Newspaper Carries Story On Mass UFO Sighting At Howard Colorado (Diagram/Newspaper Image)

Hi Brian, Here is a news print from the Salida CO Mountain Mail. This was a mass sighting December 23, 1995 at 9:30 p.m. near Howard CO, 10 miles east of Salida.

I have seen the original several times of this picture. I would say it is one of the most spectacular cylinder of light I have seen. Duration was 20 minutes. The glow in the picture is the fact that the pillar of light illuminated the surrounding country side for at least a mile in all directions almost like daylight.

It appears to be coming out of saddle between 2 knobs of hills 5 miles north of Howard CO. Myself and the local news director for the radio station spent a day walking around in this remote area. We walked a mile from the nearest 4 wheel drive road to access the area.

Witnesses reported it dissipating from the top down and appearing to shoot up into infinity. Freaked out some too as it was 2 days before Christmas. With the incredible UFO activity in this area my belief is that it was some type of star gate or worm hole.

The energy had to be mind boggling to illuminate like it did. It shook up some as they thought it might be the arrival of Jesus as it was 2 days before Christmas.

I didn't personally witness this particular sighting, but know many who did. It took me a year to locate the original picture taker and talked him into bring it to the local paper in conjunction with the Travel Channel coming down to do a story on Salida and CO and my previous UFO videos and pictures.

This is one of many of the major events in the local area that were ignored and overlooked by about everybody back then. Feel free to post this report and picture on your site and rense.com. I have an incredible amount of documentation, stills and video from the Salida CO area 1995-2002 if you are interested.

I am also in the process of transferring my 1995 daylight cigar footage onto DVD. My 6 year old daughter was the original witness at our home. She was also with me in 2002 when we believe we filmed the same craft in South Park CO.

Fox news in Denver did a story on it with an excellent correlation of cigar stills and footage from around the world I received from others. I am also sending you an artist rendition from the perspective we had through binoculars of my 9/27/95 video. In that one we had 5 people at my house that were able to study the craft for over an hour as it danced and hovered near and out from the corona of the sun. It was reported from numerous locations around the state that weekend.

We believed it to be about a mile in length. Lab estimates range from 700 feet to 1/2 mile. Let me know if you want more material. Take Care.

This is a fascinating story. Hello Brian, I thought you might interested in this UFO report I filed to MUFON in December of 2004, I cant explain why, but Anne and I want to finally share our experience with others. Since this sighting strange things have been happening in the house for instance, the microwave oven would start beeping at random, were on our 3rd oven. 

A shelf fell off the wall in the kitchen which I know doesn't sound that strange, but it's the type that the fingers on the side brackets have to be tapped down in the rails, I installed it and remember I had to tap the brackets down with a little force, for the brackets to fall off you would have to tap up on them. 

Strange sounds would come from the TV and radio. Anne would see pot covers fly of the shelf and land several feet away.   

Many other things happened but I can't get into them right now, plus it would usually happen in the day and I work full time, Anne would tell me when I got home. Anne also had regressive hypnosis and her account was the same. I tried the hypnosis, but I wasn't receptive to it. 

One other thing did happen that I remembered a few days later, when Anne was on the floor I remembered giving her CPR, after I got her off the floor and on to the couch I looked into the kitchen and saw what looked like snow or fine pellets of Styrofoam pouring in through the sliding door (I guess didn't shut it all the way). After icing my hand for awhile I told Anne I'm going in the garage to get the shop vac to clean up the mess, and when I looked again all the white stuff was gone and the small carpet in the kitchen was dry. 

Also the white light outside looked like it flowed like a liquid wrapping itself around everything, did not notice any shadows. By the way this happened in Billerica, Massachusetts. I know it sounds incredible, but this really happened, hope to hear from you soon. Below: The Actual Sighting Report Which Was Filed To MUFON.  

(Recount of a UFO sighting experienced by Robert and Anne). At approximately 7:10 on Sunday night (12/12/04) I was in my kitchen preparing dinner, my friend Anne was in the living room working on a crossword puzzle. I have a sliding glass door which leads to a deck off of the kitchen, Anne and I just got home so the curtain was not drawn yet. 

