Multiple UFOs Seen By Five Eyewitnesses In The Sky Over Mid North Island New Zealand

 

Date:  February 14, 2007

Time:  10:00 p.m. onward.

 

Number of witnesses: 5

Number of Objects: Many.

Shape of Objects: Mostly bright lights.

 

Full Description of Event/Sighting: This absolutely blew us all away. (several members of our group have had a long career working with aircraft and around airports and could not offer any sensible explanation!).

 

Whilst on a tramping trip in the bush in the back country of New Zealand (Leitch's Clearing and Hut) we did note initially in the sky to the south, stars getting brighter in intensity and then simply disappearing.

 

The sky then began to appear as if it were being 'sprinkled' with silver in the same area. This lasted approximately 10 minutes. After this stopped, two bright white lights appeared from both the north and south horizons and then headed directly toward each other.

 

These were not aircraft for sure. There was also no sound from these objects on a perfectly clear and quiet night. As the white lights approached each other, they 'blinked' at each other with one of the lights turning rapidly to the southeast and the other continuing unimpeded on it's way.

 

No further sightings after this, but this left us all stunned and in confusion as to what we had actually just seen. Very weird for sure. I'm now a believer. (As are the rest of the team)

Light Circling In The Sky Over Mid Connecticut United States

Time:  11:00 p.m.

 

I live in mid Connecticut and this is the second night in a row now that I have seen a light circling in the sky. It was around 10:00 p.m. and last night and 11:00 p.m. tonight.

I have seen the same thing in FL before with 4 circling lights, but I had assumed they were spotlights from a nearby amusement park.

Another time was in MA, which was very similar to my first sighting. I thought it was kind of odd, but blew it off.

This being my third sighting has spiked my interest. I am very curious as to what it is. It's so eerie! The way the light penetrates the clouds leads me to believe that there is no way it is coming from the ground.

 

It continues to make the same circle. The light is very bright when it hits the cloud, and the beam disappears shining downward. If this light were coming from the ground, I feel like the beam would be constant and stop when it hit the cloud, rather than it disappearing in the downward direction.

 

Hard to explain, but it definitely gets you thinking.

Military Serviceman Relates Mid-60's UFO Over Nuclear Weapons Facility

Brian, here is another (event) which I, unfortunately, did not witness, but heard it from some who did.

I believe it was summer in '64 or '65 when I was assigned to Ft Bragg, NC in an intelligence capacity.

There was a report that a "UFO" was hovering over the Nuclear Weapons Facility off of Reilly Road. The Nuclear Facility stored nuclear artillery shells for the 82d Airborne Division. It was late afternoon as I recall.

I will skip some details. (Brian Vike’s Note: The details were left out because of security).

I did not get there in time to see it. Reportedly it was a disc-shaped craft and hovered over the site for about 20 minutes. The Special Forces guards assigned to the site were terrified, and feared that if the shells were somehow detonated that half of NC would be obliterated. There was an indication that some passerby took a photo with an old "Brownie" camera and that it might have been printed in the local paper, the "Fayetteville Observer".

That's about all I can say about it.

Large Bright Light Shrinks Over Mid Wales UK

Shape of Objects: Circular oblong lights.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I went camping going back a month ago, end of the beginning of September and seen the same thing. I looked up on a clear night and saw this massive bright white light just silently and slowly drifting overhead in a straight direction. It wasn't even that high, maybe a couple of thousand feet up.

It passed overhead until I couldn't see it anymore and it was heading northeast. The next day I packed my camping gear and tried a different camping spot across the valley.

This is where even now thinking of this, it is sending shivers down my spine. So then I saw this bright light again, but this time the bright light was somewhat far away, I stared at it thinking, that's not a star. It then gently moved right and it was quite far away and then a minute later moved down, but on a slant then up left on a slant. It then it just suddenly got closer and closer until it was only 5,000 meters in front, but a little higher than me. You see I was on top of a valley almost inline with this UFO.

I was staring at it and it seemed like it was scanning around, like it had a beam of light pointing slowly past me then back past me. The beam of light wasn't powerful, almost transparent as its just that you could see what direction it was scanning/pointing. This went on for 10-15 minutes, then suddenly another light caught my corner of eye and it was the same thing, it elegantly moved slowly down from the sky, straight down and behind thick conifer trees until it was almost eye level, but quite far away.

I would say good 2-3 thousand meters. The light disappeared out of sight, then reappeared suddenly behind a line of forestry trees not far from me. This thing was so big and then would go very small, football sized and bright. It was weaving in and out the trees, back and forth, meanwhile the other light in the sky stayed in the same position in front of me, but higher than me.

It seemed like it was looking out for the other light which was weaving in and out the trees to right of me and about thousand meters away. I was tempted to go over a little brow, a little mossy bank to see the light better because it was not far away.

I was in the middle of nowhere and by myself and one part of me wanted to go and see and other part of me was scared to go closer. I clutched myself tight, holding my nerves together deciding on what I should do. Finally I suddenly woke up and it was early morning. I got a feeling they are looking for something and I wonder what happened to me.

Dozens Of Red Orange Lights Over Mid Michigan

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was driving home last night and while stopped at one intersection I noticed 3 orange/red lights in the sky above some trees. I saw the cross street had a number of cars so I thought that it might be balloons for a party, but when they changed direction and kept a triangular formation, I tried to get my camera phone out to take a picture. My camera didn't want to activate as I got to the next intersection and once the traffic cleared for me to continue and the lights were out of sight, my camera became active.

After a brief stop at home I decided to drive around looking for the lights. I thought it was odd that it seemed like the neighborhood dogs were barking more than normal at that time.

After driving around the local downtown area I was on my way back home when I noticed a 'path' of dozens of the lights floating across the sky. The lights were scattered a distance to the north of a parking lot that I stopped in. The lights all moved the same pace from west to east, all holding their formation with each other. No blinking, oscillating, wandering, etc. It was almost like the lights were like spray paint on a pane of glass, and the sheet of glass was being moved across the backdrop of the night sky.

After watching the lights started to disappear and fade off into the distance I was pulling out of the parking lot and I noticed someone else pull in with the same 'what the heck?' expression that I had, but I wasn't able to get the driver's attention to talk to.
