Bright Glowing Orange Ball Over Edmonton Cairns Queensland Australia

Sorry not real good with this PC. I am 70 years old just found your story about orange lights over Edmonton. It reminded me of a similar event that happened to me back in the mid 80s. I was living in Malabar St. Centenary Heights at that time.

This night I took my little dog out for last toilet at 11:00 p.m. It was a clear star lit night. I noticed a glowing orange ball of light sitting over Edmonton. I watched it for about 5 minuets trying to figure out what it was and then to my amazement, it started slowly moving left for 5 or 600 meters (east) it then started to descend at 45 degrees and vanished behind the tree line that I could see in silhouette.

I kept watching this spot and after a few minutes it came up again to it’s original height and returned to its original position. I ran inside and got my binoculars, 20/50s then I noticed my neighbours lights were still on, so knocked.

They came out with their binoculars. As we were watching, I noticed the light had started coming toward us, it went slowly with no noise at all over our heads and the house behind us. We ran through the car port and watched it travel over Cairns.

I had it in the binoculars when it just went out and was gone. It was about half the size of a full moon and it was a very bright glowing orange ball. I have had four other sightings of interest in my life time, if you would like to hear about them just email me. Thank you.

Three White Lights Shot Upward And Disappeared Over Coomera River Gold Coast Queensland Australia

 Date:  1970's

Time:  Evening.

 

Hello, I was recently re-united with some old friends (now very old) with whom I used to fish many years ago in the Coomera River on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

 

We saw a UFO at the time, four of us. During our reunion, we chatted about how we had seen this and wondered if anybody else saw it. We did not say anything at the time, as we did not want people to think we were loopy (besides we were not supposed to be in the river).

I have not thought much about it since (1970's) but just Googled and discovered someone in that area had seen a UFO in 2009.

What we saw: We had put our nets in the river and camped on the bank to wait for our catch.

We were lying on the bank and looking up into night sky when I saw three lights which could be described as round like in a security light, the old ones with the huge roundish bulbs.  

 

The 2009 note says he saw orange/red which changed to white. The lights just sat above me and were definitely white. I said to my friends, "can anyone see what I can see"
 

The replies were, yes shudder shudder and there are three lights.

All of a sudden they just zoomed vertically up into the night sky and were gone. I am unsure how long this lasted.

Bright Orange Lights Witnessed Over Edmonton Cairns Queensland Australia

Time:  9:30 p.m.

 

Hi myself and my partner live in Edmonton Cairns Queensland Australia & last night on 31 December 2011 at 9:30 p.m. we saw 1 bright orange light. We started to film it then another 2 bright orange lights followed it. They were heading south to north.

 

He had filmed it on our mobile phone and they were moving quite fast with no noise what so ever, has anyone else seen these on this night?

Bright Shiny Orange Light Over Brisbane Botanic Gardens Toowong Queensland Australia

Time:  Approx: 6:40 p.m.

 

I don't think anyone will believe me, but last night while I was resting on the ground looking at the stars at Brisbane Botanical Gardens with my friend, some form of orange light appeared from nowhere and slightly to the left of me in the sky, and ever since I saw it, it’s been driving me crazy because I don't know what it was.

For a second I thought it may of been a firework or a helicopter, but there was no sound, and even though it looked like a light, it wasn't bright and shiny where you normally would look away. It was more like a glow if anything.

I didn't see whatever it was for long, it just appeared from nowhere and then looked as if it just flew up and disappeared extremely fast, but what ever it was it was out of this world.

Anyone have any thoughts about this, happen on 27th of June 2008 at around 6:40 p.m.

Loud Cracking/Roaring Noise Coming From Massive Glowing Blue Cigar Shaped Object Over Hervey Bay Queensland Australia

Hey there, how's it going? I just decided to watch this new show on OLN, the "UFO Hunters",  even though I haven't paid much attention to the show in the past and I still don't, but I've shared the same experience you had mentioned yourself and I figured I'd just open my laptop up and see if I could find any information on what I saw, or if I could find anyone else who had seen the same thing.

Now this all took place in may/June 2006. I've never used the internet then like I do now, so this is why I'm emailing you. I flew to Sydney, Australia, to where I met my wife and we prepared to set off for a journey we knew we'd only see probably once in our lifetime.

We stayed in Sydney for about a week, travelled 13 hours north to a place called Byron Bay where we stayed for about 2 weeks.

Our next stop was a few more hours north to a small town called Hervey Bay where we had stayed and worked for a couple months to build our bank accounts up for the next move further up the east coast.

It was about 10:30pm and we just shared a pizza and decided to go for a walk to town just to see the night life etc..

We heard this very loud cracking/roaring noise almost like a jet would sound when it passed at high speed, but the noise didn't just come and go, it roared in the distance.

We looked behind us, and in the sky we seen this massive "cigar" shaped object that was glowing bright bright blue and was travelling far faster than any plane I've ever seen before.

The light the object was giving off definitely lit the whole sky, and the town below, and we could clearly see way out into the ocean as it was passing.

It wasn't just blue and glowing, it had a tail of colors coming off the back that was easily 2 times longer than the cigar shaped object itself. Immediately I was looking around for people to share the experience with, so we weren't alone with it, but we were the only ones around.

We only seen the object for 15-20 seconds before it swept past the sky and completely vanished. If I was to say how far this was away from us, it was a good 50-60km+ away and I'd have to say it was at least 1500+ feet in the air.

One thing that was consistent though, it wasn't heading "down to earth", it made it’s way from one end of the sky to the other, south to north and it had a very consistent speed that didn't change, and the sound didn't change until it was out of sight.

That's really all I got to say about it. Not sure if it was a meteor, or what it was, we were excited about seeing it, but also curious as to why no one else in the town had seen it and we spent 3 months in that town.

Orange UFOs Flying In Formation Over Dalby In Southern Queensland Australia (Graphic)

Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

On the summer evening of January 4th 2011 at around 10:00pm we were holidaying in Dalby in southern Queensland, Australia. I was talking with friends outside our motel room and as usual, was keeping an eye on the night sky.

Suddenly I noticed two orange lights flying fast in constant formation, one above the other. They were clearly visible for about 5 or 6 seconds just above the motel roof looking east towards Toowoomba. They were moving with the speed you would normally associate with a jet fighter, but there was absolutely no noise. They were coming from a northerly direction and moving south. It was a very clear sighting.

The two objects would have been the size of a pea at arms length and disappeared into cloud after being in clear sky. My friend also witnessed the last few seconds before the objects entered the cloud.

There was no time to grab a camera and although I scanned the sky for about 10 minutes afterward, the lights did not return. We agreed the objects could not be birds as they were self luminous and moving very fast before they disappeared into high clouds. They would best be described as an oval shape with a soft orange glow.

The second witness is a highly credible leader in his field and has an enviable reputation both in Australia and overseas. Other people must have seen these orange lights. I am wondering if there are more reports.
