Time: Approx: 9:00 p.m.On July 4th, 2010, I was on my friend's front porch with my husband and 4 other people. We saw the glowing red ball at about 9:00, I'm guessing. (It was dusk, but not dark yet.) We watched it stay steadily on course and then suddenly change direction. This was in Sterling, Kansas.
