Bright Light At Waters Road Inman South Carolina

Date: December 17, 2010
Time: 4:00 a.m. until 5:15 a.m.

Location of Sighting: Waters Road Inman South Carolina.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Bright light.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My friend and I were outside when he noticed a bright light in the sky and asked what it might be. It was the brightest thing in the sky, brighter than any star I have ever seen. At first I thought it was a plane with it's headlights pointed in our direction, but it was not moving.

We watched it for about 15 minutes, then decided to try and drive to it because from where we were, it seemed only a few hundred yards off the ground and maybe a mile or so away. We drove southeast towards the object on Asheville Highway, but as we felt like we should be getting closer, it wasn't getting closer to us.

We turned around and went back to my house where we continued to watch it. It did seem to move on one occasion diagonally then stopped again. It didn't move like a satellite or a plane. Very different from a helicopter. It wasn't swamp gas.

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

Three Circular Bright Glowing Objects Seen Over Fairlop Waters Essex UK

Date: Summer 2009
Time: 10:00 - 11:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Fairlop Waters Essex.
Number of witnesses: 4
Number of Objects: 3
Shape of Objects: Circular.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Whilst angling at the Fairlop site last summer, some friends and myself became aware of 3 circular objects that in 1 minute were glowing very brightly and the next dimming down, before moving into different positions in the sky. They didn't appear to be forming any definitive pattern, but were definitely not unusual. This activity naturally caused some debate amongst those present, all present agreed they were not aircraft.

We have all lived in the area for sometime and it is a stacking area for commercial airliners. We are well aware of what these type of planes look like in the air. This went on for around 30 minutes before being filed away in the memory. Now imagine my shock earlier today when a friend of mine told me about this website and in particular a report of lights viewed in the sky from forest road in February 2009. It sounded a pretty similar incident.
