3 Fireballs In The Sky With Contrail Over Burlington Ontario

Date:  1998-2000 (?)
Time:  Approximately 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m

Hello there, my name is (name removed) and I used to live in Burlington, Ontario. Aldershot to be more specific.

I was just watching a television show with my gal about sightings in he sky and government cover-ups, etc. I immediately reacted by stating, that I’ve seen that myself.

Not one fireball with a contrail behind it, but three! All in formation, but clearly out of the ordinary.

The time was around dusk (guessing 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) and he sky was far from dark.

I tried desperately to make out a shape, but didn't see anything other than a ball and trail behind each of them. They flew at an alarming speed, and by that I mean too fast to be airplanes, but seemingly too slow to be meteorites.

This incident happened years ago (guessing 1998-2000).

I watched local news for days following my sighting and spoke to others about it, but it was seemingly never seen by anyone else that I knew of, so I simply let it go and never gave it much more thought.

Seen A Large Group Of Fireballs In The Sky 15 Minutes North Of Airdrie Alberta

Date:  February 23, 2015
Time:  Between 11:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Hello there, on  Monday night on my way to work in Calgary, Alberta heading south on the QEII I had also saw I large group of fireball like light heading north.

I first thought that it was a meteor but it did not behave like one.

I was probably about 15 min north of Airdrie heading south and it was between 11:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Silent Glowing Orange Lights/Fireballs In The Night Sky Over Greenville Pennsylvania

Date:  Numerous times.
Time:   Evenings.

I have seen this many times in Greenville, Pennsylvania, sometimes there have been more than one at a time and they fly in different directions, but always seem to follow each other to their destination.

I've also seen a object in the sky with other people observing at the same time. This object stayed in one spot came straight down and got close to Earth.

It then flew straight back up then out of sight, but yes, we have seen the glowing fire balls.

Orange Fireballs Seen Flying Over High Point North Carolina

Date:  September 20, 2014
Time:  8:45 p.m.

My sister, husband and I were driving into my sister's driveway after dinner at 8:45 p.m. tonight (September 20, 2014) and there was an orange ball of fire coming from the north.

We thought it was a plane that had an engine on fire. However, there was no noise. As we were watching, a 2nd ball of fire came in sight. Then first one turned east, as if it were in a flight pattern.

However, the 2nd one turned east at the same time. It looked like the 2nd one was desending fast and we waited to see if we would hear/see a crash. Then, both were gone.

We went online to see if anyone else saw it and found this blog. It is eerie how similar our experience was to others on this post.

Red Fireballs Seen In The Sky Over West Town Chicago Illinois (Video Footage)

Time:  Approx: 1:30 a.m.

I am currently sitting on my rooftop patio it's about 1:30 a.m. in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago IL. and I notice a little red fireball in distance. As it slowly approaches me, it is at quite a low elevation at first, I thought it was a drone and someone was just playing around. However, the object was not a drone and then I started to record it's movement and the object ended up increasing it's elevation and the red light sort of disappeared.

Furthermore, I look out into the distance and I see another trailing red fireball approaching me again and again I recorded the object and it did the same thing as the first one. Therefore, I started looking in all directions into the sky.

Then I noticed another red fireball far out into the distance coming from the east passing downtown Chicago, however the object was to far away to capture on my iPhone. The first two fireballs I witnessed coming from the south. Here is video of the first two little fireballs.

Two Large Fireballs Flew Over San Clemente California

Orange Red Fireballs Over Moon Lake Area Of New Port Richey Florida

 

Date:  December of 2011

Time:  Evening.

 

My cousin saw the same thing in December of 2011 in the Moon Lake area of New Port Richey. Actually, he saw these multicolored "fireballs" as he describes it, moving above the tree line near Hidden Lake subdivision.

 

They appeared to be floating, but not randomly, more like on a course. They would sometimes dip below the tree line. He states they were huge and made no sound. The fireball was not always orange or red in color, but changing colors.

 

He stated they were not flares or even a Chinese lanterns as they seemed to be under some sort of intelligent control. They flew directly overhead before they disappeared behind the tree line by Hidden Lake Estates.

 

There is a private airport there, but he claims this was no aircraft as we know it. He saw it again another night as well, and this time there were two other witnesses who all saw the exact same thing.

