Orange Colored Object Changes Directions A Few Time Seen Over Maple Ridge British Columbia

Date:  March 21, 2012
Time:  Approx: 4:20 a.m. – 4:45 a.m.

My neighbor, girlfriend and myself all saw orange lights in the sky. In Maple Ridge, B.C. One was moving slowly back and forth across the sky slowly but sometimes faster. Saw similar lights a couple years ago but the lights didn't move.

Additional Information:

I have seen them several times. My neighbor saw them one night recently by himself. The sighting I was referring to happened last Wednesday March 21 around 4:20 a.m. – 4:45 a.m. on river road in Maple Ridge.

I got up to go pee, well I was going I was staring out the window towards the west sky. I saw the orange light super high up it looked like a star, but orange. Then I noticed it was slowly moving north, but then went back the other way.

It switched directions a few times and it was moving really slow. Then it started going south way faster noticeably moving across the sky, it was really freaky.

It stopped moving and I kept watching for a few minutes.

Then I went back to bed, when it didn't move. I got up again around 5:15 a.m. and the light was gone. Then a few days later, can't remember the exact date, I was in the backyard with my girlfriend around 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.

She noticed a orange light towards the west, it stared moving south.

We lost sight of it behind the trees. It was very weird, there has to be other people that saw this, I wonder why it gets no media attention. What the heck is it?  Have you heard of a lot of similar sightings? Do you have any idea what it could possibly be?

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

  1. My son and I saw something very similar here in Ontario...it was a pulsating orange glow - we could see it in the horizon it would go dim then bright - stretched across the sky...
