Huge Red Green Sphere Observed By Two Witnesses Over Ayrshire Scotland

Date:  January 27, 2012
Time:  2:32 a.m.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: Mass of orbs/objects.
Shape of Objects: Red and blue orbs rotating triangular movement.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: At around 2:30 a.m. I woke up to go to bathroom. Out my bedroom window I noticed a clear bright sky and what looked like a huge plane. I looked more closely before I went and retrieved my binoculars from down stairs.

After around taking in what I was seeing, I woke my girlfriend up to make sure we were both seeing the same thing. She just stared at the sky for 5 minutes or more. We both saw a kind of huge red and green sphere or orb rotating in a triangular motion.

It was really clear, but looked so far away. I couldn’t understand what I was seeing, was possible. I watched it for another hour and half before cloudy sky’s hampered my view. It changed shape into a circle with all sorts of bright lights bursting out of the objects I was seeing.

Also at one point, the lights seemed to light up the sky, flashing in the upper skyline with different coloured lightning, but much softer and without the thunder noise. The sky was clear, bright and the object was clear to see with my naked eye and much more clearer with my binoculars.

7 Bright Orange Lights Near Galston Kilmarnock East Ayrshire Scotland

Date: March 5, 2011
Time: Approx: 10:30 p.m.

Dear Brian, I live in a tiny village called Galston, near Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, Scotland. Last night, at around 22:30pm, I was having a conversation with my mother when I happened to hear a loud car which brought me to the window and up above in the sky were 7 bright orange lights.

I read from your blog that someone had a similar sighting in January around the same area and they were just the way they described, travelling horizontally and gradually making their way into the distance.

My mother and I were completely fascinated by this, as we truly believe there is other life out there somewhere. I hope reporting this is going to be of use!

I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards.

7 Red Lights Observed Over Ayr Ayrshire Scotland UK

Date: February 5, 2011
Time: 9:20 p.m.

Ayr, Ayrshire, 5/2/2011 2120h. approximately seven distinct red lights (I may not have seen the first or later ones) heading from the west at undetermined height, not in any apparent formation, but broadly in line and some distance apart.

Each one fading as it approached the town, perhaps due to high cloud, but weather appears uniform though no stars visible. No audible sound, lights fairly steady, not flickering, but not uniformly bright. Any explanation?

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

Bright Orange Light Over Knockentiber Near Kilmarnock In East Ayrshire Scotland UK

Date: January 18, 2011
Time: 10:00 p.m.

Hi Brian, we are in a tiny village called Knockentiber near Kilmarnock in East Ayrshire Scotland, at around 10:00pm tonight my partner was outside having a cigarette and he shouted me to hurry up and see what we could only describe as a ball of fire travelling horizontally through the sky not as fast as an aero plane, it was bright orange and we stood and watched it for around 5 minutes until it disappeared in the distance.

What could this have been ? We were left in complete amazement at this what we could only describe as a phenomenon. Look forward to hearing back from you.

Regards.

2 Red Spherical Objects Over Irvine Ayrshire Scotland UK

Date: October 10, 2010
Time: Approx: 8:25 p.m.

Location: Irvine Ayrshire
Witnesses: 3
Number of Objects: 2
Shape of Objects: Spherical.

My partners brother and myself witnessed something similar to the events detailed in the item listed above. It was on Monday 11 October 2010. At around 845-850pm. There were two red spheres one appeared to be static this is what I noticed first, it was red in colour and I thought that's a strange colour for a star.

It was my partner who pointed out the other sphere which was moving towards us from a westerly direction. It was also red and larger, it made no sound. It circled the smaller sphere which disappeared, then the larger of the spheres appeared to decrease in size, and disappear.

There had been a suggestion that it was Chinese Wish Lanterns, but it did not feel like this and there was no changeable wind directions which would account for the movement we witnessed in the larger of the two spheres.

My brother took a short video on his mobile, but it is not of great quality. I can see if I can send you this.

