Two Bright Orange Lights Over Mirfield West Yorkshire UK

Time: Approx: 8:50 p.m.

Hi Brian, waiting outside my house (south facing) to be picked up at around 8:50pm on Saturday night. Visibility good with a little hazy cloud. Two bright orange lights passed overhead travelling SSW both at same speed and direction. Orange circular lights with no Red/Green navigation lights.

Twinkling slightly which I think was caused by the hazy cloud. Looked at first like small hot air balloons but travelling too fast for that. Disappeared into cloud after approximately 30 seconds. Unable to guesstimate speed or altitude and heard no sound.

Shape of Objects: Spherical.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Bright red/orange lights moving from due North to due South all under the partial cloud cover. They were moving faster than an airliner and seemed to come over in waves.
