Hi, I saw one of these today at 4:00pm today, I was leaving B & Q car park which is quite high up and saw a bright orange ball travelling north to south over Edgeley .
I thought is was an aircraft flaming out as there was a long black vapor trail whatever it was, it was definitely burning fuel.
Checked the news when I got home expecting to see breaking news about a plane going down, nothing so checked the net and found your site. Cheers.
