Bright Orange Glow Disappears And Reappears Over Buckinghamshire UK

Time:  Evening.

 

Hi, my friend and I also saw this bright orange light in the UK in Buckinghamshire on 8th April 2012. Prior to seeing it, the sky lit up twice. The bright orange light wasn't an object as such, but a huge orange semi circle with the straight edge on top, unlike the moon.

 

It was low above several houses, and then suddenly vanished and reappeared on out left, before vanishing again and reappearing in front of us, this time very thin, before vanishing completely.

 

We did not see it travel, but it was very peculiar.

Beam Of Light Seen Over Naphill In Buckinghamshire UK

My husband and I witnessed a beam of light continuously moving very quickly backwards and forwards in the sky at 10:00pm last night at Naphill. Did anybody else see anything?

Helicopter Pilot Observes Two Orange Burning Lights Over Leckhampstead Buckinghamshire UK

Time: After midnight.

Brian, what can I say, I just saw the craziest thing above Leckhampstead area, Bucks, two orange 'burning' lights in the sky. I thought they were aircraft and I headed over to the pub to get someone else to look, stopped, one headed off into the, (rain), clouds, got smaller and smaller, vanished, the other lingered for a while, then did the same.

At one point I remember thinking 'WTH?', I am a helicopter pilot, and thought I was witnessing two aircraft about to collide, they were so close, then thought it was hot air balloons gas burning, it was really orange in colour. I then realized I hadn't got a clue what it/they was/were. Cheers.

Three Bright Orange Lights Over Chilterns Near Marlow Buckinghamshire UK

Time: Approx: 9:30 p.m.

We live in the Chilterns near Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

Last night (31/10/10) we observed three bright orange pinpoints of light travelling from the direction of London, curving in an arc toward Birmingham at approximately 9:30pm

We live on several flight paths in and out of Heathrow, so are familiar with all manner of aircraft lights. They were travelling about 8 seconds apart, moving much quicker than an aircraft would normally move across the sky, they were absolutely silent and definitely not on any of the normal flight paths.

Round Red Balls Of Light Over Naphill Buckinghamshire England UK

Shape of Objects: Round red balls of light.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We were watching TV and saw 2 spheres of red light moving toward each other and then away passing through the sky quickly. This was shortly after followed by one more.