Out of the corner of my right eye I saw a huge ball of brilliant white light coming towards the house from the west, it was above treetop level, but not by much. In my mind I compared the size to be like looking at a full moon on a clear night maybe bigger and as it neared it got bigger and bigger. I called to Anne to take a look, she was as surprised as I was. We went out onto the deck to get a better look because of the glare from internal lights on the glass door. 

It stopped above the house and was absolutely huge, 2 maybe 3 football fields. The white light engulfed everything. One thing I noticed was that the light did not hurt our eyes. It hovered a few minutes with absolutely no noise, then all of a sudden a pale blue light came out of the bottom of this thing, the thing that was odd about the blue light is that it formed a perfect square on the deck.  

The size was big enough to fully engulf Anne. All of a sudden Anne started to lift up off the deck, I immediately opened the sliding door with my left hand, jumped up and wrapped my right around Anne's waist, with a hooking motion I threw Anne into the kitchen then ran in and shut the door, when I looked back the light was gone.

Anne was out cold for about a minute, when she came too she said all she remembered seeing the blue light and hearing me say that the blue light was square, that's when she must of blacked out. Shortly after Anne awoke the phone rang, I was so shook up I couldn't  answer it so Anne did.

The call was from my sister she was in her car with her husband about 4 to 5 miles south east of us. She told Anne she saw a ball of white light with a trailing blue tail. At first she thought it was a meteorite but ruled that out because it was so low and moving parallel with the ground. 

Soon after the call (which by the way according to my caller id the time was 7:21) I noticed my right hand was burning and there were a couple of blisters below my middle finger. (pictures attached) for some reason that I cant explain I knew the blisters would be gone in the morning, which they did, so I had Anne take a picture of my hand with my digital camera. 

I wish I had the camera with me on the deck, but everything happened too fast. Anne and I are still shook up about all this but are willing to meet and answer any questions you may have.

Mass Of Orange Colored Lights Over Cheshire UK (New Year)

Time: After midnight.

Yep we saw them here in Cheshire, masses of them, quite large and travelling very quickly. They appeared to come mainly from the east heading south westerly direction. We thought at first they might be left over fireworks or a practical joke (balloons!), but they were too large, too many and moving extremely quickly, they were below cloud level.

Was There A Mass UFO Sighting?

TERRACE IS living up to its reputation as a UFO hot spot.

As many as 30 people may have recently witnessed two black, triangular-shaped flying objects in the Lakelse Lake area, the northwest's resident UFO researcher has been told.

Brian Vike, field researcher and president of HBCC-UFO, is now hoping to talk to eyewitnesses to verity the report.

He also wants to find out more details like the exact time, date and description of the sighting - thought to have taken place several weeks ago.

That would help him determine what witnesses saw. A variety of known objects such as stars, planets, meteors, or aircraft can be mistaken for UFOs.

Vike learned about the sighting after someone sent him an email telling him that more than 30 people had witnessed two triangular objects in the sky.

"I'm kind of chomping at the bit - all I need is a couple of names and number to get on this," he said from his home base in Houston, B.C. "From what I'm gathering, they're professional people - not just kids."

Vike is intrigued by the possibility that the sighting involves triangular-shaped objects, which are less commonly reported.

There's been a flurry of UFO reports along the Highway 16 corridor lately.

"It's just been non stop for the last little bit," he said, adding he's received eight or nine reports in the past week. "There's something. I don't know if it's military. It's a possibility."

Another recent report from the Terrace area involved a yellow ball of light the size of a basketball spotted over a trailer in Thornhill. It moved low in the air, travelling quickly before pausing above the mountain. "Then it proceeded like a bang," Vike says.

The recent activity suggests Terrace's top ten showing on the 2002 Canada UFO survey may have been no fluke.

The survey counted 25 eyewitness reports from Terrace in 2002, putting us in third place overall, ahead of Houston, B.C., which is in fourth place and even ahead of major metropolitan areas like Toronto and Vancouver.
