Red/Orange Bright Light Moving Across The Sky Over Chatham Massachusetts

Date:  December 31, 2014
Time:  Approximately 11:42 p.m.

Wow ! Just saw a reddish orange bright light moving across the sky in my backyard in Chatham, Ma, Cape Cod. at about 11:42.

It was slow moving and climbing at approximately a 45 degree angle over Pleasant Bay.

I watched it climb until it was out of site of the window. I went outside and it was gone ! Not a fire work, I'm positive !

Red Ball Of Light Observed Over Chatham-Kent Ontario

Date:  November 14, 2014
Time:  Approx: 9:20 p.m.

November 14, 2014 at approximately 9:20 p.m., my husband called me to the front windows of our house to view an object in the night sky.

The windows face southwest. A large red ball was visible moving quickly from west to east. This was not a flashing light, as in a plane.

Planes commonly fly over us from Detroit to Toronto and this was very different. Based on size, it was hard to tell the distance, but it appeared to be very low in the sky.

We both ran outside to view. Facing southeast now, we watched. The red ball stopped in the sky and “danced” about a little erratic like. Then it moved off quickly southeast and upwards and we lost it behind the cloud cover.

It did appear to get very small like a pin prick and then it was gone. Sincerely.

Odd White Round Object And Black Plane Like Object Seen Over Chatham UK

Date:  October 5, 2014
Time:  Approx: 6:25 p.m.

Hi there, my name is (name removed), I was walking our dog around 6:25 p.m. today. I was on the Great Lines walking down by the side of Brompton academy.

I looked up in the sky over Chatham and above the trees and I noticed a strange white round object in the sky. There appeared to be a black plane like object close by.

The white object was still there for about 20 seconds, then I looked again and I had gone. No sign of it, very strange.

Just thought I would mention it in case anybody else seen it too.

Fire Orange Colored Object Over Chatham Ontario Canada

Time: 7:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Chatham Ontario Canada.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was driving on St. Clair, St. Chatham 7:00pm. I saw a pickup truck with his 4 ways on, stopped pointing his cell phone towards the sky. I looked up and there was this fire orange colored orb moving slowly eastward.

It was about 300 feet up I guess. It would flash every second too. It was not a plane, either. It was very quiet and it was pretty cool.

Orange Light Over Blue Bell Hill Chatham UK (Chinese Lantern)

Hi Brian, Thanks for your reply. I saw the orange light in the sky for myself tonight at 1:00am and yes I saw straight away that it was one of those Chinese Lanterns.

I live near Bluebell Hill Chatham and we do get odd things in the skies so when my dad then my hubby said what they saw I hoped it might have been something of some credibility. Never mind. Thanks again for your reply.

4 Bright Orange Lights Seen From St. Clair Street Chatham Ontario

Time: Approx: 6:00 p.m.

I was wondering what those orange lights were, because I also saw them (yes them, there were four) on the same night December 27, 2010 at about 6 pm; so I Googled it and your site came up.

So I thought I would tell you my experience. I was a riding passenger, front seat with my two friends in the car along St. Clair street in Chatham, on our way to Taco Bell when I noticed four bright orange lights sitting in the sky.

They were fairly large, around the size of a base ball, which I thought to be weird since normally a plane or helicopter is a few small blinking lights no bigger then a pencil point, and they sat maybe five blocks away from one another making an arching line in the sky. They merely just sat there, until we reached our destination and as we got out of the car and watched them as they slowly started to leave, following one another.

We watched them leave until they disappeared behind the trees and buildings, it was perplexing, yet amazing. I wish I knew what it was.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My girlfriend and I were driving on St.Clair street in Chatham when we spotted this guy on the road with his 4 way lights on. He had his phone pointing towards the sky. I looked up and there was this orange round object that was moving slow and low and was flashing. It was amazing. I think it got lost in the clouds after. It was moving slowly towards the east and it was amazing.

Large Round Bright Orange Light Over Walderslade Woods Chatham UK

Time: Approx: 7:30 p.m.

Hi, I just Googled orange light in sky over Kent and found your website. The reason why I Googled the above is because on Christmas night around 7:30 pm my Dad saw a large round bright orange light in the sky moving slowly over Walderslade Woods Chatham, he said there was no noise and could not find a normal explanation for what it might be. Then on Boxing day night my husband was at work in Rochester and around 5:15 pm saw the exact same thing. We were wondering if it is a Blimp? Regards.
