Orange Balls Of Light Shot Beams Of Light To The Ground Causing An Explosion Around Aylmer Quebec

Hello, I hope this report isn't too useless given the fact that it happened about 2 years ago, or a little less.

I read the report of a guy from Aylmer, Quebec who saw the 3 orange balls in the sky and how they just disappeared and I had to tell you about a similar experience I had.

At the time I believe I reported this to MUFON, but the one in the states, not the Canada one.

Anyhow, I was watching TV in the summer a couple of years back and had my big picture windows in my apt open. I saw something out of the corner of my eye in the window, and when I turned I saw the most amazing huge bright orange ball in they sky near the Ottawa River on the other side from me about Aylmer area.

It was just sitting there, not too far from the horizon, but still a ways up. It was big even at that distance. It didn't move around at all, just sat there then about 5 minutes into watching it to my total shock another one exactly the same appears right under the first one.

It didn't fly in or fall in or rise to it, it just appeared out of nothing. This was about 7:30 p.m. or a little after.

I ran across the hall to get my friend and she got back to the window in time to see one object under the first I saw descending to the ground, but before it disappeared behind the trees that one and the higher one shot 2 beams of light to the ground and we heard the explosions when they hit. I nearly passed out. It was just stunning.

After I got over the shock, don't know what happened to the first one I saw, whether it descended while I was freaking out or just vanished, I don't know.

I called the local CTV news station here in Ottawa, and reported it and asked if they had any other calls and to my total surprise they said no, but they would check into it - ya right.

Next day, not a word in the media. Come on someone else had to have seen those 2 huge orange balls and the beams they shot, or at least heard the booms.

It was a lovely summer night and tons of cars were out riding down the Parkway which goes along the river. On the Quebec side under where this took place, were lights of houses around there, so someone had to hear or see them up close like that.

Anywho, I hope you can compare this information to other ones you might have gotten.

March 5, 2015 I saw another flying object and reported it to MUFON Canada and UFO Hunters as well.  If you look on their sites you will see it.

Colorful Vertical Bright Beams Of Light At In The Sky Above Amherstview Ontario

Hey, my name is (name removed), and I don’t if it was orange lanterns I saw last night, but I did see several beams of colors such as green, a light red, and yellowy orange, vertical to the sky.

I was driving  to Amherstview, Ontario and I noticed pulsing light, the shade of green in the distance. Then I noticed more beams all around me on either side, some were pulsing and were bright and others were a steady light and somewhat dim.

As I drove on, I noticed a smoke like figure in the distance on my right that looked to be bigger than two houses. There seemed to be more light beams around the figure, but there scattered beams everywhere, even as I entered Amherstview.

I’m not sure what I saw and I don’t know if you heard any more reports like this, but I was scared and would like answers.

7 White Beams And 3 Red Beams Of Light Pulsating In The Sky Over Kingston Ontario

I am not sure what the people are seeing, it is possible that this could be from Skytracker Searchlights - spotlight truck or because the area is experiencing extremely cold weather the beams of light could be shafts of light, Light Pillar Ice Crystals. There is a picture of these pillars at the below link.

Eyewitnesses sighting report starts here: I saw approximately 7 white beams and 3 red beams. The red beams were pulsating and flashed.

This was in the west end of Kingston, Ontario around Collins Bay road and highway 2.

Huge Glowing Red Bright UFO With Fluorescent Laser Beams Seen Over Aldergrove British Columbia

Time:  Approx: 10:30 p.m.

My name is (name removed). I’m 42 single mom of 17 year old and a care aide for elderly.

My daughter and I saw something I have never seen before. A huge glowing red bright white in center with red fluorescent light type laser beams extending from all sides. The thing hovered like that by transformers on telephone pole.

My daughter came to see after she heard me say holy s***. She then walked to window with me and we both watched it hovering then the red light beams retracted and bright white center light faded as it folded in upon itself and became a small metal object and it blinked twice and disappeared.

It was the height of the transformers and width was probably have the height of telephone pole. The many laser types lights that were coming out from all directions  and were different lengths, but all were in straight line.

It retracted these beams into itself and compacted its size into a smaller yellow/silver metal object that blinked twice before disappearing. We were to mesmerized to take a picture. I’m beside myself trying to figure out what I saw.

Do you have any suggestions to what I can do next?

I did report to local RCMP at time, but I was laughed at and it kind of has been interesting, yet kind of frightening as I know humans do not have this kind of technology.

