Green And Other Strange Lights Over Springboro Ohio (Map)

Hello Brian, I was searching through the internet and saw the stories of strange lights over Springboro, Ohio. I would like to share to you what I have seen in the sky almost 7 years ago (2003). If it were a hoax, then it would have been the most elaborate light show I have ever saw!

My wife and I were traveling home on route 741 in Springboro, Ohio. It was around 10:00 PM. We were passing by the Wright Brothers Airport. I happen to look up into the sky above the YMCA and saw some green lights. I drove on and didn't think nothing of it until my wife commented, that she saw them too. I told her, that was strange and decided to make a U-turn and go back to take a better look.

When we went back, the green lights were still there hovering over the tree tops. We got out of the car to watch them. In the distance we saw two things that looked like sparklers spiraling around each other moving slowly southwest. When they got closer, they started dropping Red, Yellow, and Green Balls of light to the ground. The green balls that we saw first then started to move east above the trees, then the sparkler things made a sharp turn and moved east also.

We watched them until they disappeared. This all happened in less than 5 minutes. It can't be an airplane, because the lights were not blinking. As for the sparkly things being fireworks, when does fireworks move horizontal and make sharp turns?

I have attached a jpg of the area and added in the locations of the lights and the strange sparkly thingies. There were few cars traveling on the road that night. I am sure there are witnesses.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My husband was sitting in his car in the parking lot where he works waiting for clock in time, it's on Pioneer Boulevard in Springboro, Ohio. He said there were 2 lights in the sky chasing each other in a circle, he said he'd never seen anything like it and it must have been a UFO.

Unknown Lights Seen Over Springboro Ohio

Time: Evening.

Hi, my name is (name removed) and I saw your article online for the sighting is Springboro, Ohio. Last night I was driving with my friend coming back form BW3's in Springboro and she said, "do you see those lights?" I didn't see them until she finally pointed them out to me and I saw them.

They looked almost like little portions of clouds just floating around really, really fast. At first I thought they were just spot lights from somewhere, but they were to faint and they were not going in a specific pattern. They were just swarming around and around and they started to grow in numbers and when we continued to go down the road and past the deli, they were always next to us.

I don't know what exactly they were, but they were defiantly not spotlights, because they were to faint to be and they didn't have a pattern.

Orange Ball Of Light Drops 3 Small Red Objects Over Springboro Ohio

My girlfriend and I also witnesses an odd light in Springboro, Ohio on 9/4 at approximately 9:30pm. We were traveling south on Rt. 741 from the Austin Rd. exit. In the southeastern sky, we saw an orange colored light that at first I thought might be a firework.

It was an orange ball that had a trail of what looked like orange sparks. (similar to what you see with some fireworks). We saw it for approximately 2 minutes. I was moving very quickly in a circular motion, round and round. At one point, we noticed that it seemed to release or drop 3 very small red lights, one at a time.

Lights Split Into More And Perform Strange Maneuvers Over Springboro Ohio

Time: Approx: 9:45 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Springboro, Ohio.

Number of Objects: 5-6.
Shape of Objects: Lights (no shape really).

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was at a bonfire around West Factory Rd. in Springboro, Ohio when suddenly my buddy said "Hey what is that?" We turned around and looked over a fence and saw what appeared to be fireworks burning out, (after they explode) but they were burning really slowly and we thought "hmm maybe its a meteor shower." The lights (3 of them) burnt out, but suddenly relit in the area above where they burnt out.

At first it was only one that relit, then a second relit right next to the first one. Then a third relit and they all formed a perfectly straight line, the line moved and the lights appeared to get brighter. Then the line broke, and 2 of lights split into 2 more lights so there were a total of 6 lights in the sky.

They stopped moving, hovered and then immediately started spinning around each other. It looked as if they were caught in some sort of "tornado" motion. I tried to catch it on my camera phone, but I forgot to press the record button. I might have a picture however.

The lights died out about 30 seconds after they started spinning, and we ran down the street to get closer but they never came back on. Every time I try to recount this story to someone, I start crying. I can't help it. What happened last night freaked me out so much that I'm overcome with emotion when I try to relive it.

4 Lights Observed Over Springboro Ohio

Date: July 16 and 17th, 2010
Time: Approx: 9:45 p.m.

I seen them in the Springboro, OH area, both Friday night with my fiancé and Saturday night with my neighbor. Both nights it happened around same time, 9:45ish, and both times they were as described with the 4 lights disappearing and coming back on and so forth. My cousin was over about a year ago and we also seen them then but it was about 1:30 am on that sighting.

I also seen this. However it was last night 07/17/2010 same time. I was out with the neighbor and seen exactly was described. We live in Springboro, Ohio.

4 Lights Arranged Vertically Near Springboro Ohio

Date: July 16, 2010

Time: 9:46 p.m.

We were just driving home from dinner at 9:46pm near Springboro Ohio and my daughter and girlfriend both saw what they thought were shooting stars right next to each other. Then about 20 seconds later there were 4 lights arranged vertically in the sky in the same area. Then the lights went out one at a time all the way down and then they shined all together again and the out one at a time again 4 then 3, then 2, then 1 and then they were gone.
