We live in Wisconsin Rapids, WI and my aunt and uncle came from Stevens Point, WI on 12/24/11. They went to my mothers and were freaked out because lights with a similar description to yours followed them all the way on highway 54 to Rapids.
That was around 7:00 p.m. I believe. My brother went out to see them, but as he did they took off.
