside. It was moving at a slow pace in a northerly direction. It seemed to be moving too slow to be an airplane and it seemed to high and too big to be a helicopter. I pointed it out to my wife and she also saw it and couldn’t explain it. We watched it for about 40 seconds and then it suddenly disappeared. We didn’t see it fly off. It was just gone

Large Oblong Bright Orange UFO Divides Into 6 Over West Alexandria Ohio

I walked out to my backyard at approx: 9:30 pm. I noticed a large oblong bright orange glow above the trees to the south. I stared for a moment and was shocked to see it divide into 2 then 3, then 4, 5 and 6 smaller orange orbs. They seemed to "play" in the sky forming horizontal lines, vertical lines and then a large V shape. 3 of them disappeared and the other 3 hovered for a few seconds and slowly went about their way across the tree tops. I went to get my husband and when he came out he saw the last three hovering over the trees before they disappeared.

Silver Oblong UFO Over Dyffryn Springs Cardiff Wales

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We were fishing at Dyffryn Springs Cardiff when I saw a silver thing zig zagging up by two other flying planes, it then shot off in a straight line faster than any thing I ever seen. It was not a plane, as the zig zag was as if it was looking at the planes. I called to my son and mate, but they could not see where I was pointing due to the sun. I don't know what this was, but it sure wasn't a plane. Nothing could fly that fast. I looked up all day and nothing flew that way and all flight paths was left to right.

Slow Moving Oblong UFO Observed Over Pigeon Hills Rd Spring Grove Pennsylvania

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My dog awoke me at 5:45am. I got up and glanced out the window and saw an object moving slowly in the sky. I went to the window and opened it and stuck my head out and saw the object much clearer. The morning sky was clear and crisp. I listened for a sound and heard a low rotating hum. The object was about 1000 feet above the tree line moving south. The object appeared to have 3 prongs hanging down from it all lighted with yellow, blue green, some red, orange and white mixture lights. The object was moving slowly. I jumped in my car and tried to follow it, by that time it was to far away to see. But it was still moving slowly and still heading south. This wasn't a helicopter or an airplane. I did see for sure a Flying Saucer back in 1974.

That was cylinder shape and in the afternoon. That one had a hum sound with a much higher pitch. That one I saw through binoculars and I was able to see clearly the dome on top and underneath and port windows. That was when I lived on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

Nanaimo, British Columbia A Large Oblong Shaped UFO

Time: Early afternoon

Another strange thing I saw happened last year in Nanaimo. I was visiting a friend and we were in her backyard in the early afternoon and right above our heads was a large oblong shaped craft. You couldn't look at it directly for long because the sun was so bright and reflecting off it so it was hard on the eyes, you had to turn away from the brightness but I did make out the shape and the color was sliver. I told my friend but she was trying to control her kids and just glanced up briefly because of the sun and couldn't make out anything. When I tried to look again I couldn't see it. I thought maybe it was the good year blimp? I don't know.

Beaver, Pennsylvania - Oblong, Wingless, Disk-Like UFO

Date: December 15, 2000 Time: 6:30 p.m.

My 12/15/00 nighttime sighting:

A large, intensely, bright, bluish-white strobing light flying north... Its speed seemed normal but it flew unusually low and close to my house, only 200 feet away from me. As the strobe flashed, about once per second, it illuminated the craft's body.

I could then, see that this craft was oblong, wingless, disk-like and of a dull, dark, brownish-gray color. There were also a few areas of very hazy, dimly lit, multi-colored light, of red and yellow-green, around the right side of the craft which, seemed like windows but with no apparent structure... or frame work. (*Note: This dimly lit, multi-colored illumination, of red and yellow-green, around the side of the craft's body was something that I later described, on the AlienViews list, as resembling the luminous, multi-colors effect often seen on an oil slick). The disk seemed to be about 15 feet wide, no noise, no other lights. The disk looked very black except for the small surface area being illuminated by its flashing strobe.

Below Image: This is what the UFO appeared to look like.



The strobe (the white light) was located at the tip of a short, thin appendage (the appendage) was about three or four feet in length (and attached) along the center portion of the disk's side. The strobe light was always pointing towards the north.

When the strobe (UFO) was at it closest (*the UFO was then below my eye level and hovering about 3 feet off the ground, directly behind my neighbor's garage) I could see this strobe's appendage wavering, back and forth, a few feet CW then, CCW, every three seconds or so... This slight wavering or gliding back and forth movement of the appendage sort of reminded me of the subtle wavering of a compass needle... This disk then, stopped and hovered (*Note -- I never saw this UFO flying upwards, towards its second hovering location) about 250 to 300 feet above ground and about 150 yards away.