UFO Sends Beams Of Light Towards The Ground Seen From Placitas New Mexico

 

Date:  April 15, 2012

Time:  12:00 a.m.

 

Number of witnesses: 2

Number of Objects: 2 – 3.

Shape of Objects: Vertical aircraft.

 

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was leaving my house at approximately midnight, Sunday April 15, 2012 when I noticed a bright flame-like glow in the horizon of the hills in Placitas, NM.

 

As our motion-sensor lighting came on the flame-like glow immediately dimmed out and an aircraft ascended into the sky very low to the ground toward Santa Fe, NM.

 

The lighting was unlike any plane I've ever seen and had absolutely no sound when it apparently took off from the hill. It had flashes of light beaming down to the ground every couple seconds like it was searching for something then several (2 or 3) red star-like objects became brighter in the sky behind it.

 

The trail it left behind was unexplainable. Like it was followed by another type of aircraft or an energy field of light. I was immediately overcome with fear.

 

It had to have been from another planet, nothing could have been silent while ascending and so quick to pick up and leave when my boyfriend and I spotted it in the distance.

 

Please respond with your thoughts, I hope I don't sound crazy.

Red Beams Of Light Seen Over Sarnia Ontario

 

Date:  January 20, 2012

Time:  Evening.

 

Vike Factor Note: I am not 100% sure what the cause of this was, but there were strong solar activity around this time and this might be the northern lights.

 

Tonight is January 20, 2012 and in Sarnia, Ontario in the east end of Sarnia, me and my brother are walking north on Indian Road and seen a series of reddish beams coming down from the sky in all directions. Scary !

 

I can see a laser beam or two coming down from what seems to be absolutely nothing, but clear skies. I don’t know if anyone else has seen these, but they are out there as I speak. I’m at the corner of Indian and Wellington and the beam is around Landsdowne Park.

Red Hovering Objects Shoots Two Beams Of Light Out Of It Over Shelbourne Ontario

Hi Mr. Vike, I am messaging you because me and my friends saw the same thing you saw by Shelbourne, Ontario.

 

We live in Mississauga and went up there for a drive and it was dark. We were by fourth line and noticed a red dot in the sky that stood there for 20 minutes and beamed two lights out of it that were white and red.

 

We were in awe because we know about these phenomenon's and have  been experiencing them for a while. We managed to get video coverage of the thing in the sky and it is undeniably a UFO. All of this happened on Sunday May 1, 2011. It was late and very foggy. I am assured that the UFO was trying to disguise itself in the fog but what was weird was the fact that there was a a central red dot and smaller dots hovering around the larger one.

Mr. Vike, I don't know what to make of this, but I have concluded that it was an extraterrestrial sighting. We even notified the police in Shelbourne and they blatantly asked us "how much we drank for the night?. They were very skeptical but I am more than positive that what we saw was nothing less than a UFO.

Three Beams Of Bright Red Light Over Amherstburg Ontario (Northern Lights)

 

Date: October 24, 2011

Time:  Around 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Hey, I saw 3 beams of red lights an hour or so after the sun set that stuck around for 20 minuets or so.  Have you any idea of what it was yet?  Pretty odd looking, maybe a solar flare or something?

Additional Information:

Last Monday the 24th of October around 8-9pm.  Amherstburg Ontario.  Three beams of red light, a few hundred yards or so apart from each other, fairly bright and did not go all the way up in the sky, sort of faded off, but pretty bright closer to the ground. 

After 10 minutes or so, I saw a white beam of smoke appear in the center beam of red light.

Picture a rocket shooting straight up and leaving the trail of smoke, looked like that. I didn't see any objects flying though, but it did really look like something would have landed or taken off. 

The white line of smoke faded out in a couple of minutes and within the next 10 minutes or so, the red beams were fading away. I was going to go over and investigate, but it was fading away by the time I was going to get in the car to go over. Regards.

Two Green Beams Of Light Over Halifax Nova Scotia

Time: Evening.

Hi, my sister sent me your link. Tonight I was on my patio and saw two amazing beans of green neon light, almost turquoise in color. They were very thin and on top of each other. I brought my husband, his friend and my son and his friend out to see it. It lasted about 20 minutes. I've never seen anything like it. We live in Halifax, Nova Scotia near the ocean.

