Vike Factor Note: I had a witness file a report to me over the sighting of a luminescent funnel cloud. This morning I received a tiny report, but with a photo and video footage of the funnel shaped cloud.

Hi Brian, when we saw it (at 8:45 pm) it was sinking at an angle from right to left until it sunk beneath the horizon. This took a total of about 2-3 minutes.
It did not appear to be spinning.
It just looked like an inverted parachute, but more "cloud" or "smokey" in appearance as opposed to solid.

The shape did not change at all, so it didn't appear to be moving around or spinning. Just a steady angled decline.
It was in the part of the sky that wasn't completely dark yet so it was easy to see.
There were no clouds anywhere at all, or any fog of any sort.
I suppose the moon could of helped to illuminate it, as it did not seem to be bright or illuminated at all. Hope this helps Brian.

This appears 'translucent white ' in the pictures

The type of classification is Jellyfish like.
