Time: Between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Hello there, my father and I were heading west on Pacific off of Broadway around the same time and saw a huge, smoothly traveling fireball of the same color (green, yellow). We saw it lose it's tail and turn into a ball then disappear.

We saw the same thing here in arizona shortly after that, it went across the sky for about 30 seconds before it feel apart