Hi there, I live in Ontario, however my sister lives in Halifax and saw 2 long green neon lights in the sky. They would appear and disappear, get longer then shorter. I asked whereabouts she was looking in the sky and she said that the were in the middle of the big dipper.

Red UFO Sends Beams Of Light Into Witnesses Home At Lapford Devon UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was sleeping in the lounge and was woken by bright rays of light sweeping across the ceiling. By the time I was fully awake the light had diminished, but something felt unusual. I turned my head to the left and looked out of the lounge picture window which over looked the front garden to see an intense red ball of light floating over the front garden.

At this point I mentally thought ", its the moon" but then I realized the moon had risen early yesterday evening, so it couldn't be. The quality of the light was wrong too as it was penetrating the curtains and enabling me to see some details of the garden outside. At this point I thought " this isn't right" and raised myself up to take a better look outside.

As I thought this, the ball changed colour to an intense brilliant white light which had a quality to it which just cut straight through the curtains. They in effect disappeared and I could see every detail in the garden. The ball started to move across the garden and up over the house roof.

These things immediately struck me very clearly. It was totally silent. The light appeared to be linked to the source of power which made it move. There was a mental link between my thinking and it's actions.

The next thing I noticed was that it retraced the path by which it had come in, in the first place if the direction of the beams across the ceiling were to go by.

As it gathered speed, it did so as any object with mass would. It accelerated slowly and gathered speed in an acceleration curve. It traveled over the lounge and stopped at the rear of the house projecting intense beams of light downwards like searchlights, but far more intense streaming down past the conservatory windows.

Without any more indication of movement by the object, the beams suddenly cut out dead and it had gone. I felt this was under control and through that control was aware of my thoughts. I was very shaken as this was beyond anything which I had experienced before and I instinctively felt that it was not something that any human had created.

We had a police helicopter with a search light carry out a sweep for a missing person at night a year before. The noise in this quiet location was deafening and the light was far less intense than this. Here is no mistaking that this was no helicopter or any kind of fossil fuel noise making machinery.

I was the Deputy Head teacher of the local school, so I felt at the time that it was better, due to the organized response to such a report, ( if I made one) being sure to put my position in danger, to say nothing. It's now years later, I'm retired and I can tell what happened.

Bright UFO With Beams Of Light Shinning From It Over Melros Beach Dawesville Western Australia

I drove to another point high up on the hill and went to the beach path looking downward onto the beach (took 2 minutes to get there) There was no light on the beach?

Green Beams Of Light Coming From The Clouds Over Halifax Nova Scotia

Hi Brian, I just wanted to share this with you. On Saturday, July 11th 2009, my husband had come back from a Paul McCartney concert in Halifax and we were standing on the balcony of his sisters condo on Spinnaker Drive.

We were stargazing as the sky was very dark, but with a few scattered white fluffy clouds. The stars were very bright, and as we watched the clouds move by, I suddenly noticed that 2 clouds, in 2 different sections of the sky had green neon beams of light coming out of them.

I had never seen anything like that before and we were shocked. We knew nobody would believe us the next day because we had a few beers and some wine. So I ran in the condo and went to wake up his sister so she could see it as well. She was in a deep sleep and came outside and saw it also. She did not get mad at me, since it was around 2:00am. But was glad we had shared the sighting with her.

Has anyone ever seen something similar to this before? I know it wasn't a sighting like we usually see, but I didn't think someone was sitting in the cloud with a laser beam. We haven't had any other sightings since the unusual bruising. Take care Brian! Thanks for your time.

Black Disk Shaped UFO And Red Beams Of Light Over Kristiansand, Norway (Graphic)

Hello, I searched the web after I had a sighting and I found your site and came to discover that you had just the same sighting as I just had in this speaking moment 3 hours ago here in Norway.

It was amazing, at first I just saw a huge bright light in the sky right above the tree-line across my road over some other residentials. It was so huge I called for a buddy of mine to come and look, and told him that is not a star, "look at all the other stars how small they are".

So, I ran away and got my telescope, and when I it looked up I saw there was two white/bright lights fairly close to each other, but in the middle to my amazement it had a red light beam going downwards in a pattern movement. This was in between the two bright round lights at each side of the disk.

I had it in my sights for maybe 30 - 60 seconds and it started to move! It went first right and behind the tree-line or the top of a big tree so I could see it behind it. It then continued passed the tree-line a while and then I could see that it kind of looked like. Which was a black disk shaped object in the middle of those two bright lights on each side.

