Multiple UFOs Seen By Five Eyewitnesses In The Sky Over Mid North Island New Zealand

Date: February 14, 2007

Time: 10:00 p.m. onward.

Number of witnesses: 5

Number of Objects: Many.

Shape of Objects: Mostly bright lights.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: This absolutely blew us all away. (several members of our group have had a long career working with aircraft and around airports and could not offer any sensible explanation!).

Whilst on a tramping trip in the bush in the back country of New Zealand (Leitch's Clearing and Hut) we did note initially in the sky to the south, stars getting brighter in intensity and then simply disappearing.

The sky then began to appear as if it were being 'sprinkled' with silver in the same area. This lasted approximately 10 minutes. After this stopped, two bright white lights appeared from both the north and south horizons and then headed directly toward each other.

These were not aircraft for sure. There was also no sound from these objects on a perfectly clear and quiet night. As the white lights approached each other, they 'blinked' at each other with one of the lights turning rapidly to the southeast and the other continuing unimpeded on it's way.

No further sightings after this, but this left us all stunned and in confusion as to what we had actually just seen. Very weird for sure. I'm now a believer. (As are the rest of the team)

Unknown Red Lights Seen From Verdi Nevada

Time: Approx: 9:00 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 1

Number of Objects: 1

Shape of Objects: Star like.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I saw what looked like a star moving from the west near the Mogul area. I went out on my balcony to look closer. It was flying slowing, fairly close and was near silent.

As it got closer I could see green, blue, red and white star like, almost laser lights shining very colorful. There was a very pretty smaller cluster of red and green lights that emitted more like a sparkle and distinctive bands of different multi color star like shape, not the usual airplane lights.

However, I think it had to be a plane because it followed the air path towards the stead airport. As it got closer to Peavine, it turned off the glowing star like colors and I could see a red and white light leaning me to believe it was a plane that put off bright star like laser images.

I looked through the bedroom window on the other side of the house and could see the red lights. Not sure what those colorful laser looking lights were all about, but left me scratching my head as I have never seen anything like this.

4 Bright Orange Lights Seen Flying Over Fourways Johannesburg South Africa (Picture)

Time: 7:20 p.m.

Dear Brian, this is a photo from my blackberry. The light was very bad (night sky) and the Blackberry camera was poor quality for photos of the night sky.

But zoom in and tell me what you see. Remember that stars are not visible with the blackberry camera.

This was not a plane. There were 4 of these. Each one appears after the other vanishes. I see a bright orange light and it increases in size, as though approaching closer, then moves away becoming smaller.

After 1 minute or so, it is far away but still rising into the night sky until it disappears. Then the next one appears where the previous one first appeared and follows the same trajectory.

There happened 4 times total. They appeared in an area between Dainfern Fourways and Broadacres and followed a South Westerly direction over Broadacres rising and moving away from Fourways until it disappears extremely far away.

They each followed the same pace: very smooth and seemed gradual at a steady pace which must have been fairly fast due to the distance it covered before it disappeared.

What are these?

Check Google: Bright Orange lights in Johannesburg". You will see many sites that have plenty SA recordings of similar descriptions over Fourways, Broadacres, Pretoria, Potch, Durban etc.

My wife, mother-in-law and I saw them. I would appreciate any insight you may have. Kind regards.

Blue Green Colored Ball Of Light In The Sky Over Port St Richie Florida

I was traveling on I-75 last night coming from Palmetto Fl. It was around 11:30 p.m. when I saw a bluish/green ball of light with sparks flying from it one minute it was there and the next minute it was gone.

We were passing through Port St Richie when that happen.

Blue Green Flash Spotted In The Sky From Cape Town International Airport South Africa

Hi there, I'm replying to the post I saw on your site about the blue green flash of light over South Africa.

A friend and I were driving to Cape Town International airport and all of a sudden on the horizon was a big flash of white light then followed, but a bigger flash of blue green light that took up the entire horizon.

It was blinding and scary and it couldn't of been thunder because there was not a cloud in sight, and no power outages were reported, there was also no sound. Us and a few other cars also was very startled by it as we all slowed down.

Please let me know if you have an idea what it was.
