UFO Makes Strange Maneuver And Shoots Across The Sky Over Lake Simcoe Ontario

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Re-posted by Brian.

Date: July 20, 2007
Time: 11:45 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Lake Simcoe, Ontario.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Bright star-like.

Full Description of event/sighting: It approached from northwest heading south east and flew at high speed in a steady course 45 degrees up from the horizon, just below the first star in the handle of the big dipper constellation in the background sky.

Image Left: Map of Lake Simcoe in Ontario, Canada. Also click on map for larger view.

There were no flashing lights as on an airliner etc., and no sound audible.

I observed object flying straight for 5 seconds. It made very tight up-turn at full speed, flying back (northwest) parallel of original course back about half way.

The object performed sudden and even faster 90 degree turn to the west.

Accelerated and in a streak and disappeared in the sky.

The sky over the lake that night was absolutely cloud free, of light pollution from surrounding town and 3+ magnitude stars could easily been seen.

The local geography offered a clear view from horizon west to horizon north without any obstruction to the skyline. Thank you.

Can anyone please let me know about other Lake Simcoe encounters.

Thank you to the witness for their report.

Huge Triangular Shaped Object Over Simcoe St. Woodstock Ontario

Date:  June 5, 2011
Time:  11:00 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Triangular.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My husband and I were looking to the sky because we were watching for a bat that was flying around. I then noticed what I thought to be a satellite. What was so peculiar, was that it was going the wrong direction and was brighter than usual.

I was waiting for it to come out from behind the tree line when this very huge triangular shaped object appeared from above the tree. It was moving very slowly and it was just above the tree. It was triangle in shape, and it had 6 of what looked like petals on the underside. 1 at the point 2 across the middle and 3 along the back.

The colour of the 6 what could have been lights were almost an auburn colour, which looked like they could have been lights on a dimmer switch. I shouted look, look, look. At that point my husband responded I see it.

It then slowly disappeared beyond the house. I ran out front and saw nothing. It had disappeared as suddenly as it appeared.

Light Flashing Colors Over Innisfil Ontario Overlooking Lake Simcoe

Date: October 6, 2010.
Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Innisfil Ontario overlooking Lake Simcoe.

I was outside around 10:00pm on October 6th, 2010. I stepped outside to let the dog out and noticed that it was a very clear night. I looked up at the stars as I always do, and noticed a flicker in the sky that caught my attention. I let the dog back inside and stood on the driveway looking south over Lake Simcoe from Innisfil, Ontario at the object.

I noticed that it was changing colour, from white, to red, to green and for the better part of 2 hours was hovering in the same spot in the sky. The funny thing about this was that at times it would vanish from sight, but then moments later it would re-appear and again begin to change colour.

I attempted to get a photo, but my camera wasn't good enough to capture the object. So I stood looking through binoculars at it. I eventually went back inside the house to spend some time with my significant other, who was not half as interested in the object sitting in the sky changing colour as I was, however. There's a certain kind of skepticism in alot of humans that can't bear uncertainty and some are just unwilling to consider the possibilities, allowing the fear of the unknown to supersede there desire for knowledge is a powerful choice.

When I returned to look at the object before going to sleep for the evening, it had disappeared. I would like to know if anyone else in the area witnessed anything in the sky similar to this last night? This event was very similar to the post on your site RE: Port Hope Drive-In in July of 2010, however the object was stationary for many hours, it just appeared to hover in the same spot. Sincerely.
