2 Reddish Orange Lights Seen Above Portland Oregon

Time:  Approx: 10:30 p.m.

 

I was just outside at about 10:30 p.m. and I live in Tigard OR. I was looking west and I saw 2 reddish orange lights in the sky above Portland. I'm used to the flight path of the planes and they fly south to north or south to east depending on a Hillsboro or Portland landing.

 

These were moving north by west (more west) it seemed. the 2 lights were waiving back and forth and seemed to be following each other except at that distance and there movement as an airplane I would see the white lights or at least the blue lights on a plane plus planes don't weave back and forth backwards (in order for me to see the red lights).

 

After about 1 minute the rear of the 2 lights just blinked out. Then the remaining on kept moving slowly west. I called for my wife, but by the time she got there the second once was gone. I didn't see it go.
