Orange Lights Filmed On New Years Eve Party At The Villages Florida (Pictures)

Date: December 31, 2010
Time: 8:45 p.m.

Location of Sighting: The Villages, FL.
Number of witnesses: 15
Number of Objects: 12 – 15.
Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: During a New Year's Eve party several of our guests ventured into the back yard. They started shouting for everyone to come outside. At first there were 6 bright orange balls coming over the horizon from the east.

Photo Left: Click on the picture for larger view.

They were following each other and turned to the south. After a brief break, more came over the horizon in pairs and singles following the same pattern. There was no sound.

We have photos and have tried to email them to sighting@telus.net, but they have come back undeliverable. We need to know where we can send these photos.

These pictures were taken with a regular digital camera and shows the orange balls. They also show some white larger balls that were not visible to us. The pictures are totally untouched.

However, when I use my picture editor, Picasso, to enhance the photos, there a! re several white balls that we did not see.

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

  1. I also was having a NYE party last night, when I went out to smoke on the balcony and warn people the countdown was close several people were watching the exact oarnge glowing lights coming from the east slowly and then another would fallow. we saw at least four between 11:30 -12:00 (12-31-11- new years) I thought maybe a flare gun or Chinese lantern but there's no way. They looked more like fire balls. After some googling I saw a blog with hundreds of posts from all around the world that saw the same thing. I live on the beach in Santa Cruz California. No answers though.