It was moving slow and then it turned again and started to go back the same way towards it's original position. It went passed that point and then towards me and my buddy, and almost over us in the sky totally silent, no sound what so ever. We both saw this object up and close in the scope for a fairly long time and also right overhead of us in the sky. It was a great sighting and I just wanted to mail you to see what you might think of it. Was it similar to your sighting or maybe you know of these kind of UFO crafts that I was able to see. (Who knows :)

Hello Brian, I made a BMP file (changed to a jpg) in mspaint for you, nothing fancy but I think you will be able to understand how this object looked like, it's attached on the side of this e-mail.

As for the other questions you was wondering about. The sighting was in Kristiansand ,Norway.

The time of the sighting was some place between 21 and 24.

Weather conditions, it was dark and cold and a totally clear sky and you could see all the stars very easily.

When it comes to the size of the object its hard to say, all I can say is that when I used my telescope and zoomed in on it when it was standing still, the two white lights on each side was fairly small. Very similar looking to a star when you zoom in on it. The red light in the middle was about the same size so if this object was that high in the air this means those lights and the object had to be seriously huge.

But on the other hand those white lights could have been very small as well, because when it went over me and was hovering over the tree-line that seemed extremely close again. So that's all I can say, it was totally silent when it went over me but then the object had also become a little bigger I think. At least I remember seeing those two white lights very clearly and apart from each other without the telescope. That's about the best I can explain it all.

My buddy don't have anything against sending you an email with a short explanation of his view of the observation and confirm my story and the he was witnessing the same I have explained to you if you need that.

UFO Gives Off Beams Of Light Over Boutiliers Point Nova Scotia

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We (myself, my girlfriend and child) observed a star-like object jitter and bounce around the sky flickering red/blue/white, but mostly bright white. It seemed far away because of it's size, further than a jet seems. After about 10 minutes it became stationary. My wife seen beams of light that emitted from it, resembling beams or lightning bolts. She has excellent vision. My daughter and I wear glasses.

After standing still for a bit, it began to fade and went vertically higher or seemingly away from the earth until it faded and disappeared. It was a perfectly clear night and we live overlooking the ocean in a rural area where the sky is full of stars and we have never seen this particular star in the sky. Since I began writing this, it has returned and is doing a pendulum motion back and forth. I don't have anything to record it, too small no tripod.

White Beams Of Light Shoots Downward Seen Above East San Jose California USA

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was at a New Years eve party at my step-sister's house. Me and a few friends were outside, when my step mom came out to take pictures of the glowing circle around the full moon that was out that night. We were all looking up at the sky, when I looked a ways down and saw a white beam shooting down.

At first I thought it was a police helicopter. As it got closer I notice no noise or the blue and red lights that are typical on helicopters and planes. As the beam got closer, I noticed the beam became more horizontal instead of vertical. As soon as it was completely vertical, it shot over our heads like a shooting star leaving a white trail behind it.

As soon as that happen, simultaneously another object shot in the opposite direction leaving a dark grayish straight trail. The two lines were parallel to each other and completely straight. The two streaks started coming together never changing their width or straightness. We were all looking up in amazement telling each other "are you seeing this?" We kept watching as two lines met and you can see what looked like little partials showering down. No one could explain what happen that night.

The following weekend me and another friend from the NYE party met up with some other friends and we talked about what we seen and to our amazement. They witness the same event we seen. The next day one of my friends showed me a posting from this site that was similar to what we saw. All we can come up with is that we live close to Livermore Lab and who the heck know what goes on over there. Hopefully this gets to the right person and they can explain what was in the sky that night.

Kristiansand, Norway Black Disk Shaped Object And Red Beams Of Light Graphic

Hello -- I searched the web after I had a sighting and I found your site and came to discover that you had just the same sighting as I just had in this speaking moment

It was moving slow and then it turned again and started to go back the same way towards it's original position. It went passed that point and then towards me and my buddy, and almost over us in the sky totally silent, no sound what so ever. We both saw this object up and close in the scope for a fairly long time and also right overhead of us in the sky. It was a great sighting and I just wanted to mail you to see what you might think of it. Was it similar to your sighting or maybe you know of these kind of UFO crafts that I was able to see. (Who knows :)

Hello Brian, I made a BMP file (changed to a jpg by Brian Vike's, The Vike Factor) in MS -Paint for you, nothing fancy but I think you will be able to understand how this object looked like, it's attached on the side of this e-mail.