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

Ball Of Fire Over Irvine Ayrshire Scotland UK

Date: October 10, 2010
time: 8:25 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Over Irvine Ayrshire.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Circular.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I left my house to drive to the local supermarket, when I reached the end of the path in my garden, I turned to see a ball of what looked like fire in the sky moving from a north-east direction to the south-west.

It was dark outside but the sky was clear enough to see that it was not a plane or helicopter, it was much lower than a plane would fly in the area and was clearly round, and moved at the same altitude across the sky a little faster than I have seen helicopters fly. There was no noise from it and there was no meteor like tail.

I was so excited by what I saw I ran back inside in to get my phone to take take a picture, but it was out of range for a decent shot by the time I got back outside. I went to my sister-in-law's house afterwards and she told me my 8 year old nephew had seen something very similar an hour or so earlier that night, but it had disappeared out of view before she got a look. Any ideas what this might be? I have never seen anything like this before and had to tell someone who doesn't think I'm mad.

Lights Making Some Strange Maneuvers Over Dunlop Ayrshire Scotland

Date: October 7, 2010
Time: Approx: 7:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Dunlop Ayrshire, Scotland.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 2
Shape of Objects: Round small bright.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was walking my dog around 7:00pm, it was just getting dark and I passed a couple of other dog-walkers on my way to the Millenium Woodland Park in Dunlop, where I usually take my dog at least once a day. I ran up the "Brechna Braes" hill with my dog, and stopped at the stone seat for a rest and faced out west I believe where there is a huge outlook of the sky.

There was a very bright star, like Venus or something and I looked at it for a few seconds, then noticed suddenly a small round light appearing from around the star somewhere and heading downwards, it would appear and disappear momentarily at different areas, which I found very unusual as our aircraft doesn't do this kind of thing.

It moved to the left of my vision and I then noticed another of the same objects appearing above it and doing the same kind of moves, downward, left, disappear, reappear, upwards. There was no definite flight path, and they had no noise from them. A couple of times I heard a plane breaking the sound barrier and when the planes were fairly near, the objects would disappear.

Then I noted that they seemed to gradually get smaller until they disappeared at the same time, like they were heading out west towards the coast. I went down the hill with my dog, and into another field, but did not see anything unusual in the sky at that time. I then exited the field at Templehouse Woodland through the gate and walked down the path instead of going through the fields.

I looked at the sky to my right and saw one object which looked brighter and nearer, which was flying smoothly, unblinking, not flashing, with no noise, moving in the distance above the trees, in the same direction and at the same pace to which I was walking to give me a good view. It was quite fascinating, that view lasted a couple of minutes then it just vanished like a light going out, and I couldn't see anything anymore.

Large Fireball Object Over Kilbirnie North Ayrshire UK

Date: August 30, 2010
Time: 10:15 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Kilbirnie North Ayrshire.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Ball.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was sitting on computer and happened to look out window, and as I looked I did think I was imagining it, so said to my partner. He looked out window and ran for keys and went outside. He said what is that and me repeating it. We couldn't believe it, we have never seen anything like this before.

I was actually a bit scared and as we looked, it looked like it was coming towards us. It looked like a big fireball, it then it started to go back up the way and then disappeared. This was truly amazing. Did anybody else see this as I'm rather interested in this.

Bright Orange Objects Over Ayrshire Scotland (Photo/Video)

Date: March 20, 2010
Time: 9:30 p.m.

Hi Brian, I think I saw the same thing you did last night near my home in Ayrshire.

I was sure it was just two small private planes at first, as I walked the dogs up our hill, but as they got closer I noticed there was no sound and I knew I was looking at two unusual flying objects. They were very bright orange and silent. I headed for home rather quickly in the hope of capturing them on my camera.

To be honest I would have thought by the time I got to the house put the dogs in and got my phone and camera they would be long gone. However they were still there when I went out to look which convinced me they were unusual as one blasted off to the left of me and the other stayed in the one spot and then began to flit up and down etc.

