In early November 2015 my daughter continued to show me around the city of Kamloops. It seemed at every turn there was something wonderful to see, then we came upon the St. Andrews On The Square site. 

St. Andrews On The Square was built in 1887 and is the oldest public building in the city of Kamloops. The city bought it, then restored everything back in 1998.

The Kamloops Heritage Society now operates the facility, where weddings and other events are held.

Also on site are the gorgeous St. Andrews gardens where 

local musicians and performers can be found.

So when planning your next holiday, don’t forget to put Kamloops on your agenda so you can tour all the wonderful historic sites seen around town.

Unknown Light/Object Returns To The Sky Over Grimsbury Square Banbury Oxfordshire UK (Pictures)

Date:  February 27, 2015 and March 1, 2015
Time:  Approximately 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Hi Brian, the first sighting was on Friday 27th February 2015 at around 19:00. I was taking a delivery to Grimsbury Square and had been observing a light hanging in the sky, as it had caught my attention while I was taking another delivery, prior.

It was when I'd gotten out of my car to pay more attention, the light that's what piqued my curiosity as it was to bright for a star and not a planet, because it seemed so close.

I do know a lot of people mistake Venus for something extraterrestrial and as I used to be an avid astronomer when I was kid, was able to differentiate between celestial objects and non celestial ones.

After delivering my order, I moved my car to get a better view and to also move away from the customers property and moved just around the corner slightly.

The object appeared to be hanging in a westerly direction, with General Food in the foreground and the object seemingly hanging to the right and up slightly.

Unfortunately I couldn't give chase, as was my desire, because I was still working and couldn't leave early. But the object seemed to be hovering for around 30 minutes, as I lost track of it, when taking out other deliveries, even though I made a point of taking a detour to higher ground to retrack the object, but no joy.

The same object appeared (again) on Sunday 1st March 2015 at around 19:30 and this lasted for maybe 30-45 minutes, but this time I was driving to the Hanwell Fields area, from Warwick Road and noticed a bright object hovering in a northwesterly direction and slightly right to the Drayton Golf Club.

I pulled over to try and confirm if it was Venus, but it just felt all wrong as there were no other viewable, celestial objects.

Considering there was little cloud cover at the time, it seemed strange that I could only see this one object. I did a mental excercise to run through things that it could be (as with the last sighting), it wasn't a flare, helicopter or aircraft, nor was it a Chinese Lantern, as the light being emitted seemed to be a stable white(ish) light that didn't flicker, nor did there seem to be and heat flicker.

I continued trying to observe this light right up until my shift finished at 20:30, where I raced up to the last point I'd observed the light, but it had disappeared, which proves that it wasn't Venus, or any other planet.

I did take a couple of photos on my phone, with the first sighting, but given the distance and quality of the image, it all seems rather blurred and nondescript.

I have attached the images I took, to see if you can come up with any ideas as to what it may have been, but my gut feeling says I was correct with my original observation.

Huge Bright White Square/Rectangle Object Streaked Across The Sky Over Las Vegas Nevada

 

Date:  April 22, 2012

Time:  11:00 p.m. or 11:30 p.m.

 

Hi, I saw a ‘huge’ white square/rectangle type object streak across the sky over Las Vegas last night, at 11:00 or 11:30 PM on 4/22/12. 

 

It was bright and did not loose it’s brightness as it went across the sky. The size was like if you held 1/2 a postage stamp up to the sky, so this thing was big, not at all like a shooting star. 

 

I can not find any information on this bright light. I only lost sight of it as a building obstructed my view. 

 

I did not hear a sound, perhaps short tails of light coming from the huge bright square shaped object. I watched it for 2-3 seconds before the building hid it. 

 

It never lost it’s brightness and moved slower than a shooting star.

Orange Colored Lights Spotted Over Oxenden Square Herne Bay Kent UK

 

Date:  July 2011

Time:  9:00 p.m.

 

Number of witnesses: 2

Number of Objects: 2 clearly and many in background.

Shape of Objects: Orange spheres pulsating.

 

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Watched a host of orange lights in sky diagonally move across from my home in the distance moving at speed with no noise in zig zag formation almost.

 

Then two orange coloured lights hovered opposite my second story window within fifty foot on the roof line of my neighbors roof in Oxenden Street for about 10 minutes.

 

My 10 year old daughter was freaked out and kept telling me to close the window and come away as no way were they lanterns, helicopters or planes.

 

I was fascinated and excited at what was happened and emailed Howard Hughes the unexplained website the next day to report this.

 

The lights then moved at speed towards the sea and did not return. I am convinced these were UFOs.

Lights Observed Over Franklin Square New York

 

Date:  December 24, 2011

Time:  Evening.

How are you Brian, me and my family saw these lights as well.

We're in Franklin Square, everyone on my block was outside watching them. I took a 25 second video clip with my phone cam. It was a freaky sighting. I just saw two lights next to each other, then one brighter one a few minutes later. Very strange.

About an hour later, I saw one more, I read a couple other posts about this, one guy in Northport and another in my town Franklin Square.

I posted my video on YouTube, I put it up naming it "UFO flying over Franklin Sq." lol trying to get exposer with it, but it's definitely been lurking in my mind on what exactly it was.

Square Shaped UFO Hovers Between Homes At Bolton Ontario

Full Description of Event/Sighting: In the early hours this morning, I noticed a square object, probably bigger than a large car, hovering over a creek in-between mine and my neighbors house, 60/70 feet high.

 

The object was displaying several different colors of lights. The object hovered, for a few minutes, and after my husband awoke on the couch, the objected headed very slowly south towards Mayfield road at the same height, until it faded.

Square Object On Fire Over Upper Caboolture Brisbane Australia

Full Description of Event/Sighting: At night time around 10:40pm, I was outside with some friends. We looked up to see a burning object in the sky, quite close and was moving to the right medium speed. It kind of looked like a bit of a plane that had broken off and was falling to the ground, although after about 2 minutes of moving to the right, it suddenly disappeared, like the flame had gone out and it was never seen again. We called the Bureau of Meteorology, and they had nothing to say about it.

Stationary Square/Cube Shaped UFO Over Witnesses Home In Nanaimo British Columbia

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Hi there, I have never filed such a report as this, but I feel compelled. I walk my border collie most nights around 7:30 p.m. On August 31, 2010, we took a familiar route on a nearby street. The evening was cool and grey with low cloud cover, and the daylight had turned into a half light.

The street lights were on 20 minutes later. Something caught my eye to my left and about 200 feet above some houses was a stationary object, probably dark grey or brown, and about five to ten feet wide in size. There were no lights on it. It appeared square, possibly cube like, but as it rotated it disappeared for a second or two, as though it may have been two dimensional.

I discarded the possibility it was a kite, because there was no wind at all. We walked about 40 feet and looked up again and saw it. We walked another 40 feet, with some tall pines blocking our view, and when I looked up again past the pines, it was gone, no trace at all anywhere. It did not reappear. Just thought I would share this. Thanks.