Giant Orange Colored Fireballs Over Port Richey Florida

I actually saw exactly what you described on Monday night 1/2/2011. I live in Pinellas county. This was about 8:30 p.m. Was looking east, object was travelling north to south, very low, very slow.

 

I thought maybe it was some space junk entering the atmosphere. But the angle was flat to the horizon, and it seem like it was in the lower atmosphere.

 

Pretty neat! At the same time, I saw the cluster UFO that everyone has been reporting, way in the east.

Giant Orange Colored Fireballs Over Port Richey Florida

 

Date:  December 31, 2011

Time:  Approx: 10:23 p.m.

 

My partner and I were outside at around 10:23 p.m. looking at the neighboring fireworks, when my partner was looking up into sky behind our home (eastward) and he commented, "that's a weird looking plane".

 

I looked into the sky and my first reaction was it was a huge meteor, like a giant fireball sort of,  like the fiery end of a cigarette and more orange than red. But it was moving slowly in a southern direction,  so then I thought, it’s a missile (we're going die) or maybe a plane on fire. 

 

A flare wouldn't be that big and then the fireball ascended upwards into the sky so fast that it looked like a star for a few second,s then disappeared. I know for certain this was no firework, flare or aircraft (that we know of).

 

I always believed we were not alone, but gave no thought to visitation from UFO's. I've witnessed for myself and I'm a little unsettled. About 20 minutes later to the far west we witnessed the same fireballs (2) of them rising into the sky at quick speed. There was no sound and they got so small, we no longer could see them.

 

Looks like 2012 is going to be an interesting year. Happy new year to all (I hope).

Red Orange Fireballs Seen Over Peterborough Ontario

 

Date:  April 2011

Time:  Around 10:00 p.m.

 

My wife and I have seen 2 cases like this over the past 2 weeks. The first over our house in Peterborough; I went out around 10:00 p.m. to put the rubbish out and right in front of me just above the rising moon was a reddish-orange fireball.

 

I say fireball because the light looked more like a flame than a light. Bigger than the lights from an aircraft and one constant mass, no flashing.

I called my wife who happened to be close by and she came out and watched it with me as it moved towards us and overhead. I grabbed our binoculars and gave them to her while I went to get the camera. She tracked it in the binocs and saw a black oval mass with flame towards the rear. As it went overhead the flame subsided and she could still see the black mass, to large to be a meteor. I tried to catch it with the video camera but couldn't get it in frame and we lost it.

The 2nd last night from our hotel room in Huntingdon. I looked out of the window around 10:00 p.m. and saw a similar object approach from the right. It crossed at a speed a little quicker than a helicopter. It was bright orange, more light than flame this time. Again I called my wife and we both watched in awe as it sped past. No blinking or flashing just bright orange. It seemed to intensify as it is passed and then we lost it to the left.

Somebody else must have seen these things. They were very clear, low on the horizon and quite large.

Around 10 Bright Orange Fireballs Seen Over Irondequoit New York

 

Date:  July 4, 2011

Time:  Between 10:45 and 11:00 p.m.

Date is 07/04/2011, time is between 10:45-11:00 p.m., and the exact place is in Irondequoit, NY.

I was with family and friends and we just got done watching the fireworks and decided to sit down outside in the backyard and chat.

I seen one orange object floating in the sky traveling quite fast coming from the west and traveling to the east. I didn't think anything of it, and thought that it was something to do with the fireworks or even possibly a plane.

A few minutes later I seen 3 more orange balls traveling the same speed, they were lined up one after thee other, a bit of a distance apart and were also traveling to the east.

I was with 5 other people at this time and got there attention and to our amazement we seen a plane fly through the sky at the same exact time and then we knew for sure that this was no plane.

My brother said they could have been Chinese lanterns, but seeing how fast these orange balls were going, each following the same direction and path, and moving at various speeds.

We counted the Chinese lantern idea out. The objects were orange in color, round in shape, looked like balls of fire gliding through the sky.

After seeing about 3 more sets of the orange balls follow the same path within a few minutes in between each set we decided one person would Google it and 2 other people got out telescopes.

