Strange Silver Light Moving Vertically Over Chicago Illinois

Date: October 7, 2010

Time: Approx: 6:40 a.m.

Hi Brian, I know what I saw yesterday morning, however I cannot claim that it was "aliens", but I did see something strange in the sky that I had never seen before. It was around 6:40am in Chicago, IL on the southeast side. I was driving down 95th ST. headed east towards Stoney Island Ave. The sun was starting to come up, but it was over to the left quite a way about a few blocks worth.

But straight ahead I saw a sliver of light in a vertical fashion that was moving. I knew it was not the sun because it was coming up and the moon is not shaped like that and wouldn't normally be seen at that time of day and that low in the sky. A friend of mine had mentioned something about an alien sighting in China to me just the morning prior on Thursday. I told her she was crazy and laughed it off.

Then I get up yesterday morning and saw this strange light and I still didn't think anything of it until I came home yesterday evening and told my brother what I saw. The description and shape, was the same thing that they saw in China he said. I still have not seen the news or anyone's newspaper to see if anyone else saw what I did. All I know is that it was really strange!

Five UFOs Move Fast Vertically Over Cumberland Rhode Island

Time: 8:20 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Cumberland, RI, USA.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 5
Shape of Objects: Circular.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: At first I thought it was 3 stars of Orion's belt, but they were huge amber fireball shape staying still. Then 2 more joined horizontally to the three. With the five sitting there, 2 moved close together and went vertically up so quick and disappeared and the other three right afterwards. I video taped, but the video is not top quality.

I went out onto the highway to view the clear sky and I could not spot them again. The full time of 2 lingering 3 minutes then total time of observing was 10 minutes.

Lights Arranged Vertically Over Springboro Ohio

I also seen this. However it was last night 07/17/2010 same time. I was out with the neighbor and seen exactly was described. We live in Springboro, Ohio.

4 Lights Arranged Vertically Near Springboro Ohio

Time: 9:46 p.m.

We were just driving home from dinner at 9:46pm near Springboro Ohio and my daughter and girlfriend both saw what they thought were shooting stars right next to each other. Then about 20 seconds later there were 4 lights arranged vertically in the sky in the same area. Then the lights went out one at a time all the way down and then they shined all together again and the out one at a time again 4 then 3, then 2, then 1 and then they were gone.

Hong Kong Bright Light Travels Vertically

Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.

Hi Brian, Ok, well it might not be something special or anything, but me and two friends saw something we have never seen before. It was 2009 Friday 2nd of October around 11pm when we saw it. It was a bright light and it appeared out of no where along the horizon. At first it seemed like the light was coming at us, but then we realized it wasn't. The bright light was moving across the sky upwards in a vertical ascent. It made a few blinks, where the light would disappear for a split second and back. The light continued to rise, until it reached the moon, and suddenly the bright light blinks 3 times and disappears.

Maybe it was a satellite, but I doubt you can see it that clearly, it wasn't a shooting star because it was way too slow, and it wasn't a plane because it was a single bright light, moving vertically up into the sky, or it could be a comet of some sort I don't know.