As for the other questions you was wondering about. The sighting was in Kristiansand ,Norway.

The time of the sighting was some place between 21 and 24.

Weather conditions, it was dark and cold and a totally clear sky and you could see all the stars very easily.

When it comes to the size of the object its hard to say, all I can say is that when I used my telescope and zoomed in on it when it was standing still, the two white lights on each side was fairly small. Very similar looking to a star when you zoom in on it. The red light in the middle was about the same size so if this object was that high in the air this means those lights and the object had to be seriously huge.

But on the other hand those white lights could have been very small as well, because when it went over me and was hovering over the tree-line that seemed extremely close again. So that's all I can say, it was totally silent when it went over me but then the object had also become a little bigger I think. At least I remember seeing those two white lights very clearly and apart from each other without the telescope. That's about the best I can explain it all.

My buddy don't have anything against sending you an email with a short explanation of his view of the observation and confirm my story and the he was witnessing the same I have explained to you if you need that.

Mystery Beams Of Light Over BC - Multiple Witnesses (UFO)

The sighting by the witness mentioned here in the newspaper article was only the first of many reports I have received over a short period of time on this sighting. Also, what is very interesting about the night in question, July 27, 2003 is that a large number of witnesses from several communities in southeastern British Columbia watched something rather incredible for a long time just after this sighting was reported.

After the newspaper article, I placed another report about the object itself, and a couple reports on a ray of light which went from horizon to horizon and stayed stationary in the clear night sky for a very long time. The witnesses I talked with said the ray/beam of light looked as if it was rotating in the center and some claim to have seen a black line sitting at one side of the rotating beam of light.

So far, I have talked to the witness in the newspaper article and a large number of witnesses I have tracked down, or who have contacted me to report what they witnessed that night. Whatever it was folks saw, it has now become a major sighting which was seen from Kamloops heading southeast through to communities like Vernon, Kimberly, Cranbrook, Jaffray and I am sure all points in-between and past.

I would also like to make a request to people who live in the area in southeastern British Columbia if they saw something unusual on the night of July 27, 2003, please contact me, Brian Vike, The Vike Factor so I could record their sighting or any other sightings which took place close to the date mentioned here in the article and reports. Due to the welcomed help from the newspaper, (Townsman Bulletin Newspaper) Brian Vike received well over 200 eyewitness reports to this beam opf light and a very large object seen traveling through different areas. I have a rough skectch as to what the object appeared to look like, this was drawn by Rhonda Brass of Cranbrook when she and her husband observed the UFO at St. Mary Lake while out camping.

Kimberly, British Columbia

Date: July 27, 2003
Time: approx: 1:30 p.m. (actual time ?).

I telephoned another witness tonight over the July 27, 2003 sighting in the Kimberly/St. Mary's Lake area. The witness reported to me that she was in bed, and couldn't sleep due to the warm temperatures outside. Her bedroom blinds were up and the window fully open and then she gave out a cry, "holy cow". Their home is up on a large hill which gives them a very good view of the surrounding area. The witness suddenly noticed, what she thought was a bright star or maybe an airplane coming in with it's landing lights on because it was moving at this point. The lady mentioned that it was extremely large in size and flying very low. Actually the witness just laid their waiting to see a green and red light, thinking it was certainly an aircraft coming down the St. Mary's Valley heading in to land at the near-by airport. She told me that the airplanes take the route down the St. Mary's Valley when heading to Vancouver and back to Kimberly B.C.
The lady still laying there and watching the bright white light moving faster as it grew closer. All of a sudden it started maneuvering in a zig zag pattern. At this point in the sighting, where she could not see it anymore she jumped out of bed and headed toward her bedroom door, opened it and ran through her cottage styled home until she reached her front door of her home. The time she unlocked her front door and stepped outside the light was gone. I mentioned to this witness after taking her report about the 8 witnesses who saw a ray of light over the Jaffray, B.C. area which I reported on. She told me the light/object was traveling southeast from Kimberly, B.C. and would have flown straight over Jaffray, B.C.

The Vike Factor Note: What makes this interesting is that we are finding more witnesses to the sighting which was originally reported to Mr. Peter Davenport at the NUFORC.