My brother was assembling the telescope and the balls continued on and then as soon as he had the scope ready to go they all of a sudden stopped.

I would say that we seen around 10 of these fireballs in total. If anyone has any ideas what they could be or similar stories please get back to me.

Two Circular Fireballs Come To Stop Over Antwerp Belgium

Date: March 29, 2011
Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.

Dear Mister, The sighting you described as two circular fireballs, about the same speed as a plane, no sound, is exactly what we saw just half an hour ago. I live in Belgium, Antwerp and it was today 29/03/2011 around 23:00 that we saw this, moving east to west.

It mostly looked like a comet about to crash down on earth, it moved over our roof, so we ran to the back of the house, where a second 'fire ball' was hanging in the sky. The moving 'fire ball' then stopped, what seemed to be next to it. They hung there for about a minute and then seemed to either evaporate, or leave the atmosphere. First one, then the other.

We have no explanation for what we saw. My guess is that it's either military related, or... alien. I draw this conclusion because of the behavior of the fire balls.

Round Orange Fireballs Over Essex UK

Time: Evening.

Hi, I’m not in the same area, but myself and a friend in Norfolk saw exactly the same thing last night (check out the web, there have been hundreds of sightings of similar things this past few months)

I am in Essex and last night (at the same time as my friend in Norfolk) we both saw round fireballs of orange (pear shaped almost) flying at about the speed of a helicopter. I saw 4 or 5 of them myself. Too slow for flares or a plane, too much like a fireball to be a helicopter and never seen anything like it before. I check out the link you give and found a lot of others (many) have seen this kind of thing over Xmas.

Orange Fireballs In Sky Over Glenrothes Fife Scotland UK

Date: November/December 2010

Time: Evening.

I just came across the website and the reports of the fireballs/Chinese lanterns viewed flying over Fife in Scotland. I have seen these objects on several different occasions over the last couple of months.

I stay in a town called Glenrothes in central Fife. The objects are orange, spherical and travel around the same speed as a plane. Not sure about height, 1000 feet, perhaps more (I'm not very good at judging height).

Always seen them at night only. The strangest thing is, no noise at all.

First time I witnessed them, one flew over from Northeast to Southwest. After approx 5 minutes, another passed on exactly the same course, 10 mins later another 2 flew over (half a kilometre apart) and then 10 mins later another. All following the same direction. It looked like they were travelling from the direction of Leuchars RAF base in North East Fife heading towards Edinburgh.

The following week I saw a single one flying this time towards Leuchars in the same line/flight path.

I've saw a single one on two more occasions since.

Two Circular Fireballs In The Sky Over Saline Fife Scotland UK

Location of Sighting: Saline Fife Scotland UK.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Two circular fireballs in sky were travelling north to south over the Forth Valley and on towards south side of river Forth. Both disappeared roughly in direction of Edinburgh airport.

They looked rather like hot air balloons and flames were clearly visible through binoculars. Speed of travel about same as plane, but no noise at all. Observed for perhaps around 5 minutes total. Please note flames clearly visible. I am not a UFO believer, but this was very strange. Perhaps easily explainable, I don't know.

Huge Fireballs Falls From The Sky Over Alvin Texas

Time: 5:35 p.m.

Hello, I'm am emailing you because as I was googling this fire ball I've seen today, I came across your website and would like to inform you on this incident.

Today 11/19/10 at 5:35pm in Alvin Texas. I seen a huge fire ball fall from the sky. The tail or tracer behind it was long with a bright-yellowish color. In no time I seen 3 military jets appear to fly toward this thing. At 5:42pm I seen a second ball of fire fall which was positioned much higher than the first fire ball, and a good distance behind it.

Have you heard anything about what this thing resulted from ?

I'm sorry, but apparently my excitement on this incident is affecting my typing. I was trying to say the tail was a " bright yellowish-orange " color.

10 Orange Fireballs Over Kirkcaldy Heading Towards Forth Bridge Scotland UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Agree with sighting over Dunfermline. They looked like orange fire balls, all seemed to be heading same direction up the Forth river towards bridges. Seen two of these before about 5:00pm in the evening a few months ago. Flew over our house a bit like microlight in speed and movement, but with no sound. Both myself and my 9 year old daughter saw them on this occasion.