I will send you a link to my phone video which is not great as it shows the object as white light and not orange, but you can see it's odd movements and on my phone software the video shows up strange shapes, but you do not see this on YouTube so I have taken a picture of the shapes for you to see.

What ever it was, I found it to be very exciting and guess I will look up more often now. The picture is big, but it has to be to allow you to see the orange shape off to the left of the moon and down a little.

Large Triangular Ball Of Flame Observed Over Stevenson Ayrshire Scotland

Date: January 31, 2010
Time: 0013hrs

Location of Sighting: Stevenson Ayrshire.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Round possibly triangular.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Large triangular ball of flame coming from the SE heading west, thought it was a plane, but when it got closer I then thought it was a helicopter, then it dawned on me that it was neither, there was no noise from it and it veered slightly west, how high up I do not know. Eventually it seemed to gather more speed and either zoomed away or burnt out.

Bright Orange Lights Seen Over Stevenston Ayrshire Scotland UK

Date: January 1, 2010
Time: 00.05

Location of Sighting: Stevenston Ayrshire.
Number of witnesses: two
Number of Objects: 5 or 6
Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We were in the room upstairs of our house with the velux window open to hear the New Year bells. We live in Stevenston, Ayrshire. The sky was clear and the moon and stars were bright and easily seen. Two bright orange lights appeared in the sky. They were to the left side of our house which I think is west. They were travelling in the same direction but a distance apart. They were visible for about five minutes and as they travelled became smaller until they disappeared. Then two more appeared from the opposite direction, possibly east.

They were the very same description and travelling in the same way. Finally another one from the from the east appeared and the same thing happened. they travelled until they were out of our sight. there was no sound like helicopters or aircraft. we've never seen anything like this before, but have read of a similar sighting recently in our area.

Orange Light Over Ayrshire‏ UK

Date: December 31, 2010
Time: 9:15 p.m.

At 9:15pm on 31/Dec/2009 I saw a single orange light. It looked like a flare from a distance. I could not make out any shapes, just the orange/red glow. It travelled from North to South across Ayr town. There was no sound and travelled in a straight line at a steady speed similar to an aircraft or helicopter.

Yellow Ball Of Light Viewed Over Prestwick Ayrshire Scotland UK

Date: December 24, 2009
Time: Approx: 8:00 p.m.

Hi, I read your article on your sightings over Glasgow on Christmas day, both my wife and myself saw one of these on Christmas eve. We live in Prestwick in Ayrshire, and about 20:00hrs. I was letting my dogs out the back garden, when I saw a yellow light in the shape of a ball coming from a southeast direction. I got my wife to come and see it. It seemed to stop for about three minutes, turned and was gone due south east. We have never seen anything like this before, as there was no noise from it, it was strange. We are used to aircraft and helicopters due to the airport nearby, but this was something else.

I hope this helps with the rest of your sightings.

6 Red/Orange Lights Over Troon South Ayrshire, Scotland UK

Date: December 29, 2009
Time: 5:51 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Troon North shore road.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 6
Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Two days before this incident I witnessed two red/orange lights hovering over Troon approximately Darnley golf course direction. Tonight I have seen six of the same lights traveling out to Arran, whilst I was walking along North Shore road. There was no noise and they were traveling at a low altitude. The first set looked like the ones that were hovering a couple of days ago. They traveled at the same distance apart, then the one on the right crossed over at speed to the other one, then disappeared into the horizon. I then parked my car and witnessed four more lights travel in the same direction, one heading up the Prestwick shoreline then to air.

Then two went up the centre to Arran. One then followed up the Troon shoreline. These are not big in size and there was no noise. We are near an Airport, but these didn't move like anything else I've seen. We filmed one as well.

Hi there, I just seen your post, me and my partner seen the same thing on Christmas Eve about 9:00pm. Then tonight my partner looked out the window about 1:00am and he saw it again. I also seen it. It's so strange and have you seen it again? Is there anything reasonable this could be? May I add that I live In Maybole Ayrshire.
