Arrowsmith at 830 pm. We got a telescope and binoculars out again and watched it till 10 pm with the neighbours. It was doing the same rapid light color changes-red, blue, green and yellow with occasional white beams of light shooting out towards the mainland. These are actually visible in digital pix as straight lines exiting the object. One time it shone a light staight up out of the object at the same time as 5 or 6 lights shone down from the bottom surface. It changed shape from a kite shape to a line to a ball as before. This time it also sent lights out from two sides at once, it looked like a crab, and sometimes radiated beams in a starburst pattern all around it. We also saw another object lower down in the sky to the West of the large one. It was faint and smaller but you could see the same flashing colors and glow around it. It looked to be towards Tofino and a friend over there said they've seen a triangular shaped object over the water in the fog. As they watched, it turned on bright colored lights that lit up the area and took off out of sight.Someone suggested that we contact the Astrophysics Dept.in Victoria...Are there agencies that look into these things?BWnoreply@blogger.com