Plus other people who witnessed the ray of light and the object itself. From what I am gathering is that the light/object may have caused the ray of light. But of course this is a guess on my behalf. I was also contacted by a very kind person today who read my report and told me of another witness who had made a posting at a UFO forum board and explained to everyone about this ray of light, same location, different witness. This lady also took pictures of the light ray and I am now trying to track her down so I can give her a phone call to gather more information on this whole event.

Jaffray, British Columbia

Date: July 27, 2003
Time: approx: 2:00 a.m.

I contacted a person who resides in Jaffray, British Columbia tonight as I heard they were witness to something pretty darn strange. Not only did she see what I am about to tell you, but so did 7 other witnesses. Bringing the total number of folks who observed this to 8.

Why I have found this to be an interesting sighting is due to Mr. Peter Davenport from the NUFORC receiving a report from a witness which took place on July 27, 2003 at St. Mary's Lake, 12 miles east of Kimberly, British Columbia. Due to Mr. Davenport receiving the St. Mary's Lake sighting, and myself helping in following up on this case, more witnesses names have come to light. Tomorrow I will be talking with another witness who was in another location who saw the same object pass over head. The one reported to the NUFORC.

The Jaffray, British Columbia Sighting below: Does these two reports have something to do with one another.

As I mentioned above in my opening statement I talked with one of the witnesses who observed something strange on July 27, 2003 with seven others.

So at 2:00 a.m. one of the guests who were at the ladies home I chatted with tonight went outside and looked up into the night sky and saw a strange ray of white light which went right across the clear night's sky from the northwest heading southeast running in a straight line. The guest called everyone out to have a look due to it being very strange. Some of the thoughts people had who were observing this mentioned they first thought it may have been the northern lights. But all soon ruled out it being the aurora.

The witness said the ray of light was so brilliant that many of the witnesses could see it rotating within it's self. Also it was noted due to the brightness of this light that they could see a black line running the whole length of the white light. The black line stayed in the same spot as the rest of the light rotated as mentioned above. She also said it looked like a jet stream to give a good example of what it looked like. Also the total length of the ray of light was all the same brightness. There was no portion of it brighter or dimmer. It remained constant right across the sky. (The Vike Factor Note: I did bring up the question, did anyone see any aurora at any other time that night? I was told no, none was observed).

The witness said the ray of light stayed in the same position for an hour before it started fading away. I also asked if any of them saw any other strange lights in the sky that night, and she told me no. They only observed the ray of light running across the sky. She also told me that the light was rather wide, meaning it wasn't just a small point of light. No sounds were heard at all. Jaffray, B.C. is directly southeast from the original sighting at St. Mary's Lake.

Dear Brian Vike, I live in Vernon BC. I live in an apartment facing west to the airport in Vernon, Davis Farm is on my right and the army camp is on my left. I was reading the statements about the strange light over Kimberly. ON that night I was on my balcony watching the one ray of Northern light touch on the hill behind Davis Farm. It did not behave like a northern light. It did not ossicilate, nor dance or drape like a curtain. It seemed to just slightly waver on the top of the hill and remained in one form.

The direction it came was from behind and the left which is southeast. Again not a northern light. It remained the same intensity of light which reminds me of concentrated moon light. It broke and one piece remained straight and the long line started to curl up and back around like a three quarter figure eight. I am a born skywatcher and I am glad now to have a place to record these unexplainable events. There is alot of activity around Vernon.

This below report came off a Scottish UFO forum board, and was kindly sent to me due to me investigating this case.

Two days ago (July 27th 03) I was sleeping out on my deck because of the hot weather. I got up at about 12:30am to go to the bathroom and when I came back out there was a huge beam of light up in the sky. I must have not noticed it when i went in. I thought the light might be a very huge jetstream but it had no flaws. It was completely straight and it had no little indents in it, so i knew it had to be a beam of light. I could see the stars in it so it was transparent. It was a long beam of light and it was a very strong light and it was a bit thicker that a search lights beam. To see the whole length of it I had to move my head from the front all the way to the back. Now, this light came directly from the suns setting spot and sort of faded out at the sun rising spot.

I took a few pictures with my camera but I don't think they will work because it was too dark and I had no flash or anything. I finally went to sleep and woke up a few hours later and it was still there but it had faded quite a bit. I kept waking up at different times and finally there was just a bit of light left at the suns setting spot. Last night I woke up at 2 am to see if I could see it again but it wasn't there. If anyone has any information about this or knows what it could have been could you please tell me! Its killing me not knowing.
